Our two-week stay in February 2026 at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was great. The level of service was almost perfect across the board. Every team member we encountered seemed truly invested in making our stay special, and it showed in countless thoughtful details throughout our two weeks. A very special thank you to our butler, Lalo, who went above and beyond every single day. Whether it was handling dinner reservations seamlessly, checking in to make sure our room was exactly how we liked it, Lalo set the gold standard for personalized service. He anticipated needs before we even voiced them and always greeted us with a genuine smile. At the pool, Kevin kept the atmosphere very welcoming. He was attentive, quick with service, and made sure everyone felt taken care of, even during the busiest afternoons. His positive energy was contagious and added so much to our poolside experience. And we can’t forget Gabino at the beach bar. Friendly, efficient, and incredibly personable, he made each visit feel like catching up with a friend. Drinks were always perfectly crafted, and his warm personality made the beautiful beach setting even better. The staff didn’t just do their jobs they created an atmosphere of hospitality that made us feel valued and genuinely welcomed. Hope to see Lalo, Kevin, and Gabino again when we return.

We had an amazing stay at Majestic Resorts! The property was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the all-inclusive experience made the whole trip relaxing and stress-free. There were so many activities and great restaurants to enjoy, and the staff everywhere on the resort were friendly and welcoming. One person who truly made our stay special was Alvaro at the swim-up bar Pure. His service was outstanding! He was always smiling, attentive, and made sure everyone at the bar was having a great time. Alvaro mixed fantastic drinks, remembered what guests liked, and created such a fun and positive atmosphere in the pool. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it really shows. Because of people like Alvaro, our vacation felt extra memorable. We would absolutely recommend Majestic Resorts to anyone looking for a great all-inclusive getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

Spent a week here with the wife and another couple, we had a fabulous time. I would definitely recommend this resort. Pros- The resort is very modern (5 yrs old), and the room was very spacious and clean. We had upgraded to a swim-up pool which would have been wonderful however the sun did not hit the north side and the water was way too cold to go in (in their defense, there was also an unprecedented cold front that same week that made it worst). TV catered to the English language (many do not). All the staff were extremely friendly, the butler and room service were outstanding. The restaurants were all close and food actually tasted like food. There were activities every night including a super bowl fiesta. Beach was close and the water was clean. Strong presence of military style police patrolling all the resorts beaches daily that made tourist feel safe, they were friendly as well. Cons- The single road to access these resorts is VERY bumpy. Stores were a rather pricey but this is everywhere. People rush to save beach chairs and huts early so finding open ones were challenging.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was the best trip we have taken. Everything was great and we never wanted or needed for anything. Our butlers, Alber and Enrique, were incredible. They went above and beyond with everything every day. Yessica did a phenomenal job cleaning our room and providing us with clean sheets and towel daily. The food was exceptional, especially the steakhouse and hibachi. The tiki bar at the beach was a highlight for us. The nightly shows were so fun and enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better trip at a better place.

We had an amazing stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres — truly a 6-star experience. The resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible, and everything about the trip was fantastic, but what really made our vacation unforgettable was the service at the Elegance Club Beach Moon Bar. Kevin Stephen and his partner Carlos Ai provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. Kevin went above and beyond for six days straight. We honestly didn’t go more than 20 minutes without a fresh drink in our hands while relaxing on the beach. His attention to guests is incredible. Kevin works extremely hard walking through the sand and hot sun making sure everyone on the beach is taken care of, and he does it all with a smile and such a positive attitude. His hospitality and dedication are truly five-star service. Carlos Ai was also fantastic — together they make an excellent team and keep everything running smoothly. Staff like Kevin and Carlos are what truly make a resort special. If you’re staying at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, the Elegance Club Beach Moon Bar is the place to be. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable — we will absolutely be back! 🌴🍹
