I am here now and I love the adult side! The ambiance is great.. there was a gentleman playing sax and a female playing violin.. different nights but each an 1.5 hrs long during dinner.. theywrre enchanting.. the adult side is so laid back and relaxing...quiet atmosphere.. I can't wait to come back.. My only complaints are 1. I tried to book another trip for Jan 2027 and the schedule was not out yet.. i cant wait to book it again (with my children this time). 2. The beach bar made a horrible margarita... It wasn't even a margarita.. I tried a few each day but even different people didnt help.. they were awful and didnt taste like a margarita at all... it was poured it out of a person made milk jug.. PROs... The gentleman at the beach Marco the beach runner who was attending to the privileged side was wonderful! Amazing.. he came over consistently checking on us and making sure we didn't need anything... REYNALDO!! now this man knows how to make a Margarita .. I would walk to the family side pool multiple times a day to see that man.. his were the best and i told him so!! Both Marco and Reynaldo followed the Catolinia way to please the client!!! And because of them I will be back!!

Ana and Gabriela at the front desk are FABULOUS! You couldn't ask for better service. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling! Make sure to ask for them. What a great start to our vacation. The rooms, though a little dated, were always kept clean, well stocked, with nice added touches of flowers, etc. Nice fluffy towels! Great sandy beach and the best surprise was there was always lounge chairs available any time of day. Lots of choices for food and drinks. Even a food truck at the beach. One pool is very quiet but there's a 'party' pool too. We had a great time!

The hotel is located in serene surroundings, nestled between leafy palms and a calm sea. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the food is invariably delicious. If you're into such things, a beverage is never far away with banana mamas and tamarind margaritas being particular favourites. This is our second time here and we would absolutely visit again. Berenici in particular was very warm and made sure we always felt welcome when we sat down to dinner.

Second time staying here and the place continues to be wonderful. The staff are so welcoming and friendly —everyone from all departments stops to say hello and asks how you are doing. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job ensuring the rooms are spotless and well stocked. Food is delicious with a variety of options each day. This is an adults only all inclusive resort and we appreciated how chill all the guests are—there isn’t a lot of loud drunk people creating a scene. It’s very quiet day and night allowing us to truly rest and relax while enjoying a bit of paradise.

We were delighted to have Anyuli as our server not only did he take care of us but had the best customer service in the entire resort. We had many other servers but Anyuli definitely stood out to us as he made sure our honeymoon experience was unforgettable. We also had an amazing hostess Nilza she was such a pleasure to speak with. She also helped us twice providing us with monetary change. We also had a nice talk with Cristina the 2nd hostess from Thalassa. Very sweet lady. Both Angel Gabriel and Angel servers were very nice and worked very well with Anyuli during our dinner.
