A huge congratulations to the entire team – the hotel is truly top-notch from start to finish. A special thanks to Sayed and Raoul at the reception for their warm welcome, availability, and professionalism. They were always there to help and answer our requests with a smile. The rooftop and the pool are absolutely incredible, offering breathtaking views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sun, and take amazing photos. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels on The Palm, but Radisson Blu really stood out for me. It’s fairly new, and for the price, it offers great value. The facilities are excellent, but what really made the difference was how kind and helpful the staff were. I was greeted by Emmanuel when I checked in and he was also there when I checked out — he was genuinely friendly and made everything smooth and welcoming. All the staff I came across were just as kind and attentive. My room had a beautiful view of both the pool and the beach. It was clean, spacious and felt really cozy. This hotel also offers a discount voucher to guests for the restaurants and salon which was a thoughtful touch. (Could be limited time and offers) Overall, I was really impressed with my stay and felt well looked after. I’ll definitely be staying here again

Great stay at the Radisson Palm for a week. The staff can’t do enough for you, very welcoming and polite, always on hand. Location is perfect on the palm. A short £6 taxi ride to the marina and huge shopping mall just a 5 min walk. All the Palm beach clubs surround this hotel. The Mila by Smoky beach club which is free for hotel guests is lovely. Beach is spot on and a nice vibe. The rooms are immaculate and very spacious. Cleaning done every day and the cleaners were very nice people. Overall this place is perfect for anyone wanting to visit Dubai!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3.5–4 stars) Booked a 1-bed suite for 4 days. The room was a good size, very clean, and the hotel overall feels new and well maintained. Having been coming to Dubai on and off for 20 years, we thought we’d try a smaller beachfront hotel this time instead of a large resort — and overall, it’s a nice little place. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the sea-view room we had requested months ago and ended up with a room above the entrance/rear side, which turned out to be traffic-jam central! On weekends the noise goes on until around 4 a.m. when the nearby beach bars finally close and everyone heads home — so not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. The pool area is decent for a smaller hotel, though the beds both here and on the beach go fast by 9 a.m. You’ll need to be quick or keep an eye out for people leaving if you want a spot. The beach area itself is lovely — good vibe, nice music, and tasty food. The sunbeds are proper ones with thick mattresses, plus there are large beanbags and plenty of relaxed seating areas. All in all, clean, comfortable, and as expected — just wish we’d had the sea-view room and a little more peace at night!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Radisson! Thank you to the legendary General Manager, Mr. Emil, and his amazing team. We spent three wonderful days at the Radisson and were truly impressed by how perfectly the hotel is managed under Mr. Emil’s leadership, with the great support of Mr. Rami Ahmed. Mr. Emil personally met us each morning to ensure our stay was going well and that we had everything we needed. Mr. Rami Ahmed assisted us during check-in, escorted us to our room, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was attentive and efficient, providing all the amenities we requested. The food at Serena Restaurant was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Everything about our stay was excellent — thank you once again to Mr. Emil and the entire team for making our visit so special!
