This is our second time at Excellence Playa Mujeres and it was even better than the time before! The service was fabulous and everyone is so nice and helpful. The entertainment is awesome and the food is so delish! Our server Manuel at the Grill was so nice as well. The entertainment people, Gabriel, Brandon, Kevin, etc. were amazing and made our stay much more enjoyable. The location is great too since you’re not as far from the airport and can still enjoy the excursions around like Isla Mujeres, which you can see from the beach. All in all, 1000/10 recommended as your vacation destination!

This trip at Excellence Playa Mujeres has been amazing. Sully and Luis by the beach were amazing with excellent service and catered to our needs. Juan at The Kitchen Table for breakfast had us starting off our first day with excellent service as well. Very exceptional and food has been great. Customer service is the biggest. They pay attention to every detail and respond promptly! We had a sink broken in our room and it was fixed within 10 minutes! Lovely resort!

Our stay at the Excellence has been absolutely wonderful! Not one bad thing to say. They wait at your hand and foot, the service is remarkable! Sully, Edgar, Lucy and Rogelio really made this stay luxurious with their amazing service - putting our towels out, bringing us cocktails and food on the beach and even bringing us gifts and surprises! Our room is clean and so nice with the pool right off our patio. Room service is top notch and all the restaurants have been phenomenal. Seriously the best food and service. We haven’t had one bad meal! Definitely and must stay and we will be back! Join the Excellence Club is a must and worth it because of all the perks!

Came for my honeymoon the 1st week of December. The resort itself has been amazing. Great food and drinks and service. It's not overcrowded this particular week of the year as it's between holidays, temperatures range from 75 to 85 and it's been beautiful and sunny all week, water is cool but swimmable. The waiters walking around the pools and beaches as well as Yeudiel who was our Excellence club concierge was especially amazing. He brought us all sorts of special goodies to help us celebrate our honeymoon (chocolate covered strawberries, beverage in a coconut), answered our questions about various things, and even helped us move our spa appointment one day from the beach so we could enjoy our time on the beach longer. I can easily say if come back to this resort in the future Edit: on our last day here miss Sully was the Excellence Club concierge on the beach and she suprised us with some towel art. She is so amazing. We had to update our review to showcase it and again recommended staying here and show off her art.
