This resort is absolutely beautiful and massive. I had a unique one bedroom. My butler was beyond awesome. He made our stay worth it. The food was ok. The only real big downfall was the customer service. If you get unque room the customer service is much better. I came with a big group and most of them complained a lot about how bad the customer service was at Lopesan. . They ran out of face towels daily. I would visit again only as a unique guest. I won't ever bring a big group here again. Everyone doesn't want thw unique experience. Customer service should be the same no matter what. Please stay away from the wine tasting experience. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! We were told that it was $17 per person but once I went to pay it was $70 per person. I had to pay the difference in price because I told everyone $17. It was totally embarrassing and I was highly upset. The swimming pool are really nice and clean. The drinks at the unique bar were really good. Also, the spa was sooo good. We did the hydro and deep tissue massage.

Domingo familia , Marileni Santana and Darlin We had a wonderful experience at Lopez. Even though we ran into a few billing issues with the bar tab, the staff handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Everyone was attentive throughout our visit, making sure we were taken care of and that any concerns were resolved quickly. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service despite the billing confusion. Every member of the team made us feel valued, and their positive attitude really stood out. Great customer service can make all the difference, and the staff at Lopez definitely delivered. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely beautiful resort! It is well kept and very clean everywhere! Pool is stunning, rooms are beautiful and the food is amazing at the a la carte restaurants. The buffet has some really nice food and some average food, to be expected for a buffet. The beach is amazing as well. Only complaint is that room service didn't come one day, we had to call and they came immediately. Typically they came quite late, even with leaving a tip. My kids LOVED the waterparks and wavepool. We also loved the bubble party at the pool, lots of fun! We had a great time! The sargassum comes and goes so if it's bad, check the next day and it will likely be much better. There were only a couple of days when there was a lot, even though it's the season for that. As others mention, the resort is big so we walked a lot which didn't bother us, we enjoyed it. Great vacation, beautiful resort!!

Jose Soso was an amazing server and he was very friendly and polite to our group. The greeters were happy and kind. They were able to accommodate our bigger group and were often able to sit our group into a kids table and an adult table. He often checked on our table asking if he needed anything else! I recently stayed at the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely excellent, and the customer service across the property is top-notch. The premium food and beverage options really elevated the stay, with everything tasting fresh and high-quality. A very special thanks goes out to Bizcocho and Jades, our incredible servers at the Atlantic Buffet, who went above and beyond to make our dining experiences memorable. The rooms themselves are very nice, modern, and comfortable. My only critique is regarding the bathroom housekeeping; upon arrival, there was some visible dirt that was easily cleaned, but it shouldn't have been missed by staff. Aside from that minor detail, it was a wonderful vacation, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a premium getaway.
