We booked for 1 night and just like any other family, our main attraction was the swimming pool. But the heaters in the swimming pool were not working and the water was very very cold. The hotel management should have informed us at the time we were checking in, that the pool was not accessible. Its just not fair.Its like the whole trip got wasted coz we kept shivering in the pool. We did go to the beach, but its not the same as the pool. They have a small jacuzzi which too crowded with just 3 or 4 people. The least they could do was offer a day in or a meal to substitute, but sadly they didnt even acknowledge it.

Great place to stay! Rooms are nice and clean, and the spa is amazing. we took a couple of spa packages of morrocan baths and massages! It was all worth it!!! They had authentic Balinese massage! The women were from Bali! It was so relaxing! The beach and swimming pools are good too! The gym is not too bad either... The reason I am posting gym pictures is because I could not find the pictures of the gym earlier. The things I did not like about this hotel are that the breakfast buffet had very few options, and they have limited parking space (we literally had to park our car outside the hotel on the road). The rest of the things were all great!

We had daily access to the beach & pool, it was the best experience I had in Dubai. Service at the beach was just outstanding by Boris! He was Very professional and kind. And we had the chance to meet Seyhan, he gave us great service at the pool. Many thanks to these 2 wonderful people for making our experience excellent ! We will definitely visit again.

We bought a pool and beach day pass for this hotel and had a lovely day. The facilities are clean and staff are friendly and very welcoming. Plenty of beds around the pool and beach with towels given to you on arrival. Special thanks to Siddique who was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Best service we’ve had whilst using a day pass as we’ve found that some hotels aren’t as forthcoming with great service if you’re not a guest there. Only thing I would mention for prospective guests is that there is a lot of construction going on around this hotel which can be quite difficult for taxis and there doesn’t seem to be any restaurants or shops nearby other than the ones inside the hotel itself. However the food from the restaurant is delicious so if you’re after a hotel for relaxing and don’t mind not venturing out then this is the place for you.

I had a really good time staying at Park Regis by Prince, Dubai Islands. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was fast, and the food was tasty. Athul, from the security team, was very friendly and made me feel safe throughout my stay. George gave excellent service with the food, beer, and wine — always with a smile and great attitude. Both of them were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back next time!
