⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Stay at Majestic Elegance Cancun I recently returned from the most amazing trip to Majestic Elegance in Cancun, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch — the service, the food, and the beautiful atmosphere made it such a relaxing and memorable vacation. A huge shoutout to Victor and Jonathan at the Tiki Bar — they were absolutely incredible! Always friendly, fun, and quick to remember our favorite drinks. Their energy and hospitality made every visit to the bar so enjoyable. Erik from the Lobby Bar was also fantastic — he made the best cocktails and was so attentive and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Moises, who was running drinks on the beach, deserves special mention too. He worked so hard and always greeted us with a big smile, keeping us refreshed all day without us ever having to leave our loungers. And finally, Angel at the Don Jaume Steakhouse made our dinner there one of the highlights of the trip. The food was delicious, and his service was exceptional — he made us feel truly special. Everything about this resort exceeded my expectations — from the beautiful grounds to the amazing staff who clearly care about making every guest feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴

We stayed in a swim up suite on the club side. This resort was magnificent. Beautiful clean white sand beach, many pools to explore. You never felt like it was crowded or busy. The food was delicious and no complaints. The staff made sure to take great care of you. Our favorites were Ian at the piano bar, Abraham on the beach/pool. Our butler Andrés was very attentive to questions or requests. Highly recommend.

A Disappointing Culinary Experience Overshadowed a Special Occasion We stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres primarily for a wedding, which happened to coincide with our 10-year anniversary. While the check-in process was smooth and seamless, we were disappointed that our anniversary went completely unacknowledged—despite emailing the resort beforehand, mentioning it at check-in, and informing our butler. It was disheartening to see other couples receive thoughtful gestures while ours was overlooked. The biggest letdown was the food. If you're a foodie, this resort may not be for you. The chicken was undercooked, I got sick from the fresh fruit, and nearly everything was either bland or overwhelmingly seasoned. We had high hopes for the Mexican restaurant, but it was extremely underwhelming and the service lacked attentiveness. That said, a few standout staff members truly elevated our experience with their exceptional hospitality: - Benjamin at Don Juan Steakhouse - Mateo at Bistro Brasserie - Paulino, our wedding waiter Their warmth and care were deeply appreciated, even as the culinary experience fell short. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated and weather-worn. We had read reviews about bugs and ants, and while it wasn’t excessive, it’s something to be prepared for. Mosquitoes were noticeably worse than what we’ve experienced at other Cancun resorts—bring plenty of bug spray. The Infinity Pool was the highlight for entertainment, and Luis, the bartender there, was fantastic. However, the resort overall felt understaffed, which impacted service across the board. Ultimately, while we’re grateful for the wedding memories and the few staff who went above and beyond, the lack of attention to our anniversary and the disappointing food make it unlikely we’ll return.

I stayed at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and it was one of the best stays I have had. The rooms were nicely appointed and the air conditioning was not set to "freezer" like other hotels. I enjoyed the food, the beaches and the entertainment. What really set this hotel apart are it's people. From check in with Daniela, she set the tone for our stay. We had Rubi as our butler to start and then Issac took over and I appreciated both of their attentiveness and made themselves available. I very much enjoyed the nightly room spray that Issac treated us to. The entertainment team deserves recognition for their daily and nightly activities, especially the evening performances during Halloween. One stand-out for me was Wilder. He is authentic with her interactions, always had a warm hello and warmer smile at the buffet. In the evening, he was the bartender at one of the evening performances, he remembered my name and brought up our previous conversation. He made me feel like a VIP along with the rest of the staff. I can't wait for my return!

Rooms were great. Our butler, Enrique, was incredibly friendly and helpful with our requests. Jose at the beach was fabulously attentive and friendly. The steakhouse was amazing. Ordered the filet mignon and ribs each time. No reason to switch. Erick was our server, he ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinners and gave great recommendations. Best restaurant at the resort.
