Google review: We went as a family for Iftar at the East and Seaboard restaurant on 8th March 2026. From the reservations, seating, food, and service, our experience was great. Aki, who took the reservation, came and met us even though it was her day off. Aire was too good at answering our queries while handling the reservations. The hostess, Chaw, and Kunal ensured every request from the kids was met, even if it wasn’t on the buffet menu. Kunal the Chef prepares excellent dishes; the taste was so authentic, irrespective of the cuisine. Pavithran and others served with a smile. Will go back again for the quality of food, service with a smile, location, and the ambience.

The Hotel ist beautiful, in a great Location, good food and nice spacious rooms. What stands out the most however is the team. We stayed here when the bombing from Iran started. The Team took such amazing care of us, always making sure we were Safe and doing so much in such unsettling Times. Special thanks to Tarek at Reception for Helling us with all our needs and to Hatim, who got us to safety several Times, coordinating everything when Alarms started and keeping us updated and calm. Highly recommend.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff who were very attentive on our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable giving us a good nights rest. Now onto the food - breakfast was to a good standard. There was a lovely Mexican restaurant on the 11th floor with live entertainment and roof top views. The stand out has to be the Greek restaurant on the 2 floor, again with amazing views over the water. The food was to a very high standard but our favourite part was the ladies night deal 3 courses with wine and also the great dj zagazar who serenaded us with 90s r and b tunes throughout the night along with a sprinkling of Afro beats. All staff are super friendly; polite with great manners and very positive. This is from the staff greeting you at the door to the cleaners cleaning rooms to the lovely lady who welcomed us at breakfast and remembered our room number . Muhammad on the front desk was super helpful. The hotel staff were also very helpful in booking us wonderful tours and activities around Dubai. The lady who organised this was again very helpful. There was a shuttle but that takes you ti Emirates mall that runs regularly and also a well equipped gym. All in all a great hotel to stay in.

We stayed there, in this beautiful hotel, for few days with my friend and we were amazed by location, rooms, service and very kind and friendly staff. Room was always clean, food was fresh, a lot of options to chose.. The hotel private beach was also clean and friendly staff also there. Namely Kristina and her collegues made our stay awesome. We have even some special dietary requests and all of them were fulfilled very friendly and kindly. We plan to come back to Dubai and definitelly to stay in that hotel again. Staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to requests. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, good dining options, and a pleasant pool and beach area. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. Good value for money compared to other Palm hotels and suitable for both short stays and weekend breaks.
