Rooms dated but clean and functional. The hotel needs a lot of work and overall hygiene of the facilities is questionable. Pool and terrace areas where not leaned in week we were there and got more grubby as food and drink spilled on it. Staff are somewhat approachable when ordering drink food. Sadly got food poisoning on one of there theme nights. This hotel is advertised as 3 star but sadly is certainly not which is a shame as could be amazing and good location. Would look elsewhere and will not recommend.

Stayed in April 2026 with my family. Our daughter (under 8 years old) had a serious accident in the swimming pool area and lost a permanent front tooth, which will require lifetime dental care. The hotel staff was kind and helpful at the moment of the accident, which we sincerely appreciated. However, our subsequent administrative follow-up has remained unresolved for over 5 weeks now: requests for an incident report and insurance details for our French insurers have not been responded to despite multiple cordial emails. Hoping the hotel management can address this matter directly. We are open to amicable resolution at any time.

Had a wonderful stay at Chada Thai Village in Krabi. The location is excellent—peaceful yet conveniently close to the main areas, making it easy to explore without the noise of crowded streets. The rooms are impressively spacious, giving a very comfortable and relaxing feel, especially after a long day out. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Cleanliness was another highlight—both the rooms and common areas were spotless, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good location, and a clean, relaxing environment in Krabi.

The room was big and everything worked fine (we can’t confirm the other reviews on this respect). The pool and pool area were clean - the pool is large and has a quiet zone. There were some spots in the room which didn’t look properly cleaned, like stains on the wooden floor and a water mark from a possible leak in the roof above the bathroom. The staff aren’t unfriendly but they also aren’t the friendliest we have encountered in Thailand - possibly simply indifferent. We liked the location because it was quiet. Easy enough to walk to the Main Street (and a very cheap tuktuk back if you barter…) where there are plenty of eateries. Someone else we met staying there said the rooms were not soundproofed at all - we had an end room and possibly no neighbours on the other side so we can’t confirm (nor deny) this. We never eat or drank at the hotel apart from breakfast (which was a good array and catered well to vegetarians too - the egg station is quite slow but does what you ask for and they taste good). All in all a perfectly okay stay for the standard booked.

Chada Thai Village Resort is a beautiful property that truly reflects traditional Thai architecture. The resort has a charming aesthetic, with thoughtfully designed rooms that feel unique and inviting. The ambiance is peaceful and visually pleasing, making it a great place to relax. The European breakfast spread is quite good, offering a decent variety to start the day. Overall, a delightful stay with a perfect blend of cultural design and comfort. It's close to Aonang beach, at walkable distance.
