I stayed at the Radisson for 11 days and could not recommend the service and team highly enough. Throughout my stay, the concierge, valet, and housekeeping staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily by Uttam, and it was always spotless. I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were safe and well cared for. The valet team—Likhil, Bonny, Nigus, and Fazal—were exceptional. They took great care of my vehicles, recommended excellent restaurants, and were always willing to help in any way possible. An outstanding team that truly elevates the experience beyond just a great building. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

The hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Michael, a staff member who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. All staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, which really made a difference. Excellent service and a great overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

For all the people who have experience in hospitality: this is not a 4 star hotel. Not sure why majority is highlighting so many great things, when the breakfast buffet is an absolute chaos: not well set up, variety of dishes, egg station too small/ crowded & the coffee tastes disgusting (only 3 machines for all the guests & employees). The rooms with beach view come also with extra entertainment until 3am! Beachclubs infront of the hotel caused sleepless nights! I felt so bad for the night shift who has to take care of all the complaints ever night. We had to move the room, as it was simply not acceptable for the price we paid & rest needed. „The club does not belong to the hotel“ was the main excuse from the manager. Ok fine - but the rooms facing the club belong to the hotel & should not be sold at such a high price without any warning! This experience was a main bummer … Spa not attractive/ inviting, Gym Ok. Overall value for money does not justify anything! I cannot recommend this hotel. Bellboys on the other hand were amazing & Right on spot!

My stay at the Radisson Beach Hotel was exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, offering everything you could wish for within easy reach. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding — every staff member was attentive, friendly, and professional. A very special mention goes to the manager, Rami. He is incredibly welcoming, respectful, and truly dedicated to guest satisfaction. He listens carefully to every request and ensures that all needs are met with genuine care. His hospitality made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-level service, perfect location, and a team that truly values its guests. I will definitely be returning!
