No hot water. Do not get a room at the end, you will not have hot water, maybe room temp if lucky. Service is decent depending on the person. Other rooms in our party had hot water but we were at the end and ice cold shower in the morning, okay in the early afternoon but not hot maybe warm if your from the north. We had awesome staff and also the opposite. Food is so-so depending on quality taste. Drinks are okay if you don’t know what a good cocktail is. Reminds me of their cruise, okay for a day or 2, but not the best or even good. I would rate as an okay experience and service. Not really worth the money, spend up and get a better experience elsewhere.

If you are looking for a quick and quiet vacation to recharge your batteries, this is the spot. The resort is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Plus, the drinks are fantastic - perfectly crafted and always refreshing. Standout Service: The absolute highlight of our trip was Carlos Cilia. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally attentive. What really stood out was his proactivity; Carlos often found us around the pools, bars & restaurants and offered support before we even realized we needed anything. This level of consideration did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our experience. If you visit, definitely look for him! A Quick Note on Dining: While the resort is a peaceful paradise, it’s worth noting that the restaurants and bars can sometimes be short-staffed. This does mean you might wait a little longer for a table or a round of drinks, but the quality of the service remains high. The staff who are working are hard-working and consistently friendly, so the wait is always worth it. Overall, a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back!

Great place, happy to vacation here. Not a perfect experience but ultimately we quite were happy our stay. The Good: Pools were cold but great, the rooms were awesome, very clean resort, the variety of food options were nice and pretty tasty, the variety of drinks was insane and also delicious, the mini-bar points system was neat and effective, We got a good deal to go here, it was the cheapest 5-star we found, pool side activities were fun, recreation staff were a ton of fun and the pickleball courts were phenomenal. Johan, we had a ambassador/concierge assigned to us Johan who made our trip way better, hooked us up with reservations, texted us daily itineraries on what's happening, and gave us the best service possible. This guy is great and went above and beyond for us. Top class guy! Jorge also gave us great service! Always loved when he was our waiter. The less good: Food would be scarce after the first few hours of the buffet, items would run out before 8pm for dinner and before like 9am for breakfast, general service was a little hit and miss, sometimes we'd get the wrong order, or our order would be forgotten, getting water to the room was tough, it took us 4 calls to get some bottles. Beach towels would run out by 3pm and the clean towels would sometimes have a few minor stains on them, coffee shop only opens at 8am, we were always followed around by staff in the gift shop, excursion counter is expensive and is always trying to upsell, lots of small things but they do add up to a not perfect experience but really no where is perfect, I've just been to better resorts so hence the 4-star.

What a fun time. Rooms were great, Staff was EXCELLENT. My wife and I ended up getting fairly sick a couple of days in. Drinks were pretty inconsistent and the Steak House was nothing to write home about. Italian place was really good and the outside restaurant was SOOOO good. Steak and Egg Tacos were BOMB. Domingo was a great bartender and full of life. It was so clean and tidy. The couples massage was pricey, but was probably worth it for everything that we got. The hydro massage was an unforgettable experience (if you're in to sweating and freezing to death in a matter of minutes). Overall we had a pretty good time. Won't go back, but I'm glad we went! Only 50ish% capacity when we were there, and we loved it. Room service was great, but the drink selections (get more White Tequila or Captain Morgan or a little better bottles) were not amazing. Once again, BEAUTIFUL resort with a Fantastic atmosphere and staff!

The staff were super friendly and the rooms and facilities were always very clean. The pools are not heated which was a bummer. Food at buffet was hit or miss but Landshark was consistently good. Highly recommend the fish tacos! We loved the Caribbean and Mexican ships at the Boathouse. Dinner at Frank and Lola's was very good. I loved the Penne Vodka with Shrimp. Their cannoli lacked something in the cannoli cream though. Dinner at JWB we were told they were out of the tenderloin so we upgraded ($50) only to find out from another guest that they had tenderloin that night. Felt like we were scammed here and the BY Strip wasn't worth the money. Another issue was lack of beach towels. Even at 10am. Waited almost an hr for towels. Unfortunately we will not be back
