Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

I’ve stayed at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort numerous times over the years, and it remains one of the most underrated resorts on property. I’ve seen it evolve, including being lucky enough to receive a Cast tour when Gran Destino Tower first opened, which truly elevated the entire resort. The Gran Destino Tower is a beautiful addition and feels deluxe in its own right. The surrounding rooms throughout the resort are nice and comfortable—nothing over the top, but exactly what you expect from a well-done moderate. The layout is one of Coronado’s biggest strengths, with subtle Spanish-inspired theming that feels calm, cohesive, and thoughtfully designed. Three Bridges Bar & Grill is our personal favorite and a must-do every stay. The setting and food alone make this resort stand out. We’ve also eaten at Rix Sports Bar a few times and have always had solid experiences. With all of its amenities, Coronado Springs is the closest thing to a deluxe resort without actually being one. It’s the only moderate with a Club Level, has its own convention center, and offers a wide range of dining and recreation options. The trade-offs are bus-only transportation and being farther from the parks, which remind you it’s still a moderate. Overall, this resort feels like a Disney tourist mecca—great value, plenty of rooms, and a vibe that works for families, couples, and adults alike. If you want something elevated without paying deluxe prices, this is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½

We just left today. I would never go back. Let’s start with our room was way in the back and no one ask or even assisted us with our luggage. We were directed with our luggage across the lake into the woods with heavy luggage. No one mentioned to us we could get help with taking it. Our water in the shower never got hot. It was only slightly warm. We reported it and someone came out and said it was fine. It was not. The air conditioner was messed up the entire time. It got cold and we tried to turn on the heat and it never worked. We had it on 80 degrees and it never got over 72. It ran the entire time we were there and never turned off. The rooms are outdated and need to be updated for the price they are asking. I would never stay here again.

Overall had a great time if you ever come here make sure you try the burger at 3 bridges best I've ever had. My only complaint would be not great water pressure in the rooms and the bathroom setup is odd huge double sink but a tight against the wall toilet and not very wide shower. Be very prepared to get your miles in before your day of walking around the park because this resort is huge and confusing

Room experience will be of a Motel for the payment of a resort. First the confirmation email itinerary mentions the address- Disney's Coronado Spring Resort 1000 Buena Vista Lake, Buena Vista, FL 32830 which is incorrect. It is not the address of this resort. When i reached this address at 8:00 PM and could not find the resort, I called the official number on their website and the support person confirmed that the address is correct which was frustrating. Then I changed the address in google maps to Disney Coronado Spring Resort, then it took me to the actual resort which is 15 mins drive from the mentioned address. When I reached the resort and mentioned this to the front desk, they have no clue. I booked a room which was Village- Standard view for $419 per night and was given a room in Casita 3. There was no proper direction to locate the room. Most of the guests were confused.Most of the hallway lamps were not working. The room was like a small Motel room and was really disappointed to see the room for the amount i paid. Atleast, they could have put couple of bottled water as complimentary. The beds were just okay and room interiors was no better than a Motel. Then I tried to dispense a bottled water from a vending machine and adding to0 my frustration, it took money and didnt dispense any bottle. Next day, I used the Disney transport back to resort but missed the Bus stop near to my room and get off at the next stop. When i asked one of the cast member to help us drop to the nearby point in the cart, he denied. Then i walked to the front desk and requested them for a drop off in a cart, they made us sit for 20 mins. This was very frustrating. At the first place, the bus driver or some automated announcement should be there in transport so that guests are aware which stop to get off. Overall this is a very disappointing experience at this resort and I wont recommend anybody to stay here.

Very cute main building. Fine room building “Casitas”. There’s a lot of space and the free bus transportation to the parks is a big plus. Park tickets are included with the room booking, but honestly, I still feel like I could get the same room quality at another hotel brand for much less. I’m not really complaining, because nothing was wrong with the stay but the price definitely felt more like a luxury room than what it actually was. Maybe for people from other state it will work better for what they have to offer (location pay food at the same hotel and fee transportation)
