New resort, everything was clean. There wasn't many people staying here at the time, service was excellent. Some of the staff were still learning. Most staff spoke decent English. The food was fantastic. The little coffee bar was an excellent. The party environment was great. A daily pool party every afternoon. The evening entertainment started around 10:00 pm - 3:00 am. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend asking for ear plugs. The music can be heard from your room. Junior at the lobby bar was fantastic. The drive to and from the airport is roughly 1.5 hours.

If i can give a negative 5 i would. The service has been horrible. You have to make reservations for the nice restaurants per day and wait for 2 hours to do the reservation , to then be told that it is full. The food in the buffet sucks. Ate some meat from the buffet and it made me sick. The activities suck. The only good activity was the foam in the pool. They even close the buffet during the week and you are forced to order room service which they charge per service. If it wasn't that the flights were so expensive I would have left already. This has been a nightmare.. And don't bother asking for a Manager there are none. The bartender Estailyn was awesome.

This is not a 5 star resort. All the negative reviews are true. The staff is nice and tries very hard to make you happy. At the end of the day, it’s just poorly managed. The resort is outdated and very dirty. There are bugs in the rooms, the food is terrible and they run out of every item on the menu on a daily basis. You have to line up at 11 AM sharp every morning to reserve a restaurant because it’s all booked up by 11:15. The drinks are made of very cheap liquor. it’s in the middle of nowhere, you can’t have access to basic necessities. The ‘entertainment’ is always the same, which is the same 5 people dancing each night. The bed was very uncomfortable, our backs were hurting the whole time and one night it broke in 2 while we were sleeping. It’s a 2 star hotel by all standards.

It exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the wonderful staff! Scooby, Coffee, and Bubbles for a terrific games and creating excitement throughout the day. Also, Vanessa, Oscar, and Daniel wee terrific bartender and servers. Vanessa and Oscar remembered by drink order and brought it over quickly when i sat down. The food here is seasoned and is probably one of best ones I've had at an inclusive. Overall the staff makes this place happen!!! Definitely want to come back with my husband.

Hello everyone. We just came back from a brand new Temptation Miches DR. Just wanted to share our experience with you. We’ve had an amazing time there. I normally don’t enjoy food at all inclusive resorts but I was pleasantly surprised by Temptation. Food was great especially Italian restaurant Romanza. Highly recommend. The staff was absolutely stunning! Our favorite person was of course our butler Alejandro. He made our vacation stress free and always was available to take care of our needs. The bartenders at the quiet pool were always super friendly. I would like to thank the entertainment team. Thank you so much! The shows were awesome!!!! One of our favorite persons was Spicy:) we miss you all already. Keep it going and we will see you soon🙏
