I travel to Dubai very frequently, almost every two weeks, and I have stayed in many different hotels. However, for the past two months, I have been choosing this hotel every time, mainly because of Roaa and her exceptional service. She is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about guests. On one of my stays, she kindly upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank the hotel management for having such a wonderful employee. Staff members like Roaa are a big reason why guests keep coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and Lilian was very welcoming, supportive, and attentive to all our needs, especially since we were multiple families. The rooms, views, and suite experience were excellent, and the kids really enjoyed the stay. The food and beverage options were also outstanding, with delicious dishes and even great coffee. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. Special thanks to Mr. Nour Kamal at reception and Mr. Changing from the restaurant for their outstanding service and hospitality. My only suggestion is to extend the pool closing time from 6 PM to 7 PM, especially around sunset. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Seeing how the hotel has preserved its exceptional hospitality and warm atmosphere throughout the years was truly heartwarming. From the moment I arrived, the Front Office team welcomed me with genuine smiles, professionalism, and warmth. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and friendly, instantly making me feel at home once again. My family and I were delighted to be upgraded to a room on the 60th floor with a breathtaking view of Sheikh Zayed Road—a truly unforgettable experience. The Housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining the rooms impeccably. Their kindness and willingness to assist with our requests for additional toiletries reflected their generosity, dedication, and genuine care for guests. Food and Beverage was another highlight of our stay. The restaurants offered delicious dishes, excellent presentation, and attentive service. The staff were hospitable, accommodating, and consistently friendly, making every dining experience enjoyable. My son especially enjoyed the swimming pool, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the pool attendant—you know who you are—for your exceptional dedication, friendliness, and outstanding service. The Security team was also courteous, friendly and respectful. Most importantly, what touched me deeply was the culture of hospitality that remains within the hotel after all these years. As someone who once worked there during its pre-opening stage, I know how much passion and hard work were invested during those times. Rose Rayhaan Rotana, once recognized as the Tallest Hotel Building in the World in 2009 by the Guinness World records will always hold a special place in my heart, not only as a former employee but now also as a satisfied and appreciative guest.
