We recently stayed at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort is beautifully designed with a great, welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff who always go out of their way to help. The open pools are fantastic — spacious, clean, and surrounded by plenty of lounge areas, so it never feels crowded. The food was excellent with lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors — everything was clean and well presented. Our room was comfortable, with great service throughout our stay. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options inside the hotel, so there’s always something to do. For an additional cost, you can add tours like island excursions and scuba diving, which makes the experience even more exciting. The private beach was also beautiful — clean, relaxing, and perfect for long walks or just enjoying the ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Majestic Colonial Punta Cana to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

I brought my whole family which is 16 with the kids and grandkids. The Pro's: The resort was beautiful. The beach was amazing. The hotel staff was always smiling and happy. The Con's the food was not up to standards at all. The main water slide did not work all week, which was the main reason we booked this resort for 8 grandkids to enjoy. The circus night was the only good night of entertainment. The rest of the entertainment was horrible and way to loud. We had to ask for towels and face cloths twice.

Solid 4.0-4.5 experience. The resort is beautiful and is pretty large with expansive bar and food options on property. Essentially you cannot be without a drink in hand lol. We stayed from a Tuesday through Saturday and every night there was a performance/show around a theme. The performances were what they were, 3/5 for those. Food options were really catered to tourists so there really wasn’t a local feel to any of the food options, unfortunately. Japanese/French/Mexican/American were the overall predominant options. By day 3, the options were underwhelming. The service is great, shoutout to Samuel who was our personal butler and provided us so much assistance and personal guidance while we stayed. The adults only section was super relaxing. There is a night club on property, a small casino, and small shops. We never had to leave the resort except for one excursion. The rooms were definitely on the dated side but the beds and pillow were definitely comfortable and you always had drinks stocked up. Downside was that late night room service was for a fee. The many pools and swim up bars and private beach was a win too!

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The territory is large and well maintained, the beach is beautiful, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, great for a vacation. Food is not the strongest point of the hotel — there is variety, but the taste is rather average and nothing really outstanding. However, you won’t stay hungry, as there are always some decent options available. In general, we were satisfied with the stay. Good value for money, and the hotel can be recommended if you don’t expect exceptional food.

We had our vacation starting January 4th until the 9th the place is honestly great. My husband and I had a sweet dinner together at one of their restaurants named Taino and it was honestly so fun. The waiters are super awesome and sweet. We had Juan and Anuar serving us and they were super attentive and trying to engage with us in such a fun and friendly manner. My family and I definitely want to come back for another trip and stay at Majestic again! Thank you guys so much! Just a star lower for rooms because they had an issue only day one for the air conditioning which was fixed upon request within 20mins. And I heard they are closing to do renovations so we are super excited to see the new upgrades. Its definitely recommended if you want an all inclusive resort with very friendly staff, beach front rooms and a huge pool with multiple bars and also a gym and casino AND a theater with themed nights for all their guests. A huge pleasure 😁
