Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

This was our first ever experience at an all inclusive. The hotel was beautiful, the decor in the lobby was gorgeous. I read reviews before going and had a few concerns, but everything was amazing. The food was delicious, always hot and fresh. I have a sensitive stomach and was a little worried, but had absolutely zero problems. Gabriel in Vela Sur was an awesome waiter. I am surprised he was able to recognize us and get our drink choices out to us so quickly, usually as soon as we sat down. The drink service was a little slow poolside, bit honestly it wasnt a problem at all. Even though the beach was rocky, it was beautiful. We found a little area to enter where it wasnt rocky and we could enjoy the ocean with soft sand, and had little fish swimming around us. I loved all the wildlife, iguanas, raccoons, hermit crabs and birds. Watching them all was a highlight of my stay. The shuttle service was always quick. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for either a van or golf cart. The drivers were all very kind. Our mini bar only got refilled once, but our snacks weren't ever filled up. I would say that was our only down side. But it wasnt a problem with all the restaurant choices and the coffee bar. We only experienced the night entertainment once, the star show. The openers, the Twins were very entertaining, and quite a lot better than the Star Show itself. The actual show was all lip singing, and not my favorite, even though the dancers were talented. I can't wait to return with my whole family.

We recently spent 6 nights at Hilton Tulum with our family and friends, and we absolutely loved our experience! The service, food, and rooms were excellent throughout our stay. Being vegetarian, we were really impressed with how the staff customized meals for us—every restaurant was so accommodating and attentive. The coffee shop was one of our favorite spots on the property—highly recommend trying their chai latte! Everyone in our group had such a great time relaxing and enjoying the resort’s beautiful surroundings. A special mention to the amazing staff in the restaurants and housekeeping teams—many went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort was spotless and very well maintained, which made our time there even more enjoyable. The highlight of the trip was pur Spa experience which was out of this world. Even though we had to pay for it, it was worth every penny! The only minor downside was that the beach area is quite small, and there are quite a few raccoons around in the evenings, so we had to be a bit careful at night. Overall, we highly recommend Hilton Tulum if you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with great service, delicious food, and a beautiful setting! 🌴✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars at the Enclave — Exceptional Service! We had the best experience having upgraded to The Enclave thanks to Gerardo! He truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly warm, so sweet, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. Anything we asked for, he made happen — effortlessly and with a genuine smile. Gerardo is the definition of outstanding customer service and absolutely made our trip. The Enclave is lucky to have him, and we can’t wait to come back because of the experience he gave us!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Resort in Tulum! The staff and customer service were truly five-star — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved how much there was to do each day. From kayaking and beach volleyball to relaxing by the water (and the unlimited ice cream!), there was always something fun and relaxing to enjoy. If I could give half stars, I’d say 4.5 — the only small downside for us was that the food didn’t quite meet the same high standard as everything else. But overall, the experience was amazing, and we’re so grateful for our stay. I’d definitely recommend it for the incredible service, activities, and overall atmosphere!

I was told Tulum was an amazing place to visit, and it really is — very safe for families and full of beauty. Unfortunately, the Hilton Tulum completely failed when it comes to the beach experience. I expected so much more from a Hilton resort. This was honestly the worst beach I’ve ever been to in my life. Make sure to bring water shoes, because the rocks will cut your feet if you try to go into the ocean. I can’t believe a resort of this level would have a beach like that — it’s all rocks, no soft sand or easy access to the water. On the positive side, the pools are great, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But I came to Mexico to enjoy the ocean, and that part was such a disappointment. If the beach is important to you, I’d recommend looking at Playa del Carmen or Cancun instead
