The staff were always friendly. Ask for Denny to be your server at the French Restaurant. He was friendly and attentive during our dinner. The resort is beautiful. I can’t say the same outside the boundaries of the resort. Trash could be seen along the sides of the roads. The presentation of the food was always beautiful. Some of the food at various restaurants was very flavorful and others were lacking seasoning. The complaint I have was the vent for the air conditioner would drop condensation while sleeping. We were talked into signing up for the Excellence Club but we really didn’t see much of an advantage in doing so. Yes, we got to eat at a restaurant other patrons couldn’t, but there are plenty of restaurants on the resort! Save your money and go on a few excursions.

We had an amazing stay, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to **Danilo** and **Georje** at the Palms Bar—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had a drink in hand with a smile. They made every visit to the bar fun and welcoming. We also want to recognize **Wander** from the activities team. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to get everyone involved made our vacation even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. These three were the highlight of our trip, and their outstanding service is a big reason we'd come back. Thank you, Danilo, Georje, and Wander, for making our vacation so memorable!

We had a wonderful time at Excellence Punta Cana. My favorite part of our daily routine was heading down to the beach, and stopping by Palms bar to grab a coconut drink before grabbing a spot. Not only are the drinks perfect, but the Palms bar staff made our day every time! Danilo, Bienvenido, Reison, and Rosangela always put the biggest smiles on our faces and were so much fun to visit. We looked forward to seeing them everyday! We also loved all of the staff at the numerous restaurants and bars including Julio, Darnby, Wander, Einstein, Joel, Jose Luis, Luis, Benjamin. Thanks to all of the staff and Excellence Punta Cana for making our trip so special! It’s truly the people that made us love the country more than just a regular vacation!

Absolutely gorgeous resort! But the staff are the real stars, they are all so fun and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The food was good, and the local presidente beers (Dominican water they called it) is actually very refreshing and goes down smoother than water! I will be happy to rebook here for our next vacation.

We had an amazing experience here at Excellence Punta Cana! From sitting on the beach to eating many delicious meals, to watching their amazing shows in the evening. Eddy and Argenis at Lobster house took amazing care of us! Eduardo with the entertainment team was great and so friendly and happy each night. Diaz and Kendry the bartenders also took us great care of us and built a great friendship, they were always ready to serve us. Leoncio at the Kitchen Table was so friendly always at breakfast and lunch making omelets and Mahi Mahi, always had a smile on his face! Overall we had a great experience. All the workers were so friendly and ready to help us whenever. Would highly recommend.
