Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank PIN, KIK, and DY for their outstanding hospitality and warm welcome, which made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was clean, peaceful, and beautifully looked after. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious food and was a perfect way to start each day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

The room was very clean, and the entire property was surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and unique atmosphere. The pool is about 1 meter deep, which makes it safe and enjoyable even for children. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and took great care of every detail. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options—I looked forward to it every morning. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Ao Nang Beach and the night market, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Krabi in the future.

One of the best hotel in Ao nang, we stayed here to celebrate our aniverary and we fully enjoyed our time. The hotel is nice , clean and newly renovated . The environment at the hotel was nice as so many trees. The front office staff is really nice and professional. Thank you to Jane , Nai, Kik ,So and Kim. That make our stay so memorable and they are really friendly to us. The hotel breakfast also up to standard and the staff at breakfast also friendly to us. We definitely will come back to stay here again.

Our stay at Pakasai was wonderful and started off great with a free upgrade to the Honeymoon suite. Everything was beautiful and clean, I would recommend to anyone. Great location within walking distance to the beach as well. The beautiful grounds and breakfast buffet in the morning were highlights for us. Selections for breakfast were vast and delicious, Lucho and his colleagues were incredibly kind and helpful. He made fresh squeezed orange juice for us daily. Overall we had a fantastic stay! Nai, New, and So were very helpful as well.

I had such a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The pool and common areas were lovely, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a beautiful setting.
