We had a very pleasant stay at the NH Collection Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is modern, clean, well located on the Palm, and the breakfast was very good. Special thanks to our housekeeper Dharmendra, who took excellent care of us and even washed our baby’s bottles, which we truly appreciated. We are writing this review from room 740. We would also like to thank Concierge Supervisor Ali for his kind and professional support in helping us get the correct room after an initial mix-up. Great service and a lovely stay. The NH Collection hotel left a very positive impression during my stay. Its convenient location made exploring the area effortless. Hotel located very close to Palm mall. Taxi service always awailbly at any time. I was particularly impressed with the prompt and efficient room service.
