Amazing experience at Hilton Dubai The Walk! The location is great, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Bilal and Priyantha from the Concierge Team for their outstanding hospitality. It was very good stay. Hospitality on the top level. Staff is very professional and friendly. Rasheed from the front desk great guy, upgraded room for us for free and we lived almost on last floor ,it was very big and nice,comfortable room. Two pretty ladies from reception Caroline and Eloisa was very friendly, gave us opportunity to checkout later complimentary. Breakfast was good- a lot of food,beach is clean and you can go there straight from breakfast. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets next to hotel . Next stay will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

We had a fantastic holiday and truly enjoyed the atmosphere, excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and the warm attitude of the entire team. We would especially like to recognize Shamal, the restaurant manager. His professionalism, attention to detail, and care for the guests truly deserve recognition. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The best staycation we ever had. Having friends visiting from abroad so we decided to stay at the same hotel. Planned to book one night which we did through the phone. Aya from the reservation team gave us an incredible deal (forget online platforms; call the hotel directly). Once we got to the hotel; we experienced a level of service that I have not seen before (I am a platinum member on two chains so you can take my word for it. Then came dinner; Abdel Rahman (the chef) AKA ABDOU; was such an incredible person; he took care of the kids - custom made - pasta; personally catered for all our special requests (there were 9 of us) and the food overall was 10/10. The attention to details was impeccable. It was so good; we decided to extend one more night; went to the reception and was greeted by Basel & Tamer at the reception. What a friendly gentlemen they were; honored the same rate; gave me a room with a view and helped me move in less than 5 minutes. Their attitude is what I will always come back for staycations and I will bring my customers to that hotel from now on. Really great hotel and excellent service. Thank you Hilton The Walk team.
