I just returned from another amazing week at Majestic Mirage and after being here over 20 times, I can honestly say I am never disappointed. If anything, every visit just keeps getting better and better. From the moment you arrive the level of service and attention to detail is outstanding. A special thank you to Elena the GM, along with Yeimi, Yelitza, Raul, and Leo their leadership truly shows throughout the resort. The staff overall are incredible, but as always, there are a few who really stand out, especially on this visit. At the steakhouse, Luis and Cesar delivered exceptional service professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Claudia at the Plaza deserves a special mention; her smile is always so warm and welcoming, it truly makes a difference. At the lobby bar, Yoel and Jonathan were fantastic and Rafi at the pool bar kept the great drinks and positive energy flowing all week long. The food and drinks were excellent across the resort consistently fresh, well-prepared and better each time I return. Whether dining ala carte or enjoying a cocktail by the pool, the quality never disappoints. Majestic Mirage continues to feel like a second home to us. Exceptional staff, great food, amazing drinks and an overall experience that keeps me coming back again and again. I already can’t wait for my next visit!!

Just got back from an amazing week at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and wow—what a stunning all-suite resort! The property is gorgeous: pristine beaches, beautiful pools, luxurious suites with jacuzzi, incredible views, and top-notch food across the restaurants and buffet. The all-inclusive experience felt truly premium, with premium drinks flowing and attentive service everywhere we went. But hands down, what made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew—they were energetic, fun, and genuinely made every day special. Shoutout to Pedro, Manuel, Candy, and Roberto—you guys were the absolute best! From beach games and poolside activities to the evening shows and dance parties, they brought so much energy and personality. Pedro and Manuel kept the vibes high with their hilarious games and dance lessons, Candy had everyone laughing and joining in, and Roberto’s charisma lit up the crowd every night. They made us feel like part of the family and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a blast. If you’re looking for non-stop fun without it feeling forced, this team delivers! The resort itself is spotless, the butlers and staff are super friendly, and the location is perfect. We can’t wait to come back—thank you to Pedro, Manuel, Candy, Roberto, and the entire Majestic Mirage team for an epic vacation! Highly recommend—especially if you love great entertainment! 🌴🎉

We picked this resort because we wanted an amazing experience of Punta Cana. This resort delivered the best quality of service we have received from any place we have stayed at. The resort provided a butler for us named Bolivar and he made sure our stay was amazing the whole time. He checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to fix any issues we might of had. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided us, especially when he scheduled room sevice breakfast for us when we had an early excursion booked. The resort was clean and lively with daily entertainment and plenty of food options. I would definitely come back here again and again and would love to have Bolivar as our butler again. He made our stay comfortable and we were able to fully relax on our vacation.

My husband and I spent 5 nights and 4 days at the Majestic Mirage for the first time. It was a wonderful experience and will love to come back. The atmosphere is relaxing 😌. Our "Butler" David Lopez took his time to explain to us how the system works. He is so kind, knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. He checked on us daily to make sure we're having an amazing time. Love ❤️ the meals, snacks, drinks. The staff from housekeeping to restaurant staff have been nothing short of exceptional. My partner and I had a great trip here. We stayed at the majestic mirage. The resort was very well maintained (cleanly), staff was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we had an all around great time. *Antonio and I want to give a shout out to our butler Bolivar who did an excellent job especially when it came to accommodating us. He was super welcoming and eager to help! He checked in on us daily, went above and beyond, and was always ready to help when we needed it. We ended up staying two extra nights on this trip last minute and he helped us at the front desk with accommodating this. We will 100% request him again when we return. (pictured below) Another shout out to Juan who works over by the pools. He was so kind and personable:) he will be missed. Once he met us he made sure to ask if we needed towels each day. Once we were even walking outside of the pool area and he told us he could set towels up on a cabana for us if we were going to the pool. He brought us waters too when needed and even gave us change for bigger bills. (pictured below) Also, Rafi was awesome at the tiki bar! makes some of the best drinks there. At the martini bar there was a very kind lady there too we loved her! And Yenis at the casino bar was the best she became a friend to me. There were quieter pool areas and more party like pool areas. We experienced three different rooms since we stayed extra days. Would recommend 5th floor corner suite with balcony. Swim up was nice but it does get a bit muddy and slippery in the room. Rooftop was also great. There were many places to choose from to eat at. Our favorites for restaurants was the steakhouse, sushi, and French place. We weren’t very fond of the Italian or seaside for dinner. The shows each night were awesome and interactive! We would definitely come back here.
