Absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, my “stay” at this hotel never actually happened — and for very good reason. The photos and description shown on the booking platform do not reflect reality at all. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that basic hygiene and comfort standards are completely ignored: • the furniture is severely worn out, damaged, and clearly outdated; • the floors were dirty, giving the impression that proper cleaning is not done; • there was a strong, disgusting smell in the room, similar to dirty, unwashed cleaning rags; • the overall atmosphere felt disturbing, unsanitary, and unsafe. It was absolutely impossible to stay in such conditions. I left the hotel immediately after inspecting the room, as spending even a single night there was out of the question. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and a total failure to provide the service as advertised. The accommodation does not meet even the most basic standards. If you value your health, comfort, and money — stay away from this place. I have requested a full refund and will escalate the matter through the booking platform and consumer protection authorities if necessary. A truly unpleasant and unacceptable experience.

If you reading this it means you looking for clarity weather the Hilton Dubai walk hotel is a nice place to stay. Let me start by saying when we arrived, the reception was so busy it not only showed us how popular they are but people are flocking in to do there bookings or check in. With all this taking place we remained patient and waited our turn. When it was our turn they realized the rooms where still getting prepared. The lady over the counter was superb she sent us straight to the VIP lounge where we could rest and have some snacks. Later we found out for the inconvenience she gave us a super voucher and the Penthouse. Now you tell me do I have to tell u any more about there service. We even had an incident at the room when one of our members hurt there toe the doc was there within minutes like he was just down stairs. I give Hilton 200% recommendation. Anyways coming back to the Hotel it's situated in the most ideal spot one can ever ask for. I need not speak anymore just go experience them for yourself. To the Hiton staff you guys made our holiday the most fabulous experience ever. Thank you we will use you again. Many thanks From the Ramkissoon family

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was truly fantastic—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. From Christine and Saneh at reception to Shamel and his team in Hartisan restaurant to Ahmed and his housekeeping team. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, offering great comfort. The food variety was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each day. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect as well, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions and beach. Overall, a truly great hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

From the warm welcome to the excellent service, everything was top-notch. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was soft, and I slept better than I had in weeks! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff provided outstanding service every morning. The location was also perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I especially loved the swimming pool and spa area, which were clean, relaxing, and never overcrowded. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt truly cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.
