I’m writing this review because of one interaction with Kush. We arrived without a booking, which could have easily become a stressful situation. Instead, Kush handled everything with such professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth that the entire experience immediately changed. Not only did she find a solution, but she also managed to secure an amazing room with a beautiful view. What impressed me most was not the room itself—it was her customer service. Her communication was exceptional. She was polite, approachable, socially intelligent, and knew exactly how to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Every part of the interaction felt effortless, yet it was clear that she genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. In fact, her customer service was so good that I found myself wanting to write about that interaction rather than the hotel. The room was fantastic, but the way she handled the situation is what stayed with me. Great hotels can be found in many places; memorable customer service is much rarer. Kush is the kind of employee who elevates a guest’s entire experience and leaves a lasting impression. She is a true example of top-tier hospitality and a credit to Radison Palm Jumeirah. Thank you, Kush, for turning an unexpected situation into one of the highlights of our stay.

We had such an amazing weekend staycation at Radisson Beach Resort. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Waking up to the breathtaking, uninterrupted sea view every morning was a major highlight of our trip. 🏖️ Beachfront & Amenities You cannot beat the location! The resort sits right on a pristine beachfront, making it incredibly easy to transition from lounging by the pool to stepping onto the sand. The amenities are fantastic, well-maintained, and offer everything you need for total relaxation. 🍽️ Food Every meal we had was delicious. The food quality, variety, and presentation exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! It’s a beautiful setting to unwind, with a resort-style atmosphere and plenty of space to enjoy the sun comfortably. Whether you go for a morning dip or an evening wind-down, the vibe is calm, scenic, and genuinely enjoyable—more like a destination than just a hotel pool. Just as impressive is the private beach access. Having direct access to the beach creates a seamless “vacation mode” feeling. The beach setup makes it easy to relax without the usual hassle, and it’s a great change of pace from the pool—ideal for taking your time, soaking up the views, and enjoying the sea at your own pace. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and genuinely relaxing, with a layout that makes it easy to unwind after a day out. The staff were friendly, especially Emmanuel — very professional, and attentive without being intrusive—service felt smooth and welcoming throughout our visit. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast had a strong selection and the overall experience was high quality, whether you’re starting your day or enjoying a meal in a relaxing setting. Overall, the hotel balances comfort, atmosphere, and great service extremely well. Overall, the hotel’s amenities are well thought out, the environment feels clean and well managed, and the experience is consistently comfortable. With the rooftop pool and private beach access being such strong features, this is a clear 5/5 stay—highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxed Palm getaway with exceptional on-site recreation.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Palm Jumeirah Dubai was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
