We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach. The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location. It’s within walking distance of the beach, the night market, restaurants, shops, and the main departure points for island tours, which made everything super convenient. The staff was consistently warm and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We booked a swim-up room and loved it. Our 9-year-old had the best time with direct pool access, and so did we. Breakfast was another highlight. It had a great variety of delicious, well-seasoned food, and felt like excellent value. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit unreliable at times, but honestly, in a place like this, unplugging a little isn’t the worst thing. One tip for future travelers: Ao Nang Beach is a super convenient base, but the beach itself isn’t the best for swimming if you’re expecting crystal clear water. It’s more of a gateway to the stunning nearby islands and beaches like Railay, Hong Island, Phi Phi, and the Four Islands, where you’ll find that turquoise water Thailand is known for.” Then wrap it up with “Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it. We’d definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Hotel Ao Nang. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel features large swimming pools with a great pool bar, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. A special compliment goes to the management. Everything is very well organized, and you can really feel the high standards throughout the hotel. A big thank you to the General Manager for the outstanding hospitality. We are looking forward to coming back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort. I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews, but we had a great stay with no issues at all. The hotel is modern and well maintained, and everything felt clean. The reception team were fantastic—they sorted us out with interconnected rooms, which was super helpful. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We happened to be there during Songkran, which made it extra fun. The hotel put on nice activities and a special dinner, which we really enjoyed. Pools were clean, and the location is great—easy walk to the night market. Only small downside was a bit of noise from nearby places late at night, but honestly it didn’t bother us much. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Plah and Tus in the restaurant, who truly stood out with their warm, attentive, and exceptional customer service. They made every meal a pleasure. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

My experience at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, Krabi was very disappointing and, in my opinion, it is not worth the price. The biggest issue was that every morning at around 8:00 a.m., a bell is rung for guests who wish to pray. I fully respect all religions and cultures, but I also believe a hotel should respect every guest's right to rest. If you're on vacation and hoping to sleep in, this can be quite disruptive. I also felt that the hotel is primarily geared toward Indian tourists. While there is nothing wrong with that, the food options were heavily focused on that audience. The breakfast and dining choices were repetitive and offered very little variety for guests with different tastes. Overall, the facilities, service, and overall experience did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. In my opinion, this is closer to a three-star property. The location is good, but it does not make up for the high price or the disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star resort or a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
