Our family just returned from a fantastic 5-day, 4-night stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi, and we couldn't be happier! The staff went out of their way to make us feel incredibly welcome, and the facilities were top-notch. ​If you are traveling with little ones, this is definitely the place to be. My kids absolutely loved the massive swimming pool and had an absolute blast at the kids' club. The location is also super convenient, we were right near plenty of delicious local restaurants, a handy 7-Eleven for snacks, and a self-service laundry. Plus, both the beach and the lively night market were just a short, easy walk away. ​One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful if the restaurant could clearly tag dishes containing pork to make dining easier for guests with dietary preferences. ​Highly recommend this resort for a stress-free family getaway!

Mixed Experience: Great Location, but Some In-Room Issues I have mixed feelings about my stay at Centara Anda Dhevi. While there were several highlights, there are a few areas where the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience. Room & Comfort The location is fantastic, but the rooms were a struggle. We found the room to be extremely humid, to the point where the bed and sheets felt constantly damp. It was quite unbearable. I asked the hotel to look into it; however, I’m not entirely sure what was done to address it. Fortunately, we were only staying for four nights. Dining & Hygiene The breakfast selection was nice, though the coffee was a disappointment. We ended up getting our morning caffeine fix at the Starbucks located inside the hotel instead. On a more serious note, I noticed several female clients around the food and drinks with their hair down. This is a major hygiene concern. For the sake of cleanliness, the hotel really needs to implement a policy requiring clients to tie their hair back when in the buffet. It’s important to prioritize food safety over aesthetics in a dining environment. Service & Amenities The staff, overall, were wonderful. A special mention goes to the lady at the Kids Club—she was excellent. However, it was a bit disappointing that no other children joined the club during our last two days. We also found the hotel app incredibly convenient for communicating with the team and ordering items from housekeeping. Regarding the pool, it was fine, and while I’m personally quite picky about pools, my kids absolutely loved it! Location & Convenience The hotel’s strongest point is definitely its location. It’s a perfect base for excursions, with a laundry service and all necessary amenities right across the street. Pros: • Excellent location for tours and local shops. • Friendly staff and great Kids Club lead. • Convenient mobile app for requests. Cons: • High humidity in the rooms. • Poor coffee quality at breakfast. • Hygiene concerns regarding clients hair near food. I’m grateful for the friendly service, but I hope the management takes the feedback regarding room humidity and dining hygiene seriously! Thanks

I had a very pleasant stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort. The location is excellent, with the night market just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient for shopping and local food. The staff were friendly, Even after me being Centara1 member i did not get early checking despite rooms being available. I had to follow up and then they managed to give me a room that was ready for a guest who had not arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. One main highligh is the Centara Juniors, was impressed on how the hotel valued its junior guest as well. There was play area and a section for kids breakfast. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Krabi, and I would definitely recommend for a short stay considering its for its location. Gan at the pool bar was really kind and always ready to assist.

Food was available in high variety but the egg station was a massive disaster.. first day took the guy 30 mins to get my eggs same scene next day too and he kept burning them. It was very annoying 😑 The hotel premises and pool is good and well maintained but the overall service hospitality and tone of the staff was either too sweet or just too harsh. Thailand standards in hospitality is dropping by each passing year I can safely say. But overall was a decent location and well placed in not a very crowded area yet close to the other markets on aonang by bike. Everything is close by.

A Pleasant Family Stay — March 2026 We stayed at this resort for three nights during our family vacation in March 2026, and it was a very pleasant experience. The property is in a prime location, with several Indian restaurants and a 7-Eleven just about 100 meters away. It is also within walking distance of Ao Nang Night Market, Nopparat Thara Pier, Ao Nang Beach, and the main shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The resort itself is beautiful, blending traditional charm with modern amenities. The swimming pool is a major highlight, and the overall décor and ambiance are truly appealing. Most importantly, the resort is very family- and kid-friendly. The staff welcomed us with a thoughtful birthday surprise, including a small room decoration and a cake for my twin daughters, which made our arrival especially memorable. The breakfast spread was good and provided enough variety to start the day well, although the options for Indian food were limited in both the breakfast and restaurant menus. Our room was spacious, offered a pool view, and had two queen beds, which was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The pool area was especially enjoyable for the kids, with slides that added to the fun. Overall, the staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We had an excellent experience at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi and would happily recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
