I loved everything in my vacation. Room was very clean, I had everything I need and even more, great view from balcony. All the stuff was very friendly and helpful, really, every single person! Everyone was doing great on their level. For this I would put an extra star) Nature is beautiful, beach is great and everything on territory was extra clean. Food could be a bit better, sometimes was too salty or tasteless, but in general was very good quality of products and lots of choices. Was not so happy with my manicure but problem was fixed and I was satisfied with the solution. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back) Thank you everyone who is working hard everyday to keep us happy during our stay!

This resort was fun to be at, staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the peach and the various pools were great to swim in. Food was quick and always good. Never a complaint from our group of 6 about the food/drink service at the resort. The main downside was the maintenance required for the resort and the rooms did not seem top notch. Some older rooms had AC issues, plumbing was less than ideal but always seems to work even at low water pressure. The cleaning staff always changed the AC temperature, seemed to leave the sliding balcony door unlocked after we locked it, and sometimes did not replace towels or pillows during the cleaning. We had to ask for our pillows to be replaced at 10pm and our travel partners had to request towels, water, and minor maintenance. The staff was always positive and wanted to provide a good experience, despite knowing that the building quality was not top notch.

We were at this resort November 28, 2022 for 1 week. The resort is very clean. Gardens are lovely. The staff in the restaurants and bars were fantastic. The food was very good. The pools are great but they have very few loungers. The beach was on the smaller side but was very nice. However there were very few loungers on the beach. Perhaps you could provide more seating in these areas. They did have activities going on throughout the day which was very nice. The housekeeping staff is lacking. We upgraded to the sun club and we also upgraded to a suite with an ocean view. So after paying for these upgrades I would have expected more than just 2 face cloths in the bathroom. I had to phone down to the front desk for towels. The next day housekeeping would take the towels but never give us any more. I went down to the front desk more than once to ask them to please leave us some bathroom towels. They never did and everyday I have to go to the front desk to get towels. This was never resolved until the day we were leaving. We had hand towels, bath towels and a floor towel. But we were leaving so it was pointless. I would have expected having paid a premium for the sun club and a premium for the room upgrade that I would have at least had towels. Towels are not an extra they are a necessity. And for this reason I don't think I will return to this resort. It's too bad because the resort is very nice and the grounds are kept lovely and clean. And the staff who work there, other than the housekeeping staff who took care of our room, were fantastic.

Food was ok. Service was pretty garbage. Not so friendly and very slow. Not enough staff for the place. Overall the resort was a nice location and good beach front and Pretty quiet. The reason I'm giving it a 2 is because in order to even get a water bottle you have to go all over the place. They don't stock your fridge appropriately and will only give you one water a person. Pretty insane you pay as much as you do to walk across the resort three times to find a water bottle! Other than slow to little service, the lay out is nice and the location is great. Good call on location by investor.

We cannot convey in words our total disappointment…we planned this family vacation for years. We had 5 family milestones we were celebrating: 1. 25 years of marriage 2. A Retirement 3. A College Master’s completion 4. 2 college graduations We do have some treasured memories that occurred; we made the best out of a bad situation but NONE of our stay met our expectations. We will not be staying at a Hyatt anywhere anytime soon. 1. Upon arriving at the resort, we were overcome by the smell of raw sewage near the front entrance & while entering/exiting our room on a daily basis. 3. Check in, at 12:30 am due to late airline flights, customs & waiting for taxi, we were only provided with 2 of our 3 rooms as 2 of our party were delayed with canceled flights & their names were on the room. We prepaid for 3 rooms for 6 nights but only got 5. We were shorted $3000!!!! with no apologies!! 4. Although we checked in with 3 & 4 people respectively for the 2 rooms, there was only 1 towel in each room! No washcloths, no hand towels, no bath mat. We received towels after calling housekeeping that were seriously frayed, thin & worn. We had to ask for towels every day of our stay. 5. Our room was freezing! 60 degrees! We had to sleep in our clothes because the AC was faulty. 6. There were so many other things wrong, we've filed a complaint. This space doesn't allow all of it. I do have pictures but I'm not going to put them on here. BUYER BEWARE!!!
