    We had an excellent dining experience at Markado, the buffet at the Meliá resort in the Dominican Republic. The selection was fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished, with something for everyone. What truly made the experience stand out was the outstanding service from William. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His welcoming attitude and professionalism made the meal feel special, even in a busy buffet setting. If you’re staying at Meliá, make sure to stop by Markado—William’s service alone makes it worth the visit. Highly recommend

    First time experience. We booked 3 rooms at Melia Caribe Beach (The Level) in Punta Cana for 7 days. We started with a little hiccup which was immediately rectified by Servando with a friendly smile. His attention to customer satisfaction is a top notch. Riviera Staffs : amazing Santa de la Cruz and Cristian Baez best guys are fabulous and always try to go above to assist you and always with a friendly heart felt greetings in the morning and evening. For those we didn’t get your names you are awesome. ground are beautiful and clean. Our favourite restaurant was Tauro, we ate there 3 times. Food was spectacular and tasty. Big distinguished 5 stars, Shout out to the Amazing staffs and Robert waiters at Tauro. We will miss you. Thank ll next time.

    We had such a lovely time at this hotel. We came as a group and we would recommend this place to anyone. We loved our dinner at Hokkaido and Jackie Chang made it extra special and delicious. A do not miss. Such a fun time. All the restaurants, and bars onsite had incredible food and service no matter the time of day. The kids and adults all loved it. Jhonny was our concierge and he was absolutely fantastic. He made our stay very memorable. The children loved him. He was top notch. Luciano at the Level swim up bar was so much fun. He created such a fun vibe for everyone. Overall the service at the restaurants, bars, casino, check-in, rooms etc was absolutely fantastic. We had fun at all the pools, the beautiful beach, the Waterpark, all equipped with plenty of sun loungers and day beds. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment especially the magic show and Michael Jackson tribute. The kids really enjoyed the foam party and the games room/arcade area. The adults enjoyed the on-site casino as well. We also really loved the Boreal Cafe which had delicious coffee and snacks. Such a lovely little spot. In addition to the incredible staff, and service the resort is absolutely beautiful. The pools, the ground the beach were all incredible.

    We chose this resort soecifically for the kids. The kids activities were awesome! They have different things for them everyday during the day, as well as at night. The Waterpark was tge highlight for the whole family. Very large resort. Lots of walking, however there are carts that come around frequently to pick up/drop off. The food was just okay. For a kids resort I thought they would cater to them a bit more. No fries at the buffet. Pizza was made on toast bread most nights. The burgers were super thick, and not cooked all the way through. Bacon was only available when the buffet opens at 7am for breakfast. If you show up after 8 they dont replenish. If you have fish allergies, be aware. This hotel serves a lot of fish. Mostly fish and pork. The themed nights dont look much different from a regular night as far as food is concerned. The rooms were out dated, and in my opinion were not as clean as they should be. Despite the fact that they come in to clean up everyday. When we arrived there was dust everywhere, and the couches had not been wiped clean. There was crumbs from previous guests. Its bare minimum here. They make the beds, take out the trash, and give you new towels. The staff are all very friendly. There were a select few that made our vacation very memorable. Some really go above and beyond. Over all good experience, but this hotel needs work. Would give it 3 stars of it was based on the hotel its self. However the staff and water park bumped it up a little.

    Best time ever! Was hesitant with so many negative reviews before coming, but honestly must be extremely fussy people. I’ve travelled in 4, 4.5 and 5 stars all over Dominican and Mexico. This hotel was wonderful. Food was great, rooms clean and comfy beds, gardens so beautiful. The entertainment was the best part! Ronny and Yoby made every activity so fun! From step class on beach, to bachata and salsa lessons, to aqua fitness. Never been so active and never seen so many participate. Had a wonderful time and will be back!
