Our recent family stay at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa in Cancun was an amazing experience! The resort had everything we were looking for in a family vacation—beautiful grounds, great food and drinks, plenty of activities, and something for everyone to enjoy. A huge part of what made the trip so memorable was the entertainment team, especially Kevin and Miguel! These guys brought incredible energy every single day. They were fun, engaging, personable, and made a genuine effort to get everyone involved. Whether we were participating in activities or just hanging out and enjoying the atmosphere, Kevin and Miguel always made sure there was a good time to be had. Great resorts can have beautiful pools, beaches, and restaurants, but it’s the people who create the memories. Kevin and Miguel definitely did that for our family. Dreams Natura gave us a fantastic family getaway, and we left with plenty of great memories. Kevin and Miguel—Larry says keep bringing that energy! You guys made the trip that much better. Five stars!

Really good Resort for kids and family. Want to give a big thanks to Magdalena that works in the lobby in the afternoons she was the best, from making sure the kids were having fun to the adults always having drinks. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best, we will definitely be back to Resort. The only bad thing was the ocean water which was brown and full of seaweed but the Resort tried its best to keep it clean but it was just to much. But once again thanks Magdalena for your service.

What an extremely disappointing resort! The water is literally BROWN from the sargassum and there is a horrific smell coming from the seaweed every 30 seconds. You smell it when you arrive at the resort lobby and all day long at the pool. When we imagined Cancun, we imagined aqua waters but no one is in the ocean here! We have always had the most incredible service in Mexico, but not one waiter took our drinks all day long. If you want good service, it seems like you need to tip cash early in the day to get attention. The food on day one was subpar. Another disappointment. At the Bluewater Grill, the ribeye was like rubber. Didn’t look like beef and was so hard to cut and chew (I a not exaggerating). Fried food by the pool (hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, chicken nuggets) but not what I’m looking for on a luxury vacation. We went to Dreams jn Costa Rica which was incredible and I cannot believe we chose the wrong location. We are now spending more money to get off the property to avoid this resort and show our kids the parts of Riviera Maya we love. The water slides looked huge but are not. Your kids will be over them in one day. The gliding ride has a weight requirement so our 10 and 12 year old could not do it, another disappointment. The lazy river is tiny and mostly under the hotel in the shade. The only thing I can rave about is the rooms. They are huge and still in excellent condition. The rest of the resort needs maintenance, especially the public bathrooms which have peeling paint, broken locks and wood coming off the doors. Such a disappointment and I hope this review saves another family from unmet expectations after spending a lot of money to stay here.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel's front-of-house staff has little regard for guest experience. At check-in, rather than walking us through the paperwork, the front desk attendant berated us simply for taking the time to read what we were being asked to sign. We ended up leaving for a different hotel given the warning signs but had to return for a wedding celebration we were attending. Getting onto the property was a hassle and unfortunately, the hotel seemed to have wanted to punish us for choosing not to deal with their poor service. Everyone at the front of house seemed to have been briefed that we left from the bellmen to the front desk. Instead of inquiring about why we did not want to stay on their property, staff repeatedly demanded payment without offering any explanation of what the charges were for or why they were being applied. The entire interaction felt less like hospitality and more like an attempt to extract money from guests who didn't know better. I have stayed at many resorts and have never encountered this complete lack of manners and poor service from a front-of-house team. The communication is dismissive, the attitude is unwelcoming, and the lack of transparency around billing is deeply concerning. For a property at this price point, there are far better options in the area that will treat you like a valued guest rather than a transaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
