My Family had a Super Great Experience. This Resort has a lot of amenities , like it has five or six swimming pools the beach is beautiful. The customer service is excellent. The food is super delicious. They also have a great daycare for young kids.. one of the Hotel managers, whose name is Mr. DARIEL treated Me and My Family So Good that We are Coming Back next year . Mr DARIEL and Mr Paulo took time to introduced themselves and inform us of all the great benefits that the Hotel has so we can have a greater experience as we did 😝 I Have ZERO COMPLAINTS but 100% GRATEFUL . I don’t drink alcohol, but I saw top shelf, liquor and beer and wine all over the resort . Room Service was Excellent. If you’re looking for a resort that has great food great customer service and lots of great amenities. This is the spot and is called the Grand Palladium Punta Cana best of all is all inclusive.. I can’t wait to see you guys again next year. Thank you for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. The food was incredible, the accommodations were beautiful, and the white-sand beaches were truly breathtaking. We loved the peaceful, quiet vibe of the resort, while still having the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Everything felt thoughtfully done and effortless. A very special mention goes to Luis, the bellman, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and so well taken care of. We are deeply grateful for his exceptional service. The beach bar staff were also amazing—friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. They truly added to our beach days and made every moment feel easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return.

Today is our last day at this beautiful resort and we're sad to go. My husband and I stayed at the TRS Turquesa which is adults only, but had free range of the entire complex. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms with ocean view, which was spotless and very nice. Room service was excellent. They would even fold our PJs into cute shapes. Best part of the stay was our personal butler, Rodny!! Very attentive, reached out every morning with a wake up message and ensuring that all our needs were met. He would handle any special requests, dinner reservations, transportation, everything!! Even surprised us with a beautiful going away on our last night with champagne and dessert, rose petals and balloons. We were really surprised when we returned to our room. Location, beach, service, amenities -- everything was wonderful. The grounds are immaculate and variety and quality of food was wonderful. Highly recommend this resort.

Everything is very well organized, the service is friendly and attentive, and the entire resort is very clean. The drinks and cocktails are really good, and we were also very impressed with the food. At lunch and dinner, there is fresh fish grilled right in front of you, as well as fresh burgers prepared on the spot. In addition, there is a large buffet with many different dishes and varied themed evenings. We would especially like to mention Carlos in the Bohique Restaurant, the Maya in the Lobby Bar, and the Rosa & Gerson from the Beach Bar — the atmosphere there was excellent and the service was perfectly... One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a bit more entertainment directly on the beach. It would be nice to have one or two activities there during the day. It is also worth mentioning that the evening shows are a little different from the typical hotel shows in the Dominican Republic. There are still performances with dancing and singing, but they are more relaxed and less traditional than the large entertainment shows you often see in other resorts. However, we really enjoyed that some members of the entertainment team danced together with the guests in the lobby bar during the evenings. This created a very fun and friendly atmosphere. We will come back ❤️

On arrival we were greeted very friendly. After checking in we were approached by a member of the Palladium Travel Club for a breakfast/lunch for the following day. Now at this time we had been flying for 18 hours total and just wanted to check in and go lay down and enjoy ourselves for the evening. My wife asked the lady if this was for the timeshare presentation and the lady said "no we don't do timeshares here". I understand that Palladium may not call it a timeshare but walks like a duck, talks like a duck, then it is a duck. We were pressured into it but I immediately cancelled once I got to my room as my wife notified me that it was in fact a timeshare presentation. Other than that little hiccup, we had a great time. Moving forward I wouldn't pressure anyone into anything they don't want to do on your end. Be upfront with guests and learn to accept NO as an answer. Swim up suite was great and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely be back again with my kids. The guy cooking the meat was pretty rude. I asked if he had any meat ready and he just pushed me off as if I was supposed to know it was still cooking. Had a reservation and still waited 15 extra minutes for our table. Hostess wasn't very friendly. Once seated we were promptly served water but waited 20 minutes for our waitress to take our order. We felt rushed when ordering and as if we were an inconvenience to her as well. She was not very welcoming. The transfer to and from the airport was setup using the email provided from palladium however it seemed as the staff didn't know who they were partnered with. Also the email stating where to go upon arrival at PUJ should have stated that once exiting the airport there would be people there trying to sell timeshares and to skip them. I was bombarded by tons of people and one of them I thought was with W2M/BDX. He suckered my into purchasing an excursion (with a timeshare presentation) that I was unaware of. This information would have been helpful. OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE TO STAY HERE.
