Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

What can I say… we love this place. Stayed here over a dozen times in the last 3 years. The resort is absolutely stunning, especially at night. Food options are plentiful and won’t break the bank. We particularly like the pool area and the over-the-water walkway that leads to the pool and other amenity areas. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean, and well stocked with most anything you could need during your stay. The resort is conveniently located near the parks, Disney springs and the water parks. Signage leading to the resort is also excellent, I’ve never needed GPS to find it. Beds are extremely comfortable and I’ve never had a noise issue from other rooms while staying here. If this has been a resort you were on the fence about trying… just do it. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for one night for my birthday and honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. I was greeted at the front door and directed where to go to check in. The check in process was easy and we were able to get into our room early. The lobby and room spaces were gorgeous and well kept with everything being neat and tidy. I stayed in a Tower room this time and loved it. Room are accessible with a room key or with the My Disney Experience App which is very convenient. Elevators were easy to use and the closeness to the marketplace/restaurants was nice. The pool area was very busy and chairs were a bit hard to find, but the pool itself and waterslide were fun! Any of the Cast Members that we spoke to were kind and friendly. We ate dinner at 3 Bridges that night, which was delicious and a great view of the resort. I would definitely look to stay here again!

Great resort it’s huge! We stayed in the cabanas and it was kind of in the middle of everything. Really enjoyed their pool and hammocks while we stayed. Team member Ana I believe was her name was excellent after dealing with an emergency. Billy from food and beverage was awesome! Thank you for saving our trip and making it better

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort continues to impress us every time we visit. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers an incredible blend of relaxing atmosphere, outstanding dining, and exceptional Cast Member service. One experience in particular reinforced why Disney has earned such a strong reputation for integrity and guest service. During our stay, I realized I had misplaced a $100 bill. After reporting it to the resort management team, they immediately took my concern seriously. Before long, I was notified that the money had been found and returned to me. That may seem like a small moment, but it speaks volumes about the honesty, professionalism, and character of the Cast Members at Coronado Springs. Knowing that something valuable was returned gave me even greater confidence in the people who work so hard to make every guest's stay special. It's easy to compliment a resort for its beautiful grounds or comfortable rooms, but what truly makes Coronado Springs stand out is its people. Their integrity, attentiveness, and commitment to doing the right thing create an experience that keeps us coming back. Thank you to the entire Coronado Springs team for another wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Our stay at Coronado started out rocky, but ended well. We got to the resort, got "checked in", were told we'd get a room in the Casitas area, stowed our luggage with Luggage Services, and then headed to Blizzard Beach. When we got back after 4:00pm, we were told that our room wasn't ready and were given a room further away than we were previously told. It was okay, just not what we were expecting. We were told that Bell Services could bring our bags to our room. We walked to our room and then called Bell Services. There was a thunderstorm watch or warning in the area, so we were told that they couldn't bring our bags out to us. I called two more times, 30 - 40 minutes in between each time, and were told the same thing. I called again a bit later and no one picked up. Fed up, my daughter and I walked back to the lobby to get our things. We were told that someone would take us to our room, and we then had to wait a while longer for that. But the gentleman who took us back to the room was super friendly and sweet. We chatted with him the whole time. Once back to the room, we put our bags away and went to leave to get dinner. The same gentleman was still there and saw us leaving. He insisted on giving us a ride up. How sweet?! This totally turned the stay around for us. We loved the pool area and the slide. We were close to our bus stop. We were close to the Minnie van drop off/pick up location. And the walk to the lobby and the food area was beautiful. While the stay started rocky, we did really like it there. I definitely think we'll be back.
