We stayed at Grand Pallidium White Sands Resort July 5-July12 and on July 9th we had Dinner Reservations for our supper which was located in the Grand Pallidium Colonial. The restaurant itself was very nice, good air conditioning , relaxing atmosphere country American music. ALBERTO was our waiter he was top notch very accommodating from the time we sat down till I asked him to take a photo of us with our 30 year anniversary candles for desert he even lit the candles! I watched him with the other customers and he is a very hard worker and works to make his customers happy ! Thank you Alberto we appreciate you your people from the United States in the state of Illinois. The food tbone and ribeye highly recommended and Carrot Cake top notch! Jim and Jennifer

Writing a review for La Adelita restaurant and it was the last dinner we had before we had to leave and it was our favorite and the best dinner we’ve had! The food was amazing but our server Juan was the best one we’ve had throughout all of our meals this whole week he was quick, attentive and friendly! He made this experience a 5/5 can’t recommend him and this restaurant enough.

From the beautiful grounds to the incredible food, every part of our vacation has exceeded expectations. The restaurants have been consistently excellent, with a great variety of options and high-quality meals throughout our stay. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something delicious and well prepared. What has truly made this trip special, however, is the hospitality. Every employee has been warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We would especially like to recognize Jacqueline and Alejandro, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail are a perfect example of the level of service we’ve experienced throughout the resort. As a family, we’ve traveled to many resorts, and this has been one of our favorite experiences. The combination of excellent food, beautiful facilities, and world-class hospitality has made this a memorable vacation. Thank you to Jacqueline and Alejandro and the entire Grand Palladium team for making our stay so enjoyable. Amazing place. Gorgeous naturally maintained, eco friendly. Kudos for the amazing place and amazing hard working people who offer such amazing services day and night. People go above and beyond to keep this resort top notch! We visited with our two kids 7 and 6 yrs old and they had a blast! If you’re looking for a true palm tree beach and nature sanctuary, look no more, this is the place. We also visited La Adelita and el Dorado restaurants at Colonial, both amazing but Adelita has the best Pastor Tacos and Ceviche is top of line! Kudos guys… We also had amazing experience at Hacienda buffet and The Nest restaurant al Palladium Kantenah, top service with amazing hard working people. The Nest has a private children play area where kids can play while you delight a juicy steak

We went to this amazing restaurant La Adelita and it was a great experience. Me and my husband were celebrating our One year marriage anniversary. We were greeted by The Chef, The management, Along with our server who continuously checked up on us and offered the best service ever. The food was 10/10 The restaurant was a 10/10, and the service was 10/10. Everyone was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. We felt very cared for at this restaurant by the staff. Such a welcoming environment definitely recommend coming here. I’m very full and very happy!
