We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The entertainment was amazing especially the dancing and the great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and sweet, which made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back!

Pros; Hotel is nice, although relatively small. It has a small, but very nice beach. You can snorkel there. Cons: Negative side is the food. It was the worst food out of all the all-inclusive hotels I’ve ever been to.

Nice hotel, the grounds are lovely with a duck pond, water pools and natural tropical areas. The beach is nice, but a little steep at the water's edge, it's hard to walk on. Nice swimming in the sea, water is clear and warm in February. Pool was nice and not busy with a bar. Food in the restaurants was not very good. Buffet is a better choice. Be careful about drinks with ice, as we all got sick. The grounds and beautiful waters of the sea were our favorite features.

We had a fantastic overall experience at this resort, with a few important considerations for future guests. The ocean was absolutely amazing—clear, calm, and completely free of seaweed. The water was transparent and full of marine life. We saw plenty of small fish, three stingrays, and even a starfish, which made the beach experience truly special. The entire staff deserves a lot of credit. Everyone at the hotel—not just the entertainment team—worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable. The entertainment team in particular stood out for their energy and dedication. The evening parties in the central plaza were lively and well organized, with a great atmosphere. Guests were respectful, and it felt very family-friendly without issues of excessive drinking or disruptive behavior. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and inviting. Food quality was strong, with plenty of variety and consistently good options. The same goes for the drinks—lots of choices and overall very enjoyable. One area of concern is the water system. The hotel uses a filtration system and does not provide bottled water. Unfortunately, three out of four people in our family experienced a day of diarrhea and vomiting. Before traveling, I had read similar comments in other reviews, so it may be something to be aware of. Also, be cautious about the VIP experience presentations. In our case, it felt like high-pressure selling and was quite annoying, so I would recommend avoiding it unless you are specifically interested. One recommendation: please make sure to take a day trip to Saona Island. It was amazing. We chose the shorter option, leaving directly from the hotel by catamaran (about 4 hours total), which included some snorkeling and time in the natural pool—definitely a highlight of the trip. Overall, a beautiful resort with an incredible beach, outstanding staff, and strong entertainment, but with a couple of drawbacks to keep in mind
