I only leave reviews for good. Excellent service. This resort was very CLEAN THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE. Rooms was very clean. Swim up pool. Easy to get around the resort with staff assistant on Golf Car the views on the beach awesome also a hidden place to eat was The Frontera Grill the chef and crew and food was awesome food fresh the grill chicken sandwich 🥪 The Glory really good 👍🏿 Good Resort from check ✔️ in to check ✔️ out will return this was 1 month ago Thanks

My husband and I went on our honeymoon for 2 weeks at the seaside suites. Everything was amazing..food, room, beach, service, etc. Huge shout out to the entertainment staff at the El Dorado side of the resort. Sexy Louana and Benjamin were absolutely phenomenal. Kept us entertained the entire 2 weeks. The pool bartenders were so nice and inviting as well (Damian, Ivan, Monica and others we cant recall their names). Highly recommend.

The setting is replete with natural beauty and is impeccably groomed. Staff are continually keeping the surroundings clean and safe. If the natural surroundings aren’t the main thing you remember, it would certainly be the delicious food. Every restaurant had delicious offerings and the service was top notch. They even have an entirely vegan restaurant. There are two young hosts who keep the entertainment buzzing at the swim up bars and everyone had a blast at their activities. We took a couple of excursions which were also excellent. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful time at El Dorado Seaside Suites. Restaurants, day activities, Evening Entertainment, room service are all top notch. Rooms are spacious, swim up rooms have an excellent view, we could not use the swim up pools as the water was cold but the ocean view made up for it. We reached at 1.00 a m and yet were able to order room service. We enjoyed every single meal from breakfast, lunch to the delicious dinners. We visited Clay Talay, Misa Casa (2 times), Gourmet Pub, Culinarium, Driftwood and every single one was excellent. Friday night was Mexico Fiesta which was very planned and we enjoyed it a lot. Saturday afternoon was Foam party which was one another fun event. Review will be incomplete without mentioning the wonderful staff that makes everything happen. They put a lot of hard work and are always very helpful. We also had Catamaran visit included in our package and that was a full day of fun activity. We highly recommend the resort and have already booked our next visit. We met a lot of guests at the resort who had been to many other resorts and they also mentioned that El Dorado was the best of all.

Let’s start with strong points. The high and lows of our vacation High One of the most beautiful and well maintained property we have seen. Mature nature as its best. Nice staff and a special mention for your Rock Star Benjamin at the main pool. Don’t loose him he is a keeper. House cleaning and rooms are well kept Restaurant; Italien restaurant was the best Low’s The food. I think any resort of 4+ star without a steakhouse/seafood a French cuisine, a sushi/japanese grill is a no no. If you wanted steak you had to pay for it at a show on Tuesday or Friday night. Overall food was good but nothing to write home about. We had swim outs facing the ocean , beautiful sunsets. All the floor swinout are in the shade if you are not on the main floor of last floor you. That was a big disappointment for us . Nice place but would not go back for the quality and variety of food.
