    This hotel is a nice hotel, lots of flexibility when it comes to families. The provide daycare facilities included in stay and activities for toddlers/kids as well as something for every age group. The grounds are well kept. Entertainment is good. The food is decent for all inclusive but the service is a mixed bag, service level will vary with your tips especially if your there for a week or so depending on your tipping habits service can range from poor to excellent. I realized that in the level restaurant some servers will dodge serving you if you didn't tip or serve you last. This shouldn't be the case I payed a premium and I get shoddy service because I don't tip every time, if I was there for a week what kind of expectations is that?

    I recently stayed at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort with my entire family, and we had a phenomenal experience. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to provide helpful information. The restaurants offered a great variety of food options, and every meal was enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well organized throughout our stay. The resort facilities were excellent, especially the pools and entertainment areas. There were many activities and shows available during the day and evening. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the nightly entertainment in the lobby. We especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and the Dominican Night performance, which were both fantastic and memorable. The bartenders, especially those working in the lobby area, were very professional and provided outstanding service. They helped make our vacation even more enjoyable. My family and I had an amazing time, and we are already planning to return for our next vacation.     We were very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Jessica was extremely friendly and attentive during the check-in process. We would also like to thank Malange, who was very helpful and answered many of our questions regarding the resort's activities and accommodations. The food at all the restaurants we visited was delicious, especially at Rumba, which was our favorite. At the breakfast restaurant, we were always warmly welcomed and very well served by Miss Teyse every morning. Overall, the staff were very polite, welcoming, and professional. It was clear that the employees enjoy their work, which created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. This is the perfect place for a vacation, as the energy and ambiance are truly amazing. The cleanliness and housekeeping services were also excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which made us feel comfortable and happy throughout our stay.
