I recently stayed at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages. It is conveniently situated close to the metro station, the Abu Dhabi bus terminal, and Ibn Battuta Mall, making it very easy to travel around Dubai or even take a trip to Abu Dhabi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank Mr. Nahid for his excellent service and the breakfast chef, who was very welcoming and made every breakfast enjoyable. However, I did experience one area that could be improved. When I called from my room to ask about the laundry collection time, the male receptionist working the evening shift spoke in a manner that did not feel very service-oriented. Instead of simply answering my question, the conversation felt somewhat patronizing. I believe this is something the hotel management should review, as guest communication is an important part of the overall experience. Apart from this incident, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel because of its great location, clean facilities, and the outstanding hospitality provided by most of the staff.

Our experience at Avani was truly amazing, from the seamless check-in process to the comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfast offerings. The ham and cheese omelette I requested was especially delightful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. A special appreciation to Mr. Famara, Mr. Bhagya, Mr. Binoth, Austin, Naomi, Chef Rose, and Chef Faisal (omelette station) for their professionalism and friendly service, which greatly enhanced our stay. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! A special mention must go to Shehan from the Public Area Housekeeping team—the lobby and public spaces were always sparkling clean, fresh, and exceptionally well-maintained throughout our stay. Also, huge thanks to Ishini from the F&B team for her warm hospitality and brilliant service during dining. It was amazing to see how seamlessly Shehan and Ishini worked together to ensure the dining and surrounding areas were always neat, comfortable, and welcoming. Excellent teamwork and top-notch service from both of them. Highly recommended!"

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the usual Dubai traffic, yet right next to Ibn Battuta Mall, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. We also received a complimentary 75 AED voucher, which we happily used for drinks by the bar. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel team went above and beyond and surprised us with a delicious cake in our room! 🤗 It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got engaged last night, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate such a special moment. From the moment we checked in, the wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Veda from reception for the sweet note left outside our door it truly touched my heart. Yuda was so kind and quick to assist us in the morning during the emergency sound reset alert, making sure everything was okay. And sweet Justine surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our engagement! The entire team and management made us feel so loved, cared for, and appreciated throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail meant so much to us during such an important milestone in our lives. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable experience!
