This was our third stay at LEGOLAND Hotel, and every time we visit, we love it even more! It’s truly the perfect hotel for families with children. The themed rooms, fun activities, and amazing atmosphere make every stay special. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and everything is clean and well organized. My kids had an incredible time, and so did we. We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for any family looking for a fun and memorable experience!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well organized. The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family. My little one especially loved the play area, and the LEGO activities made the stay even more fun and memorable for him. It was lovely to see him enjoying himself so much. A special thanks to Mr. Muhassin Hassan, the Manager, who guided and assisted us very well throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and attention to our needs made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, good food, and excellent hospitality. We left with happy memories and would definitely love to visit again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and special. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! ❤️

It was a good stay. The staff were friendly and did their best to help from check in till check out, and the breakfast was good for the kids (dont expect a 5* buffet) + there is an icecream machine which the kids loved. We knew the parks were closed before booking, so that wasn’t an issue. What really needs improvement is the hotel itself. The rooms need better maintenance, and the sound insulation is poor. We couldn’t sleep because we could hear the room next to us. The team moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately we still had the same issue. We also had slow shower drainage in our room. Room amenities were not available and had to be requested. Wifi internet is very good. The outdoor pool is kids/baby friendly.

We had an extraordinary weekend at this beautiful themed hotel. Our children were delighted by the numerous attractions found in every corner of the property, from the reception area to the room, as well as the lobby, activity zones, workshops, and swimming pool. Every area offers a unique adventure and helps create an unforgettable experience. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality, from the security team to the reception staff. A very special thank you to Anis, who went above and beyond to help us get the specific room our children had wanted from the very beginning. His assistance and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience. We will certainly be coming back with great pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A magical experience for the whole family.
