Today is our last day at this beautiful resort and we're sad to go. My husband and I stayed at the TRS Turquesa which is adults only, but had free range of the entire complex. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms with ocean view, which was spotless and very nice. Room service was excellent. They would even fold our PJs into cute shapes. Best part of the stay was our personal butler, Rodny!! Very attentive, reached out every morning with a wake up message and ensuring that all our needs were met. He would handle any special requests, dinner reservations, transportation, everything!! Even surprised us with a beautiful going away on our last night with champagne and dessert, rose petals and balloons. We were really surprised when we returned to our room. Location, beach, service, amenities -- everything was wonderful. The grounds are immaculate and variety and quality of food was wonderful. Highly recommend this resort.

We had 11 people from the family on vacation at the Palladium resort. And as a member since 2014 i have never been disappointed in the quality of the food and service at any of the resorts.. Edward Sosa and Grovanny went above and beyond even the expectations I had from previous trips. Making sure everyone in our party had what they needed to make it a memorable time on the island. There were other folks from the team that also helped and guided us. But wanted to recognize the first 2 that were probably the best at understanding the different dynamics and personalities of their guest and made them feel like family. I really cant say enough. Thank you Palladium Punta Cana for all you have done this past week.

This is my sixth time at this resort. I have nothing but good things to say !! I travel through the Travelclub and they are amazing, very accommodating, and helpful. The food is outstanding. The Staff are amazing huge shout out to Maritza who hands-down would do anything for anybody!!! she truly is a beautiful human ❤️ Maritza always bends over backwards to make sure that your vacation is perfect and that everything goes smooth. Should you decide to stay , You definitely need to have her as your butler. I have another shout out to Mildred Who was a waitress at the steakhouse and for breakfast in the morning! Always a huge smile & full of life, assisting you with anything you need. we always made a point of having breakfast with her to start our day right😉 thanks Mildred for being such a beautiful human❤️ The spa at this resort is incredible. !! Hydrotherapy Is amazing such a beautiful serene place to spend your afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back. If you’re even thinking about it, just do it you won’t regret it.!!

Everything was fantastic as far as food, options, pools, service.. however, there was so much sargassum on the beach that we were unable to play in the sand or swim in the ocean and the resort did very little to do anything about it. It was the most disappointing vacation experience, especially since we went there specifically for the beach. I wish we would have known beforehand or that the resort would have done more to reduce the amount of sargassum. The smell was also terrible, so even just sitting on the beach was unbearable. The other huge disappointment was that the front check-in area had Palladium membership sales people that were so quick to be helpful and super friendly, but we were completely unaware that they were trying to sell us something until they dropped us off at the members only facility for the supposed "resort tour". After roughly two hrs., we escaped their nearly $28k proposal (which then dropped to half when we declined) and then still before we left, they continued to try and sell us one last vacation. Truly, from our perspective, we already spend a lot of money to be on vacation and just wanted to get it started. Our kids were upset and just wanted to go to the pool and we felt we were deceived. Not the best way to start out our vacation. So beware, if you see some guys in TEAL colored shirts, they are with the Travel Club and I highly advise to smile and so no thank you.

The potential for this resort and spa is definitely there however, it fell wayyyy short. The food was underwhelming with little variation and the rooms were nothing what they look like in the photos. The resort itself is in a prime location that is in walking distance to the beach. I hope you're able to say no because it takes a little time for the reps to understand what that truly means. What was supposed to be a 15 minute conversation on possible excursions turned into a 3 hour timeshare-like presentation on joining their travel club. My wife and I made several attempts to get up and leave but were coerced into staying for their entire presentation even after we said "no" over 10+ times. What was supposed to be a time to relax and enjoy our honeymoon unfortunately lead us to leaving a day early because of our overall experience. Every time we would leave our hotel room, we were met by one of the many hotel employees trying to force excursions on to us when all we wanted to do was walk to grab a bite to eat or a drink in the lobby bar. This gave a whole new meaning to word "pushy" and "aggressive". The only plus side to this vacation was the show we attended called The Cabaret. It was a great performance and the dinner actually showed some life while we enjoyed song and dance. However, the dinners at different locations were unfortunately subpar. In booking this experience with Winiber Valdez we were treated with rudeness and disrespect as we tried to ask questions to get more information about the dinners that were offered. In the end you get what you pay for and make sure to do your due diligence beforehand.
