Me and my wife spent 12 nights here for our honeymoon in the Avani Pool Villa and had the best time! The resort has plenty of amenities and the rooms are very nice. The location is very convenient with many restaurants, shops, etc and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. This resorts biggest strength is by far the service. Every employee greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. Special shout out to the front desk, our driver Yob, the Spa therapists (Nee, Thip, and Joy gave us great massage pretty much every day), the staff at the upper pool (Puu, Pine, Milk, Bird, and Beem). Thank you everyone for taking care of us!

Our stay at Avani Resort Krabi was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality and attention to detail were truly exceptional. A special thank you to the team for kindly upgrading our room to a Superior Deluxe Room. It was a lovely surprise that made our holiday even more memorable. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were of the highest standard. The entire resort was immaculate, and the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property were outstanding. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Thip at the Avani Spa. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional from the moment we met. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, carefully listened to all my do's and don'ts, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. Her gentle touch, attention to detail, and caring nature made the massage deeply relaxing and exactly what I had hoped for. Thip also went above and beyond by offering us a discounted massage package, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Her genuine kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel truly valued. Thank you to everyone at Avani Resort Krabi for creating such a memorable experience. Your exceptional service, beautiful resort, and wonderful hospitality exceeded our expectations. Our stay at Avani Krabi was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The property is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an amazing swimming pool, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, some of the warmest and most genuine hospitality we've experienced. There are two moments that truly stood out. First, during breakfast every morning, the chef would personally walk around the dining area, spending a few moments talking to guests at each table. It's such a small gesture, but it made everyone feel genuinely welcome. On our last morning, he surprised my wife and me with a special farewell cake. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made our departure even more memorable. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he deserves special recognition. Second, after we had already checked out around noon, we went on a long-tail boat trip to Railay Beach. When we returned later that day, we were covered in sand and desperately needed to freshen up before our journey. Even though we were no longer guests, the staff graciously welcomed us back, allowed us to use the pool facilities, and gave us a place to shower and change. Many hotels would either refuse or charge an extra fee for this, but Avani did it with a smile and without asking for anything in return. That level of hospitality speaks volumes. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. If I ever return to Krabi, there is no question where I'll be staying. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had our honeymoon here and stayed in the Pool Villa. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Our view is BEAUTIFUL, the service is INCREDIBLE, such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, the food is delicious and there is so much to do! With booking the Pool Villa we got a 60 minute couples massage everyday included, as well as transportation to and from the airport. Everyone that works here is so sweet! Yob is the best driver, Puu is the sweetest server and her whole team is so amazing. Pine, Milk, Bird, and Beem were wonderful. The spa is amazing and all the women- Nee, Thip and Joy- who work there are amazing at their job. We had such relaxing massages the whole trip. The cleaning staff is so thoughtful and they make our place feel so special everyday, and Aleem at the front desk is so kind, accommodating and welcoming. We had the BEST honeymoon and will definitely come back to Avani next time we are in Thailand. Since we were here for 12 nights we truly felt like we became apart of the Avani family with everyone in the staff knowing us and truly feeling like friends to us.

I had an awesome stay at Avani and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are warm, professional, and attentive. The only area for improvement is guest etiquette around the pool. At times, a few guests were splashing water excessively and making a lot of noise, which disturbed others who were there to unwind. It would be helpful if the hotel encouraged respectful behaviour in shared recreational areas to ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Avani to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
