LANDRE TORADO
Good resort to bring a family. In the future when it is 100% complete it will be one of the best places to bring family or have Romantic getaway. Unfortunately, during our stay there it felt like it was 60% complete. Floors 8 - 17 were still being constructed. Only 3 pools were open. The other 6 were still being constructed or were not properly cleaned and ready for people. There were only 7 sit down restaurants that were open out of the 19 there were advertised. Theater and other entertainment options were not available during my stay. We were looking forward to the kid's place, kids' restaurant, and kids pool unfortunately they were not ready yet either. There was one kids pool that was open but was closed the last two days I was there with my family. Customer server was spotty. I feel like they weren't properly trained and didn't show the same hospitality and service my family was used to at other palace resorts. In a 1 or 2 years I believe when everything is open and all staff have been properly trained this will be a great place to bring a family or significant other!

The resort was still under construction. But for the most part our family enjoyed it. Not all the restaurants were open but the ones that were, were good. Pools were great, beach was rough but beautiful, Not all employees know English so brush up or use translation it helps. The employees were friendly, and they did their best to accommodate as much as they could. The place will be beautiful when it is finished, which we were told their target date of completion is 12/15/2026. If you are planning to go beforehand, give the employees a break it ain’t easy. If you expect high quality right away from an almost finished resort, I suggest Cancun for now till they finish up. Come with a simple peace of mind and you will enjoy it even if you paid a lot for it.

Went for a girl’s trip with one of my friends and had an amazing time. The hotel is still under construction and staff is still learning the ropes, but still we were able to have a fun and relaxing experience with the amenities available. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Deivi and Bienvenido that treated us like royalty at the pool! Also super grateful to Diego for helping us create an unforgettable vacation. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We stayed at this resort just two days after it opened, so we expected some growing pains. Unfortunately, the reality was far beyond what we anticipated, and it resulted in what was, unfortunately, our worst vacation experience ever. The resort simply was not ready to welcome guests. Many of the amenities advertised were either incomplete or unavailable. The spa was only partially finished, several pools were closed, the sports courts were not open, and golf was available despite portions of the experience still not being fully operational. In our opinion, guests should not be charged full price when major amenities are unavailable. At a minimum, golf should have been complimentary with only equipment rentals charged until the full experience is operational. Dining was one of our biggest frustrations. The few restaurants that were open were extremely difficult to book. We repeatedly called Guest Services by dialing zero from our room to make reservations, only to discover that our requests were never actually communicated to the restaurants. As a result, we spent more time in the lobby and with Guest Services trying to secure dinner reservations than we did relaxing by the pool. Communication and follow-through were also disappointing. Paula assured us she would get back to us regarding our reservation issues, but we never heard from her, leading to even more time spent chasing answers. On the other hand, Mia was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and was truly the bright spot of our experience. Throughout the resort there was visible construction activity, including workers in guest areas and on the floors. Everywhere we looked, it felt like the property was still actively being built rather than fully opened. The one saving grace was that the rooms are beautiful, modern, and brand new. There is certainly potential here, and once everything is completed and operating properly, I believe this could become a wonderful destination. To the resort's credit, they recognized our experience and provided us with the equivalent value of our stay at another one of their resorts, which we greatly appreciated. That gesture helped restore some confidence in the brand. I understand opening a new resort is challenging, and we were prepared for some hiccups. However, the number of unfinished amenities, operational issues, and communication failures made this stay far more frustrating than enjoyable. I would recommend waiting several months before booking so the resort has time to fully complete construction and work through its operational challenges.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)** We checked in on **June 30**, and this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've ever had. I had two reservations under my name and clearly explained that one room was for 2 guests and the other was for 3. Despite having all of our passports, check-in took **over an hour**, the agent repeatedly asked the same questions (including our ages several times), and after all that, they still put the **wrong room numbers on our wristbands**, and put the wrong last name for one of the room, when we asked to changed, they told us to call the desk to change, WE ARE AT THE DESK, AND THEY WANT US TO CALL!!!!! We booked a room with **two double beds**, but were given **one king bed**. The hotel said bed type wasn't guaranteed and there were no double-bed rooms left. Our friends' room had **three adult men and one woman**, and they were also given only one king bed. That's unacceptable. This is advertised as an **all-inclusive resort**, but many restaurants were closed or only open every other day. Restaurant reservations were nearly impossible to get, leaving us with the buffet, which had very limited food and even closed for a two-hour break. Check-out was just as bad. Because we booked through a travel agent, they didn't resolve the payment issue until we were rushing to catch our flight. After charging my credit card, it took them **20–30 minutes** just to give me a **screenshot** instead of an actual receipt. The hotel is beautiful, but it's obvious they opened before they were ready. The staff are poorly trained, the service is disorganized, and many facilities are still not fully operational. My advice: **Before booking, make sure the hotel is fully open and that all restaurants and facilities are actually available.** We spent thousands of dollars, and it was absolutely not worth it.
