Quite a bit far from the main city but close to the airport. The area is quite dead and looks more like an abandoned industrial complex off the main street. The staff were amazing and super kind and helpful. Same goes for the service in general including the breakfast, housekeeping and other bits - quite good. However, the property is showing it's age. There were visible marks in the shower area. Also, the wardrobe had large gaps with visible damage. Same goes for the elevator which resembled the ones from the 70s and 80s - super slow. Bed and linen was good enough but the towels left a lot to be desired. They were thin and were not absorbent enough - certainly worse that what I have experienced in other Hilton properties. Breakfast was what you would expect from the chain - no surprises and good enough. All in all, if you must stay at a Hilton property and must stay close to the airport, sure - otherwise don't bother. Not worth the price.

A very high standard for a Hilton garden inn brand. The hotel ticked all the boxes from lacto free milk availability to the laundry services. Everything and everyone made us feel welcomed. A special thanks to Oscar and Irene who went above and beyond to help with the lock issue. Many thanks. Highly recommended

I am a diamond member... i am so surprised how good it was this hotel... so quiet , so clean and so friendly the staff. It is kid-friendly and perfect for vacation. Good job.

One of the best experiences that I ever had with the Hilton family, and I stay in Hilton quite often. Nice and efficient service, clean rooms every day and friendly staff The breakfast buffet was excellent, local products and plenty of good choices, they even cooked for my 8months baby. The location is the only handicap unless you come by car to their free parking I really want to come back again and enjoy the great service !

We will be returning to the Hilton Garden Inn. I would give ten starts if possible. Visiting as a tourist can be stressful abut your staff made it easy. Jorge and Irene were VERY HELPFUL! They were attentive and made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you for having such an amazing staff.
