A huge disappointment for a 4-star hotel in Phi Phi. We booked a room with a private pool and sea view, but it was located in a completely abandoned area — everything was dirty, old, and broken. We asked to change rooms and were given another one on the beachfront — much nicer — paying an extra €120, but the experience remained poor: our beach sandals were stolen from the terrace, and even though we reported it to reception, no one took responsibility or contacted us as promised. We went twice to ask, and nobody knew anything about it. We also informed the hotel that we were on our honeymoon, and they assured us there would be a special detail for the occasion, but we never received anything. Overall, the service was far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel — lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and little professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality experience in Phi Phi.

Phi Phi Holiday Resort — a quiet little paradise that actually works. We spent a couple of days here with friends, and honestly, it was wonderful. The location itself is pure magic — peaceful, quiet, surrounded by lush greenery. You can feel that everything was designed and maintained with love and care. Big thanks to the gardeners — they’re the real artists behind this beauty. The restaurant deserves special mention. Running a resort on an island like Phi Phi can’t be easy, but they manage it extremely well. Everything runs smoothly, and the food is excellent. My compliments to the chefs — maybe just add a few extra sauce options for the burgers, and it’ll be perfect. The sea here is unreal. You can literally snorkel straight from the beach. Every day, speedboats with group tours stop right here so their guests can swim and see the reef — but you, staying at the resort, can just grab a mask, snorkel, and fins at the reception and go whenever you want. No rush, no crowd. The staff are friendly, smiling, genuinely nice people. You can’t help but smile back — and that alone sets the tone for the whole stay. So, thank you — to the management, the staff, the gardeners, the cooks, everyone who keeps this place running smoothly in such a remote spot. You make it not just a stay, but a lovely experience that’s hard to forget.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room we received was not clean — the toilet was dirty, the entire floor was dusty and stained, and the towels were old, torn, and looked like they had been used for years. There was a hair on the bed, and even a spider web with a live spider right above it. In addition, we booked a day tour through the hotel. When we made the booking, we were told one price, but on the day of the trip, they unexpectedly asked for additional payment without informing us in advance. To be fair, the location is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the staff did their best to help with any request we had. However, the overall cleanliness and transparency were far below expectations.

Service- Staff don’t provide you complete information to make your experience smoother. You have to navigate everything on your own. If you confront manger, he is very rude to listen. Staff at the next hotel Erawan is very helpful and cooperative, provided all the information correctly. They were so sweet to provide extra information on their own. Location - Boat is needed to reach there and that’s very expensive i.e., around 1800 baht one way. And late evening, it becomes more expensive as told by local boat personnel. Rooms- Washrooms in rooms are very small like 2 star hotels. Food- food options very limited.

Friends, Want to rejunevate within by staying at calm, peaceful, scenic and long beach with Turquoise water ("No" coral or sharp stones) visit this place. Property is huge but private with pools (one with infinity pool), Young staff's are great at quick support. Travel via boat transfers! I travelled by Andaman Wave Master (On Time) and staff plans transit good, language may at times be a challenge but you can manage well. Share ❤️ if you find the post helpful !!
