We had a wonderful stay at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi and would recommend it especially for families. We were travelling with four kids and had booked two separate rooms. The manager kindly went above and beyond by upgrading one of our rooms to a family suite so that both rooms could be located next to each other. That thoughtful gesture made our stay so much more comfortable, as we could keep the kids close by while still having separate rooms. Even the standard Premier Room was surprisingly spacious. The resort itself is fantastic for families. It has direct beach access, two separate pool areas, and waterslides that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of options and plenty of choices for children as well. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The resort was also a walking distance from the city centre. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re travelling as a family and looking for a beachfront resort in Ao Nang with great facilities and genuinely helpful staff, this is an excellent choice.

Centara was from start to finish amazing. From the greeting, welcome drink and extended hospitality by Tony to the huge room with a view of the ocean. The king size bed which was super comfy exceeded any California king I have ever experienced. Nice touches such as fresh fruit in the room upon arrival and fresh macaroons. Beach front property that for August was never crowded with ample chairs and privacy. Nice to have a concierge on site to arrange any outings. My only suggestion would be to add texture to the shower floors and also to the common floor areas as both were very slippery. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel has an excellent location with direct beach access and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized. The swimming pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the facilities, and the easy access to Ao Nang Beach. The breakfast selection was great, and all hotel amenities were well maintained. What made our stay truly special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We would like to give special thanks to Maya, Yaya, Tony, Mard, Amy, and Ann for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Their warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel at home throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi, especially families looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation. We took a family of 50 people there. Tommy and Yaya and Ann were so accommodating. They went through all our passports and helped us even locate one passport that accidentally fell off in the van. Tommy help arrange tuktuks and vans for anyone who needed assistance. He sorted out our trip to the Elephant Sanctuary with 10 senior 60 to 80 yrs old. They were meticulous and accommodating in their service. The service was above and beyond what was expected. No hassle, fuss free and so wonderful. Thank you all so very much for making our stay of 50 ppl memorable.

The location is perfect—right on the beachfront and within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and shops. The room had a beautiful view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was comfortable, and the beachfront setting made it a great place to unwind.
