The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious! We got a rooftop plunge pool room. Everyone at the resort was helpful and happy. Especially Raul at the Asadito Steakhouse here. He made sure we had a great dinner. The breakfast at the Italian Restaurant in the hotel was awesome! Everyone was friendly and kept coming around to offer more food and drinks! Highly recommend this resort!

Costa Mujeres is the perfect location in the Cancun area. Shielded by Isla Mujeres, it has beautiful, relatively calm beaches with a minimum of sargassum. The rooms are beautiful, if a bit dated. We are here now after loving our 2024 trip and everything feels the same high level of service. The food was great, and they took our dietary restrictions seriously. Alvaro & Flavio at the lobby bar made my wife the best espresso martinis, which she really enjoyed. Our butler Jazmin went out of her way to ensure that any issues we had were quickly rectified. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here!

The Italian Restaurant - Breakfast My boyfriend and i were trying to find a nice breakfast/brunch restaurant for our anniversary in the morning. When i say the food, ambiance and the staff were top tier. 10/10 recommend. Louisa and Omar made sure our experience was great. Mimosas after mimosas and then i even ordered the strawberry mimosa. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The best table in the house is the center circle table in the back. Right infront the collection of wine bottles and a beautiful view outside with palm trees. We are definitely coming back for lunch and dinner while we stay here.

Me and my group of 5 girls went to this resort to celebrate my bachelorette. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, 6 days. I wanted to come on here and let everyone who is interested in thinking about staying at this resort, BOOK THIS AMAZING PLACE! I book resorts all the time in Cancun and this is by far the best experience I had when it comes to cleanliness, customer experience, food, entertainment. We book the junior suit which was facing towards the forest (building 1) but we managed to still have a very clear view of the beaches and the sunrise. We were assigned our butler STEFANO! He was 11/10, everytime we needed something or request, his respond time was immediate. He always checked up on us everyday and went over and behind to even help with our friends room when he wasn’t even their assigned butler. If you are looking for a butler, please request for him, you won’t be disappointed. Food: this resort is by far the best food variety especially Mexican food. Most resorts would mainly cater towards Italian, American or Asian food with very limited Mexican dishes. Here at this resorts there were several Mexican dishes we heard online but never seen at other resorts expect for this one. They had dishes from tamales, Mexican chips, mole etc etc. very good options of food. The only downside I would say about this resort would be the main pool, the two pools are lovely pool and infinity pool (located in the adult side). As they are considered a main pool, the pool is very small and hard to do activities such as water zoomba and volleyball. Because those people that don’t want to do those activities will be pushed to the corner to accommodate the activities.

We had a wonderful time this week. The resort is large and beautiful with a ton of restaurants and bars and events. The room was clean and the minibar was well stocked. The tap water did stink pretty bad though, and that made showers feel a little sketchy. Also we had the jacuzzi filled for us by the butler one night, but the water was too smelly to enjoy it. Check in was easy and our butler Chris was genuinely helpful for whatever we needed throughout the week. Jorge was our waiter for the oasis breakfast and he impressed us SO much with his hospitality. Definitely a highlight for us. I have celiac and I was nervous about my options for food and drink for the week, but we had the pleasure to work with two wonderful food concierges. Ruth and Alvaro were extremely kind and patient and warm, and I couldn't have had as much fun as I did this week without their help keeping me safe and well fed. Lots of people in the celiac community recommended this resort and clearly they were right. Tipping culture is very strong here, so be prepared to tip waiters, bartenders, butlers, concierges, valet. Most of the staff were grateful when we tipped and graceful if we didn't have any cash on hand, but there were a couple of odd interactions in the last day or two. Overall the service stands out as spectacular. Nearly everyone we came across was friendly and warm. We would be more than happy to stay at this or another Majestic property in the future.
