I stayed at Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana from November 2–7 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The weather was perfect, the food and drinks were delicious, and every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Rogelio, the bartender—he is truly amazing! Not only does he craft fantastic drinks, but he has such a kind soul and a great personality. His customer service is outstanding; you can tell he genuinely cares about every guest and truly enjoys what he does. Overall, this was a relaxing vacation that gave me the chance to unwind from busy life. I’ll definitely be back. Aloha Punta Cana—see you soon! 🌴🍹

My week here was so short! I loved staying at this resort. The staff are very kind and helpful. Very easy to talk to anyone here. The rooms are big and spacious, perfect for a family. This resort has everything anyone is looking for. There is an activity for everyone. The entertainment staff were especially the best. The best of all of them was Junior. He was always kind and making sure I was enjoying my stay.

The resort is very nice and clean. Everyone has been great and very helpful. Special thanks Josue in the beach at the party. He was fun and helpful. The only complaint I have about this resort is the reservation system for dinner. You have to book it at 9AM and the popular ones book up immediately so we didn't even get to experience everything which was very frustrating. Otherwise we had a great time.

I came to this Resort to celebrate the my kids birthdays. I had an amazing time. The experience was perfect and beyond what I expected. If you come across Leo as your butler, I can tell you that you are in great hands. He’s on top of everything. If you have Yamile as your consierge, she is absolutely sweet, amazing, and knows exactly what to recommend for the kids. The greatest bar tender of all time is Luis. You’ll find him at the pool bar. He’s been at the resort for a decade already and you can tell. The guys is amazing. Just be careful with his special drink called “La Surpresa de Luis”. It will creep up on you when you least expect it. Above all, I loved everything and my prestige representatives, Rafa Y Monica, te Amos y nos vemos pronto!

I am writing to share detailed feedback regarding our recent stay at your resort, which involved my family—two adults and two children. We chose your establishment primarily due to its high reputation and the advertised activities for children; however, our experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was, unfortunately, not properly cleaned or maintained. We discovered that the bed was infested with very small ants. Initially, we did not notice them until my 4-month-old daughter began to cry and show signs of discomfort. Upon inspection, we found many ants crawling on her body. We immediately contacted the front office to report the issue and received a dismissive response, essentially asking, "What would you like us to do?" We requested a room change, which was granted. After moving to the new room and settling in late at night, we put our children to sleep and began unpacking. Within five minutes, we observed cockroaches near my daughter’s bed. We took photographs and videos and attempted to contact the front desk again, but received no response. This experience caused me significant distress, and I was unable to sleep that entire night worrying about the hygiene and safety of my children. The following day, when we reported the incident again at the front desk, rather than offering assistance or solutions, we were redirected to a presentation promoting a membership purchase. I made it clear that I had no interest in purchasing a membership given the issues we faced. Astonishingly, they then offered to assist with another room change only if we purchased a $50,000 membership, which was, frankly, absurd. By then, our priority was simply to complete our stay and depart as soon as possible. Additionally, the dining experience was disappointing. Reservations were required for the restaurants even when they appeared nearly empty. Fresco Restaurant was frequently out of food and had only two menu items available. The main buffet offered repetitive and uninspired options. In the central plaza area of the hotel, activities for children were extremely limited. The bounce trampoline and the small cars, which cost $10 for just five minutes, seemed insufficient. I strongly suggest the resort consider incorporating more engaging and cost-effective activities for children, such as races or classic games like “Red Light, Green Light” and “Simon Says,” especially for the evenings after 7–8 p.m., when the only option available is a show. In my personal opinion, I would recommend potential guests consider alternatives such as locations in Cancun, Mexico, if possible.
