Recently stayed at the majestic elegance in costa mujeres for our 25th wedding anniversary and we truly had an amazing time! The club swim up suite room 2012 was very clean and our maid Elizabeth did a great job, our butler Amedo was absolutely fantastic and the sweetest!!! Nico at the pool bar across our room was terrific and so was Daniel [Danny boy ] at the tiki bar! If you go to the Piano bar the espresso martinis were really good and the Haven lights drink was amazing!Food was good! A lot to choose from. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican of course!! The beach was beautiful. We didn’t have a lot of seaweed which was a plus! We even got to see a turtle lay her eggs at night and the next morning they roped it off to protect them which says a lot!! We had an amazing time at the spa.. Did Hydo therapy twice and did the balance massage which was incredible!!! Nothing bad to say all good!! I definitely would bring money for tips because they work hard and deserve it!! Thank you Majestic for making our experience exceptional ❤️

It was a fantastic stay, would definitely do it again. Service was fantastic, had Cauich as our pool side server all week and he is the man. Top notch! Definitely a place you should go if you can. The resort had excursions you could book through them. We went snorkeling through salty experience and it was great as well. The food was excellent, didn't have anything we didn't like. All the food you could eat so if you are hungry it's your fault.

We had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this resort! This was our first trip with our 7-month-old daughter and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. Having a swim-up pool was a total game changer and made traveling with a baby so much easier and more enjoyable. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the service is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and we always felt well taken care of. Traveling with a baby can be stressful at times but the staff made everything so easy for us. The food was also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, with lots of variety and consistently great meals throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Victor at the Glee Bar for being so kind and welcoming. He really stood out, although honestly every staff member we met was fantastic. We loved our experience here and will very likely be back in the future!

Costa Mujeres is the perfect location in the Cancun area. Shielded by Isla Mujeres, it has beautiful, relatively calm beaches with a minimum of sargassum. The rooms are beautiful, if a bit dated. We are here now after loving our 2024 trip and everything feels the same high level of service. The food was great, and they took our dietary restrictions seriously. Alvaro & Flavio at the lobby bar made my wife the best espresso martinis, which she really enjoyed. Our butler Jazmin went out of her way to ensure that any issues we had were quickly rectified. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here!

We had a 7 day stay at this resort and had a fantastic time! The accommodations were great and everything was very clean and meticulous. We really appreciated how the children were a top priority from day one. There were so many activities and fun things for them to do. Special shout outs to Allandra, Sandy, Candy and Estrella who were amazing and adored by the kids! The Majestic team was also amazing! From Candy who did most of the water exercise sessions that I attended and was THE SWEETEST!, Ricardo who was super entertaining and Orlando, who told us it was only his 4th day! He was like a seasoned pro! The Lively bar staff were also amazing.. namely Juan Gutierrez Hernandez, and I can’t remember his name, but he worked mainly at the swim up bar and made the best margaritas! The Glee swim up bar -Victor!! Most amazing fellow and so personable and attentive! Flavors- Nicholas was hands down the best! And, the ladies who greeted and seated us and the drink makers outside also outstanding! We all agreed that we would definitely return to this resort!
