We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Dominican Republic and truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. A special thank you goes to our butler, Rafael, who was absolutely exceptional. He helped us with everything imaginable; restaurant reservations, taxis, in-room issues, and even arranging a doctor when needed. He was always available, professional, and genuinely caring. Rafael truly made our stay stress-free and memorable. He was the best! We would also like to praise Eileen at the reception. Her beautiful smile and positive attitude made every interaction pleasant, and she handled every request with efficiency and kindness. The Family Selection experience was excellent. The kids’ activities at the pool were amazing and kept our children entertained and happy every day. The beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing as a family. The bellboys with the buggies were always available and very helpful, making it easy to get around the resort at any time. The only thing we didn’t really like was the food, which did not meet our expectations compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations thanks to the outstanding staff, and we would recommend it for families looking for a great vacation.

The service is 5 stars, the accommodations are 5 stars, the food is 5 stars. Visit the beach bar as soon as you arrive for the real Dominican experience. We will be back as soon as possible.

The room we got was very clean and room service was good aswell. We had few issues like door lock didn't work, water bottles were not available but this was addressed reasonably okay. The best part was 1- the pool which was not crowded at Family selection at Bavaro 2- our host Robinson Reyes who helped with all dinner reservations. He was very attentive and checked in on us throughout the trip

We arrived at this hotel 3 hours ago and the experience is horribly shocking. First, they guaranteed our luggage would be in our room after we had some food, it wasn't. I tried calling them SEVERAL times (more than 5) and they would either not answer the call or redirect me to someone else who doesn't speak english (most staff doesn't speak English very well). Then, I tried to speak with a Manager, they gave me another number, this number doesn't answer, and now no number I type answers me too. They seem to be ignoring me at this point. We can't go to the swimming pool as our luggage is not here. Also, the food is below average and lots of flies on top of it. I'm very concerned as the only reason we booked this place is because we had a very pleasant experience at Family Selection in Cancun. We paid extra so we would have the butler service here, but they didn't provide us with any, I called them multiple times asking our Butler to contact us, no one did. I called multiple times so we get our luggage here, no one brought it. My wife is now walking there to get our luggage, she's going to have to walk 500 meters or more with heavy luggage. We paid $3500 for 5 nights here, not worth it. I'm considering changing hotels at this point. EDIT: if you think it can’t get worse, the bathroom got clogged and flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom with sewage water. The smell is bad and this is dangerous for us and our son. I called them multiple times and no one came yet.
