Honestly, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas gave my family and me one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The place itself is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful, and there’s always so much to do. On top of that, the food was amazing; with so many restaurants to choose from, each one better than the last! But what truly set this place apart was the people. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. When a family member had a medical emergency and needed to go to the hospital, the staff went above and beyond; taking us there, staying with us, and helping with every little detail. That kind of care and empathy is something we’ll never forget. A gorgeous resort with truly wonderful people.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. IM currently staying here for a week and the ENTIRE STAY has been nothing short of a nightmare . For the amount of money you pay especially for the all inclusive, the place is such a ridiculous scam. the food is absolutely HORRIBLE . When I say horrible I mean it. Places close extremely early and at the same time making it so that you can not get food at certain times of the day. Because of this we’re were forced to eat at the did trucks ( yes your thousands get you access to only food trucks on the beach… ) and then enter escorting 2 HOURS for personal pizzas that never came because after multiple times asking when the food would be ready and bring another 10 min answer , the man said he”didn’t know when it would be ready “ we placed another order for the other food truck thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t never saw that did either. Multiple people went up to complain and cancel their order. I left and never got my food because I was so upset after waiting so long and kept getting strung along. The 24h room service of nothing of the sort. It’s not 24h AT ALL . Again for the price you pay to be here and for the all inclusive you should be able to get food wherever you want to but you can’t. I tried twice to get food using the 24b room service and was never answered. A SCAM. The food at these “ included restaurants are absolute trash. Not at all Dominican food, not at all Seasoned barely edible and so white washed. We did the biggie excursion with friends… both biggies broke down on the middle of a rural or not safe area leaving us stranded or changing to a new biggie that wasn’t fast enough to keep up with the crew inevitably making the situation more unsafe with cars passing by and losing the rest of the crew. Anywhere worth going is a 25 min golf cart ride that will absolutely leave you looking completely disheveled so don’t plan to look nice for any dinner. The beach is the most minuscule square of beach that has a million ppl on it with screaming children without an adults only section that is included . There are so many ppl on top of you to the point that random strangers just took our chairs and umbrella when we were in the water even though our belongings were on/ around the chairs/ area. I have the do not disturb sign on my door and the attendant still entered unannounced twice! Anyway adding to get us anything so she could be tipped. I hate this place. Friends staying here with us waiting over an hour and a half for their room to be ready to check in, they have had MULTIPLE cockroaches in their room ! Their toilet has stopped working .I will NEVER be back. This is an absolute scam i urge you to not make the same mistake i did. Go somewhere much better for the money.

Nice place, restaurants are good. Beach is good. I did not play golf...however, things are a little loose. What I mean is, upon checking in we were upgraded to a villa. Then, things started arriving. A fruit bowl at 8pm? Stuff to make breakfast came one morning but disappeared an hour later. That night three bottles of rum were brought. The employees that brought these things spoke little English so we never knew if they were complimentary or we would be charged. Everything was just a little off. At checkout I was presented with a bill that included a $6000 charge I had not made. The only fmthing they said when I told them it wasn't correct was "you didn't bring a party of 22 to dinner?" They took it off, but I wondered what else I was charged for I didn't catch.

We had a great stay. We had an issue with our golf cart one evening and they swapped it out for a new one with 10 minutes. Lots of restaurant options, great service, beautiful scenery. The only downside is the goft carts (both) left some kind of black grease/stains all over everyones shoes and some clothing (when seatbelts were used).

We stayed in a private villa with our extended family and it was an absolute dream. Having our own golf carts made zipping around to Minitas Beach Club and the pools so much fun. The villa staff, Maria Rodriguez and Elvis M. took flawless care of us, cooking amazing breakfasts in our home every morning and keeping the villa perfect for the family. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. From the wedding at the stunning Altos de Chavón artisan village to Minitas Beach, there was something for everyone. Highly recommend this spot for a luxurious, secure family getaway!"
