Fairly easy to drive to! The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall an amazing experience! Spacious clean room with spectacular sea views, amazing buffet dinner with a wide variety of options and the staff is readily at your service for any kind of assistance. Definitely worth every dirham! We were celebrating and they helped make it into a beautiful memory! A yummy decorated cake was brought out when I least expected it as a surprise! Special shout out to Mahmoud and Sagar P - they not only ensured we’re comfortable and enjoying our stay but also made the effort to make it memorable! Thank you so so much to them both, Mahmoud and Sagar P and of course the entire team! On our last day, (we stayed for two nights), Othman , Akri, Bhanu, Santosh, Ama and Christian surprised again with a thank-you dessert and card! Honestly this personal touch was so beautiful!! Thank you!! Definitely coming back!

We recently stayed at Aloft, The Palm Jumeirah as a family and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The only small challenge we had was finding the main lobby when we arrived, as it's located at the back of the hotel rather than roadside. The Aloft sign was also partially blocked by a parked car, which made it a little tricky to spot. Thankfully, that was quickly forgotten once we checked in. The process was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. We were pleasantly surprised to be given interconnecting rooms, which made our family stay much more comfortable. The sea view was beautiful, with views of Burj Al Arab and even Burj Khalifa in the distance. The hotel has a nice pool, and the beach is just a short 2-minute walk away. One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it a lovely way to start the day. A special thank you to Kristine and Sanly, who greeted us warmly and assisted us throughout breakfast. Also like to give a shout-out to the staff at the egg station, unfortunately, wasn't able to catch his name, but he was friendly, accommodating as well. Another thing we appreciated was how prompt the team was in responding to our requests. Whenever we needed assistance, room service was quick to answer and deliver, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a quiet and relaxing family getaway.

Google review: We went as a family for Iftar at the East and Seaboard restaurant on 8th March 2026. From the reservations, seating, food, and service, our experience was great. Aki, who took the reservation, came and met us even though it was her day off. Aire was too good at answering our queries while handling the reservations. The hostess, Chaw, and Kunal ensured every request from the kids was met, even if it wasn’t on the buffet menu. Kunal the Chef prepares excellent dishes; the taste was so authentic, irrespective of the cuisine. Pavithran and others served with a smile. Will go back again for the quality of food, service with a smile, location, and the ambience.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah! What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Despite the hotel being at one of its busiest periods, every request we made was attended to promptly and professionally. A huge thank you to the team for allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable. Whether it was extra pillows, toiletries, vanity items, or an ice bucket, everything was delivered to our room quickly with no waiting time at all. The staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. Their customer service and attention to detail deserve a perfect 10/10. The spacious rooms, private beach access, and excellent location on the Palm are definite highlights. The breakfast selection was decent, though the real standout of this hotel is the incredible service and hospitality provided by the team. Thank you, Aloft Palm Jumeirah, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
