We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach. The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location. It’s within walking distance of the beach, the night market, restaurants, shops, and the main departure points for island tours, which made everything super convenient. The staff was consistently warm and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We booked a swim-up room and loved it. Our 9-year-old had the best time with direct pool access, and so did we. Breakfast was another highlight. It had a great variety of delicious, well-seasoned food, and felt like excellent value. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit unreliable at times, but honestly, in a place like this, unplugging a little isn’t the worst thing. One tip for future travelers: Ao Nang Beach is a super convenient base, but the beach itself isn’t the best for swimming if you’re expecting crystal clear water. It’s more of a gateway to the stunning nearby islands and beaches like Railay, Hong Island, Phi Phi, and the Four Islands, where you’ll find that turquoise water Thailand is known for.” Then wrap it up with “Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it. We’d definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Hotel Ao Nang. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel features large swimming pools with a great pool bar, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. A special compliment goes to the management. Everything is very well organized, and you can really feel the high standards throughout the hotel. A big thank you to the General Manager for the outstanding hospitality. We are looking forward to coming back!

We stayed 1 week at this hotel The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean, swimming pool super nice clean and big. The down side: - We were told at the check in that official check in time is at 3 pm while when you arrive you have to sign a paper and it says 2 pm on it. I mentioned it to the staff who said they will correct and rectify their paper. 3pm for a check in is extremely late - Kids club is not a kids club. The staff stays at the reception to have the parents sign the papers but they dont look at or play with the kids in the playroom. Once I went with my kids for an activity. The lady explained to my kid the activity and then left to go back to her reception desk leaving them alone to do the activity. To me the main issue is that this is unsafe as the reception area of the kids club is separated by a glass door / separation and the staff doesn’t see what is happening inside. Also I went to pick up my kids at 4pm and they were watching TV… I don’t pay a hotel with kids club for my kids to watch tv with again the staff just seating at the reception area on their phones. - supposed to be a kids friendly hotel. The restaurant doesn’t have a kids menu meaning every-time you eat at the hotel you have to order and pay for an adult size meal.

The room are nice but now new. The service at the restaurant was very slow, but the food was good. Breakfast was ok. The coffee wasn't good at all. It was very hot at the restaurants without any fans. The pool and the water slides were very nice, but not shaded at all. The rooms we stayed in required a lot of walking to the pool and to the restaurants, even though they were "pool view rooms", so it wasn't very convenient with the kids. The kids club was very nice.

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort and it was one of the best choices we made in Krabi! The resort is really stylish and cozy, with a relaxed, family-friendly vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (ours had a nice view), and the cleanliness is outstanding—everything spotless every day, fresh towels, well-maintained. Breakfast is a highlight: a diverse menu with Thai and international options, fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs—something new to try every morning! The staff are exceptional—always smiling, incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant tips to arranging taxis or excursions. We truly felt the warm Thai hospitality and like we were at home. Location is ideal: just cross the road and you’re on Ao Nang Beach, super close to restaurants, the night market, shops—everything within walking distance. The pools are beautiful (great for families with slides if you have kids), and the whole resort is green, tidy, and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for relaxation, top cleanliness, and great service at a fair price. Huge thanks to the team for making our 7 days so special! 🌴☀️🏖️ We’ll definitely be back! My rating: 9.5/10 (just a tiny point off for occasional pool crowds in peak season, but nothing major).
