We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The hotel offers stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a great overall atmosphere. A special thanks to Thariq for his exceptional service and for helping us with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location and views are definitely highlights of this property, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only drawbacks were that valet parking was not available, and bathrobes were not provided in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, a great place for a staycation, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Despite the hotel being at one of its busiest periods, every request we made was attended to promptly and professionally. Whether it was extra pillows, toiletries, vanity items, or an ice bucket, everything was delivered to our room quickly with no waiting time at all. The staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. Their customer service and attention to detail deserve a perfect 10/10. The spacious rooms, private beach access, and excellent location on the Palm are definite highlights. The breakfast selection was decent, though the real standout of this hotel is the incredible service and hospitality provided by the team. I want to give a special and heartfelt shoutout to Anup, who went above and beyond to ensure every dining experience was memorable. His warm hospitality, cheerful demeanor, and genuine attention to detail truly made me feel at home. Staff members like Anup are a true asset to the hotel and define what true luxury and guest care are all about.
