My wife and I decided to extend our honeymoon by one extra day, so we booked a one-night stay here. The hotel was beautiful and offered plenty of things to do. What we didn’t realize, however, was that a large pharmaceutical conference was being hosted during our stay, which made the hotel quite busy. Despite the crowd, all of the staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Todd Wallen in valet was an absolute all-star. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and made us feel like valued guests. He was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and even knew the area we were traveling from, which led to a great conversation. Todd helped us with directions, gave us a few local recommendations, and took the time to congratulate us on our honeymoon. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and shows such authentic hospitality — he truly set the tone for a positive stay. Our room was nice overall, though there were a few minor housekeeping issues, such as black spots at the bottom of the bathtub and a dirty exterior window. I also found it a bit unusual that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. I booked through a third-party website, which didn’t include details about extra fees like the resort fee and parking fee. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but they were kind enough to remove the resort fee for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience and a pleasant way to wrap up our honeymoon.

I usually enjoy staying at Hyatt properties whenever I have the chance, but this was unfortunately my least favourite Hyatt experience, and I probably won’t return. Although it’s listed as a 4-star property, it felt more like a 3-star hotel with noticeable hygiene issues that made us uncomfortable during our stay. • Towels: The towels had a strong musty, almost mouldy smell — as if they hadn’t been dried properly. It’s the smell I never want to experience in a hotel. The small hand towels smelled so unpleasant that we couldn’t use them at all. • Cups: Each time I picked up the bathroom cup, it had the same damp, dirty smell as the towels, as if they were dried with the same towel. I had to wash the cups myself every time, which shouldn’t be necessary at a hotel of this level. • Window cleanliness: There was sticky residue all over the window in our room. With toddlers touching everything, the sticky material actually came off on their fingers. It wasn’t dust — it was something sticky and quite gross to see. • Hygiene concerns overall: These are very basic things—like towels, cups, and simple tasks immediately made us question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It honestly made us doubt the hygiene standards in the bathroom and the room in general, which was disappointing. • Universal Studios ticket desk — please avoid: The hotel’s Universal ticket desk caused major problems. They made mistakes with our tickets, which forced us to wait over an hour at Universal’s customer service because they couldn’t fix their mistake at the desk.( they said they don’t have any authorization to fix that mistake. I mean how ?) The staff at the desk seemed untrained, and the whole situation was stressful. Avoid purchase Universal tickets at the hotel. Book directly yourself if you can. Positive: The pool was nice, and my kids enjoyed it. Overall: Our experience was disappointing, and the hygiene issues especially made us uncomfortable. Because of this, we will not be staying here again on future Orlando visits.

Good Hyatt with clean rooms and good amenities. We were there for a conference and it was easy to navigate the hotel and conference area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Conference food was above average and they always had the drink areas fully stocked and ready to go. Rooms are nice and clean. Not a huge variety of food / restaurant options and the pricing for those, along with cocktails is quite high. Overall a good experience and nice vibe. They have a specific rideshare pickup area which is down from the main doors a bit.

The experience was amazing, the staff treats you so welcoming, respectful, and gracious. The hotel was, though filled was so clean and put together. I can't wait to book a room and spend more time there. My visit was short as I was just dropping my daughter off so she could attend her event. The pool looked so nice, they have it set up as though your in the virgin islands... loved it, and I know she loves it too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Well kept and the staff is very attentive. This place is busy and often hosts large events and conferences. May be hard to enjoy the bars and restaurants due to crowding. Pool area is very nice and often empty.
