Panan Krabi Resort

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. This is the second time that my daughter has stayed while it’s the first for the rest in the family. Location is great near most of the shops, bars and restos while the beach is about 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean with comfy pillows and bed while the toilet is nothing to complain about.. Staff are friendly, offered us welcome drinks upon arrival. They are just so nice and hospitable. And the breakfast buffet is something that most guests would really look forward to and they have really good spread and variety, I commend this hotel for making sure every guest is well satisfied. However I have exception to my second day at the breakfast buffet. I picked the 4 seat table but noticed that there were no dining utensils i.e. spoon fork knife, tissue so I requested from one lady staff for the utensils… but the lady declined my request and speaking in thai pointed me to collect for the utensils myself ! How uncooperative can she be ?… As a guest I didn’t expect this answer coming from her. But still I just complied and took 4 sets of utensils myself from the corner and brought it to our table. I Hope the hotel could promptly take action and advise this staff to improve in her dealings with guests especially a senior citizen.

I had a wonderful stay and was truly touched by the hotel's warm hospitality. After learning that the previous day was my birthday, the team surprised me during breakfast with a birthday cake, candle, and heartfelt birthday wishes. Four wonderful staff members—Khun Sonia, Khun Mai, Khun Care, and Khun Mind—came over to celebrate, making the moment truly memorable and special. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely exceeded my expectations. I would also like to give a special mention to Khun Nicky from the restaurant team. During my previous stay in May, she was incredibly considerate, kind, and attentive, leaving a lasting impression. This time, she immediately recognized me as soon as I arrived at the restaurant, which made me feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional service and for making every stay such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and outstanding service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! ❤️ I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Rita for the amazing hospitality, for being so helpful and for guiding us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel so welcomed! One of the cutest highlights was the complimentary traditional Thai dessert served on the weekends. 🥰 You can even try making it yourself with the lovely staff, Nam and C, who were there to guide us step by step. Such a fun and unique experience! Overall, I would definitely say this hotel is worth staying at. The hospitality, little thoughtful experiences and the location are all amazing. And the best part? Everything is within walking distance, which makes exploring the area so convenient. ✨ Definitely a place I’d happily come back to! 🇹🇭❤️

Booked originally for 3 nights but that became a week. The layout and vibe is very much a resort feel. With a few treats like a local pet turtle and some fish. One of the best swimming pool environments I’ve swam in. Service and attentiveness was top notch from the front desk to the restaurant and room attendants. tidy fresh rooms. Staff friendly and positive. Like most Thai’s - If you care to give a warm greeting and smile, you get it back 10x :-) This location of Krabi has high humidity but the ac and included dehumidifier in each room works great! close to beach, pharmacy, 7-11’s and boat ticket booth and heaps of restaurants. I really liked the smart tv, you can use for YouTube Netflix, Prime, etc. Wifi was flawless and fast. Thank you to Rita at the front desk and the buffet/restaurant manager Sonia was so helpful and caring going the extra mile when my nephew was unwell for a day or 2. She did so well, even made us coffee’s when we were late to the buffet. Thanks again :-)

Our stay at Panan Resort in Krabi was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly relaxing and memorable getaway. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and just a short walk from Ao Nang beach, offering a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind, explore, and enjoy every moment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ta, Knott, and Bese, whose attentive and amazing service made us feel taken care of. They guided us seamlessly through check-in, assisted us around the resort with thoughtful care, and made our check-out process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. We also want to highlight the wonderful service from Best at reception, who kindly and professionally helped us arrange a Phi Phi Island tour. Thanks to his information and assistance, we experienced one of the most memorable excursions of our trip, filled with breathtaking views and unforgettable moments. Every interaction with the Panan Resort team reflected their dedication to guest satisfaction. Their genuine smiles, willingness to help, and attention to detail made our stay truly special.
