It was a great visit once again. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The lobby was compact yet clean and decent, creating a comfortable first impression. From the moment we checked in, the wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Veda from reception for the sweet note left outside our door it truly touched my heart. Yuda was so kind and quick to assist us in the morning during the emergency sound reset alert, making sure everything was okay. And sweet Justine surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our engagement! The entire team and management made us feel so loved, cared for, and appreciated throughout our stay.
