My stay was amazing! The room was nice and cold and the bed was comfy! The entertainment team was awesome, Kuromi, Brownie and Rosa made our trip so special! Their energy lit up our days! The buffet was sufficient and the restaurants were good (apart from Mexican...) The building 4 is currently closed for renovation. It did not affect us in anyway, except for the fact that there were less people in the resort, which was amazing as the lines for restaurants were much shorter and there was a lot of available seats at pools and the beach!

Pros: Great staff! very helpful, they went above and beyond! Isabel and Christin(concierge) were amazing to work with! The rooms were clean and housekeeping was great! Cons: The food was horrible at the buffets. I got indigestion after my first meal. Fusion was the only restaurant with good food. The pools close early and not much to do for teens or adults! the beach had a lot of seaweed so made it hard for good photos.

We have been to other great resorts in the area but the staff in this resort particularly went above and beyond. I would like to mention an absolute privilege to have been greeted every morning, and whenever we went back to the Italian buffet, Nelson Mandela who made my daughter feel very special. Also my personal favourite bar tender by the pool who was my translator and teacher as I’m trying to learn Spanish, Milagros. With her professionalism and skills, she belongs in a high place. Thank you for such a great experience!

We recently stayed at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana as a family with five children and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the time we arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The resort itself is clean and well maintained. We had requested connecting rooms ahead of time and they were ready for us exactly as promised. The food was consistently fresh and very enjoyable. There was a good variety and we never felt like we were settling or just eating for convenience, which is often the case at all-inclusive resorts. Every single person we interacted with was kind, respectful and welcoming. With a group our size, that level of service matters and they handled everything with ease. The resort is also very family-friendly. Traveling with five kids can be challenging if where you stay doesn’t fit your expectations, but everything here is set up in a way that makes it easy and enjoyable for families. I didn’t go to DR with high expectations, but this place completely surprised me. It’s rare to be genuinely impressed, but Dreams Royal Beach delivered on all fronts. If we come back to the Dominican Republic, this hotel will definitely be on our list.

This is the second time my fiancee and I visited here as preferred club guest and everything was exactly how it should be. Big shout out to the Butler Michael who helped me with the correct conditions for my proposal to my now fiancee. Big shout out to all the workers who worked at the preferred club section (Jade, Onyx building). Treat them good and they treat you like a king or queen. Will definitely return here again. Amazing rooms, top tier staff and food!
