Amazing family vacation! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are so many great dining options. All of the restaurants were very nice, and most did not require reservations, which made everything easy and convenient. We loved having multiple breakfast places with no long waits. The Japanese restaurant Zen was a favorite, especially for the kids. The kids club was excellent and very safe, and the entertainment was outstanding,especially the Michael Jackson show! The water park was fun, and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff were kind and respectful, and there was so much to do for the whole family. Definitely worth the price and we would happily come back!

We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. The resort was spotlessly clean, extremely well run, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, and you could truly feel the kindness and beautiful culture of the Dominican people everywhere you went. A special thank you to the manager and staff at Toro, who were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond. No matter where we were on the resort, the team always aimed to please and made us feel genuinely cared for. What made our vacation truly special was the people ,their warmth and dedication elevated the entire experience. We had a wonderful time as a family with our dog Charlie and created lasting memories. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort for its cleanliness, service, and heartfelt hospitality.

The resort itself is very pretty and offers a lot of options when it comes to pools and activities. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and I will always recommend going down at sunrise — it was easily one of the best parts of our stay. The food, unfortunately, was pretty meh. The best restaurants we were able to try were Zen and Los Gallos. This is also a very family-friendly resort, so be prepared for misbehaving kids and parents who don’t always seem to care. That said, the adults-only Eden pool is the spot if you’re trying to avoid kids — we loved it. Drinks were great and definitely didn’t taste watered down. Overall, the resort could really use some updating. Many signs were worn down, technology didn’t always work, and communication was lacking. We didn’t even know there were trams available to get around until day two, which would’ve been nice to know earlier. A lot of things felt like we had to figure them out on our own. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and despite the issues, we still had a great time. With some updates and better communication, this resort could be much better.

This was my husband’s and my first trip to the D.R. and we had a wonderful time! The Hard Rock is a huge, beautiful resort with tons of friendly staff, multiple pools, and lots to do. After exploring the first few days we discovered Eden Pool which became our favorite place to hang during the day. The pool was beautiful and the vibe was laid back. Carmen was there each day and she was super friendly and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Her service was excellent. Isabel cooked the food at Eden and it was consistently delicious. We made a special stop there on the day of departure just to eat her tacos one last time. Overall our time at Hard Rock was a great way to start the New Year!

Currently staying here and my first impression was dissapointed but overall it turned out good. I feel this hotel is a 4 star. It is very loud, the rooms are aged and bathrooms are mouldy, food was very inconsistent however most dinners were good, the drink quality is also very mixed but they have top shelf if requested. Food poisoning with a few people in our group. Lineups for everything and major lack of chairs on the beach (this is a big issue for us). Who wants to get up a 6am to fight for a beach chair? The staff are very nice and the service was great! You can’t swim most days at the beach but it’s beautiful and you can jump the waves with caution. Very nice pools! A lot of walking. You can rent golf carts but it can be hard to find parking and imo it’s dangerous to the walking paths for young kids and visitors. I would return now that I know where to go and how to get around this very large hotel. It really has something to appeal for everyone but not really suitable for the elderly.
