We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. This is the second time that my daughter has stayed while it’s the first for the rest in the family. Location is great near most of the shops, bars and restos while the beach is about 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean with comfy pillows and bed while the toilet is nothing to complain about.. Staff are friendly, offered us welcome drinks upon arrival. They are just so nice and hospitable. And the breakfast buffet is something that most guests would really look forward to and they have really good spread and variety, I commend this hotel for making sure every guest is well satisfied. However I have exception to my second day at the breakfast buffet. I picked the 4 seat table but noticed that there were no dining utensils i.e. spoon fork knife, tissue so I requested from one lady staff for the utensils… but the lady declined my request and speaking in thai pointed me to collect for the utensils myself ! How uncooperative can she be ?… As a guest I didn’t expect this answer coming from her. But still I just complied and took 4 sets of utensils myself from the corner and brought it to our table. I Hope the hotel could promptly take action and advise this staff to improve in her dealings with guests especially a senior citizen.

I had a wonderful stay and was truly touched by the hotel's warm hospitality. After learning that the previous day was my birthday, the team surprised me during breakfast with a birthday cake, candle, and heartfelt birthday wishes. Four wonderful staff members—Khun Sonia, Khun Mai, Khun Care, and Khun Mind—came over to celebrate, making the moment truly memorable and special. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely exceeded my expectations. I would also like to give a special mention to Khun Nicky from the restaurant team. During my previous stay in May, she was incredibly considerate, kind, and attentive, leaving a lasting impression. This time, she immediately recognized me as soon as I arrived at the restaurant, which made me feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional service and for making every stay such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and outstanding service.

Our stay at Panan Resort in Krabi was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly relaxing and memorable getaway. I had the best stay here!!! From start to finish it was the best service! The staff were friendly and attentive, I spent most my days around the pool and the service just made it so much more enjoyable; towels on hand, fast drinks service, food was amazing, music was great! And everyone was so friendly. The breakfast had so much to chose from! Also wanted to specifically mention Nicky, she was an absolute delight to see in the morning, always made an effort to say hello while providing great service to everyone she’s amazing! The quality of the staff really help make your stay 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the balcony was perfect at any time of the day especially with the big chairs to relax on! The location was right next to the beach about a 5 minute walk but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. This hotel is so affordable for the level of luxury you get, I’d stay again any day. Last thing, I recommend the strawberry macarons at the lobby cafe they’re incredible!! Thank you again Panan
