My wife and I spent one week here in March with our baby boy. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Raj and the kitchen staff always came to say hello and ask if we needed anything to help with the baby. Room service and beach service was also top quality and friendly. I would happily stay here again and again. Nothing but good things here, amazing food and drinks. There is even a playroom for children which was nice as well. I wish I could remember all of the staffs names but it has been a few months now since being there. Raj, Boris and all the kitchen staff.

I had an amazing 1 night stay at this hotel that too on my birthday. Each and every staff is helpful but Mr. Haroon specially helped us a lot with room changing and settling upon our arrival. We had booked a room with twin bed for 3 people. Mr. Haroon himself suggested us on changing our room to King bed which had a sofa cumbed too. Also, before arrival I requested for a complimentary room setup for my birthday. On the day of check in I was amazed because not only the staff wished me but they also arranged a small setup for me in my designated room.

We had a booking yesterday with this hotel. We were not even greeted by the hotel staff upon ARRIVAL. First time in UAE , we have recieved such a terrible experience in a hotel. The hotel is now owned by another management called sea point. The receptionists were extremely rude and didnt help us at all. They were not accommodative at all. We felt humiliated and embarrassed by their treatment that we left the hotel upon arrival itself despite having our booking for 24 hours. We went there for unwinding our minds but returned even stressed. The hotel interiors r very very basic but the staff behavior is like it is a luxury hotel. I suggest rest of you to save your money and not book your stay in this terrible hotel. Utterly disgusted. I suggest the hotel to hire staff who have basic etiquette atleast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and modern – the hotel is brand new and nicely designed. The facilities were excellent, making our stay super comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff – they were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great value stay.
