The perfect place to unwind if you want island tranquility but not miss out on beach vibes with live music. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, you feel like you‘re staying with friends or family, who look out for your every desire. The area is rather quite compared to other spots on the island, with a calm sea and less wind. Aside from the Nikki beach club, I loved the beach in front of the resort which was never crowded and had cristal clear water, especially cool during low tide. I will definetly come back to Nikki Samui, where solo travelers like me but also couples and families are so wonderfully taken care of. Thank you for the great memories and see you soon to make more!

We went for the Brunch on Sunday which coincided with a Harley Davidson fund raiser for cancer screening equipment on the island. It was absolutely AMAZING!! The food was incredible there was such a choice of meat and fish and salads and sushi....not to mention the deserts! The staff were incredible and the manager was making sure everything ran smoothly and all the guests were taken care of. The rain wasn't even an issue, people were in the pool and dancing to the DJ and the live music was fab. The dancers made sure everyone was having a great time. It was an absolutely fantastic day and for 5 hours we ate and drank and wondered how we would ever spend another Sunday anywhere else!! Amazing guys well done! ♥️

Hello everyone, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful time I had during my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel room was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the food as well. I felt very respected throughout my stay, and I truly appreciate that. I would also like to personally thank Chon for the Muay Thai training. I was able to learn so much from him in such a short time, and I really value the respect and discipline he showed. Thailand is a very disciplined country, and I admire that a lot. I highly recommend Nikki Beach to anyone visiting Koh Samui See you Next time guys!

Once you experienced the hospitality at Nikki Beach resort, it's really hard when you move to a different resort. The resort itself is so beautiful. It's 45 mins away from the airport, but you are well tucked in away from the busy streets. This is such a peaceful getaway to just chill and embrace the island beauty. You get great amenities, great breakfast buffet selection, and a beautiful beach club to watch the sunset. What made this stay so heartfelt was the genuine warmth we felt from all the staff at the resort. Special thanks to Bam, Nancy and Care who made this a memorable trip for hubby's birthday, and took great attentive care of us from the moment we checked in to our last day at Nikki Beach resort, and especially to the ladies at the restaurant who we had great small chats every morning when we have our breakfast. We are already planning our next trip, and we are definitely recommending this beautiful place to friends and families💕🙏

Staying at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui turned out to be a major mistake. I feel misled by the attractive photos and social media content advertised online. From the moment we arrived, the resort played extremely loud club-style music throughout the day. I chose this property expecting a „relaxing beachfront” stay, but instead, the constant noise made the experience mentally exhausting rather than restful. The beach chairs shown in promotional photos are only available to guests who spend a minimum amount (THB 2,500 for in-house guests and THB 5,000 for outside guests). While I understand this may be part of their business model, this important detail is not clearly communicated online. Similarly, there is no proper disclosure about the loud daytime music or restrictions such as children not being allowed in the pool. The resort also promotes itself as a “beachfront resort,” which I find misleading. In reality, there is little to no beach most days—certainly nothing like what is shown in the advertised images. Overall, I would rate this property as closer to a three-star hotel due to unprofessional hospitality. The staff appeared poorly trained and lacked awareness of guest comfort, with frequent interruptions that felt intrusive and disruptive. I would not recommend this resort to others. If some guests enjoy this environment, I am genuinely happy for them. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The resort promises a lot through its advertising but delivers very little in reality.
