Our family had an amazing stay at Nickelodeon Resorts Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort offers something for everyone. We enjoyed the beautiful amenities, delicious restaurants, fun activities, and the incredible atmosphere throughout the property. There was always something to do, whether we wanted to relax or spend quality time together as a family. Every member of our family had a wonderful time, and we created memories that we will cherish for years to come. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by our Prestige Travelers concierge, Camilo. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed throughout our vacation. He was kind, attentive, professional, and always available to answer questions or assist with any request. His dedication to making our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for his outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Nickelodeon Resorts Punta Cana to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation. We will absolutely be returning, and when we do, we will definitely be requesting Camilo as our concierge again. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special!

We (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) stayed 9 nights. The staff was very good and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable and the entertainment was great for kids. The water parks, club Nick were fantastic too. Housekeeping was great. Lots of wonderful people who work. The resort is very bilingual so most everything gets repeated in English and Spanish, which is great for kids' learning, but U.S. travelers who may be unaccustomed should be aware that it isn't an English-first experience (yet quite accommodating nonetheless). The hotel had some minor annoyances: foods with shrimp were off the menu for several days, the video board in the Nick Lounge had multiple panels that were broken, the minibar was always restocked with water only (I'm not sure why I'd need to contact someone to get that fixed). Rooms weren't as soundproof as other family-friendly hotels. There was the typical level of upsell (not overly high pressure). A bottle of spray sunscreen from their store cost $40. The beach wasn't the best for small kids (choppy waves and lots of seaweed), but infinity pools along the shore were nice and had the view. Overall, it was a good experience that our kids enjoyed. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience at the spa! The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and very clean. My daughter had her hair braided, and the stylist was incredibly attentive, patient, and detailed. The braids turned out beautifully, and we were very happy with the results. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved The Sweetery at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana! It quickly became one of our favorite stops every day. The coffee was consistently delicious, but the real highlight was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Rosanna and Maria. They make the best coffee at the resort and always greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. They remembered our orders, took great care of us, and made every visit feel special. If you’re staying at the resort, don’t miss your morning coffee at The Sweetery. Great drinks, amazing staff, and a perfect way to start the day. Five stars!

Nathalia at Explorer Table was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our dinner special. She stopped by every few minutes to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meal. Her kindness and exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed and valued.
