Has the most relaxing time at Dreams Cap Cana. We arrived early and we were able to check in, giving us a whole extra day there to enjoy which was nice. Food and service was amazing especially at Maravento Italian restaurant. The Sea Legs swim up bar we met Jordan, definitely knows how to make a drink always serving with a smile. A plus for us as we were mainly at the pool. the Palms Bar we met Hector- he has quite the attention to detail. His drinks not only looked amazing but taste amazing as well. We found the entire staff always greeting us. The reaort is definitely worth a try.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Cap Cana! Our room was spacious, updated, and had a swim out pool, which was a great feature. We were also preferred club members, which offered access to the beachside pool, free cabanas, and a separate restaurant. The property is spacious, has many different restaurant options, and all of the staff are very friendly and warm. Special shoutout to Elian with the Entertainment team for being fabulous as well as Carlina for being a fantastic personal butler. They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. It would be nice if the food service at the restaurants was a little quicker and that more of the restaurants were open more frequently. Having the buffet for dinner would also be a nice perk. But overall, the resort was fantastic and had lots to do, was close to the airport, and is located right on the beach! We would definitely return in the future for another stay!

Service : I will start off with the good, the staff here is INCREDIBLE and goes above and beyond. The service at this location that I have received has been amazing, and within a week of being here I got very comfortable with the staff to the point where it felt like a big family. Albery, my butler was amazing and deserves the world. For my birthday, he had my room set up beautifully with banners and lights and roses. (You Need To Request This) and he set up a dinner for my family and I at the beach, with a band to play live music as well solely for us. Throughout the stay, he would keep us updated with the events and any minor inconvenience he would be there to resolve it for us. Albery, we love you & appreciate you for making our stay at Cap Cana memorable! Aside from him, the bartenders Over, Ismael, Domingo and the others have been so welcoming and great service. Very attentive, sooo nice and again I was able to get personable with them in under a week. Claudia, who is a server is very nice and she has a drink that you can only get from her which is the Claudia Special. Veryyyy delicious! Rooms: The rooms are very beautiful, I didn’t have an issue with anything regarding room service. I’ve left money out without locking my safe and never returned to any stolen goods. Angie, who assisted us is the best! Very nice people here and trustworthy. Food: The food here is mediocre at best. The food has interfered with our trip considering this is an all inclusive. The Asian restaurant was horrible if you ask me, they need to change their recipes. I am not too sure what’s the issue on their behalf but it was disgusting. If you decide to come here, I recommend the steak house Taura which was deliciousss! The steak was amazing! The Mesa was another place where they lack good quality as well as Bare Foot grill, the hamburger meat was weird. Room Service food is alright, I enjoyed the breakfast from there. To the owners or whoever is running this place, you guys should pay more attention to the food more than anything else because it does affect your clientele and whether they decide to come back. This is also an issue that a lot of the customers agree on. Beach: I was not able to go on the beach at all during my week stay due to the sargassum. It is definitely Seaweed season around this time of year so it is understandable and staff are attempting to clean with the machines but it was ugly! It is also devastating when you’re paying money and the main thing you’d look forward to here is the beach. Entertainment: They have a lot of options here as far as entertainment from the live music to the club. There is also an entertainment team where I met Lady & Elian my two favorite, they do a various amount of activities and child friendly. They do dances together and are very friendly, interacting with the community always and have such an amazing and eye catching personality. To sum it up, If it weren’t for the service I would give the place two stars considering the main attractions were not attractive at all. I did enjoy myself and my vacation here, I didn’t want to leave. However, when I return to DR I would not come back here. Everyone is really nice though, and I know Concierge is actively working on these problems considering they ask about these things during your stay and will try to satisfy you. I hope you guys are able to improve! The place is very beautiful, two main problems are the food and beach. A couple of people are complaining about how they try to incorporate Dominican Music and how a lot of staff speak Spanish, so if you don’t like Dominican music then don’t come to Dominican Republic and go to Canada instead. The audacity to complain when you are in a Hispanic country! Disgusting.

Holiday 2026 with my wife in Domenican Republic for the 5th time. -Thank you so much for making it an unforgettable experience for in case you read this Julissa, Claudia, Engel, Cesar, Vidal and the people from the Barefoot Grill-❤️ We stayed from 3 may until 8 may and are sad that we need to leave for our next destination. The walking buffet had sadly not so much variation but the other restaurants in the hotel were pretty good. The Asian restaurant and the steakhouse would be my recommendation. The ladies from the spa provide excellent service and in general for the resort if you did the preferred club upgrade the service the people provide is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD when you treat them as human beings too. Don't forget that the people working there are also human beings and not everything is about you. Small note: at 11:30 the Barefoot grill opens and they have this snack called Boneless Chicken with Jamaican style sauce, this is a HIDDEN GEM, amazing snack but spicy(Asian level) be warned!!!! The resort has a lot of entertainment and is very child/family friendly. There is a singer/artist walking around at the resort and his name is Vidal, a very very talented singer who plays different instruments and has an amazing voice. I hope that anyone who reads this will be able to enjoy his amazing talent. Hopefully see you again anytime soon. Mucho gracias ❤️

Where do I begin, well me and my family stayed at the Dreams Cap Cana Punta Cana. Beautiful resort but it needs work in the service department. The staff is rude, dismissive, and extremely nonchalant. A lot of eye rolling and staring at you like you’re an inconvenience. If they don’t understand you, they shrug their shoulders and keep walking. The food is on the mediocre side. Restaurants kept running out of items on the menu. It’s a resort. How are you running out of food? My little sister has a severe tree nut allergy, and when we tried to communicate that, they couldn’t understand. Once again, we got a shoulder shrug. We needed toilet paper and regular tissues. We received the toilet paper but not the tissues. When a family member asked again, the guy said he didn’t understand and walked away. Room service food was cold. The labels on the food at the buffet were always wrong. I requested our room to be cleaned through the app. It said it was in progress and when it was finished, I went back to the room to check. They didn’t clean anything. The room was the same as we left it. Room service plates were left outside the rooms for days. WiFi went out for a whole day and nobody bothered to let guest know. We found out in the middle of the day after my dad asked. This has not been a pleasant vacation. We stayed at a Dreams resort in Cancun and loved it. We thought it would be the same here but it has been awful. Oh and roaches. They have roaches. When the guy came to spray for the roaches, he didn’t even shut the closet door when he was done. He just let the fumes go all thought the room while we were still in there.
