We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were delicious, with plenty of choices every day. The spa was excellent – very relaxing and professional. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. A special thank you to Tes at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

All staff are amazing, very professional as well as See side food restaurant. I am so happy with them, I had my birthday as well the food was served very complimentary and my room was decorated the day Iarr and on my birthday very clean professional and approachable. Always serving with a smile. I am happy client. Cleaners chefs and everyone I can not name them all reception staff brill. Gift and A.nne are very professional I can not thank them enough. Golf and Sakol have been so professional, also there to assist, we felt very safe. I was not happy with the bill I was given during checkout for the mini bar, I believe that's scamming for some one who paid for all inclusive. We never asked for room service and no one told us that the drinks in the fridge in our hotel room were being charged. On check out day we were charged for the drinks again worth 256.80 Thbt. I was not happy.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Bangtao Resort and had a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed—Golf and Tom at the door were always there to help with a smile, making check‐in seamless and hassle‐free. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous spread of both local and international items, fresh fruit, hot dishes, great coffee—it gave the perfect start to each day. The pool is another big plus. It’s beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful—a perfect place to relax, whether you want to swim laps or just lounge by the water. Overall, service here is excellent; the staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly take pride in the guest experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort stay with good food, great amenities, and warm service, Best Western Premier Bangtao is a lovely choice.

Wonderful hotel in convinient location! Mainly it depends on crew! First man we met is doorman Golf, outstanding person, his smile and polite attitude is charming, he helped us with all issues connected with shopping, excursion, pharmacy and etc. Another very kind person is front desk manager Daniel, he is always ready to help you to solve any issue and to give right advice. All crew from front desk to room service, kitchen and security are very polite and highly professional specialist who can make your vacation unfogettable! Quiet and cozy place close to all recreation and shopping points. Direct entrance to Bangtao beach is so comfotable! We visited this hotel in October 2025 and our whole family is grateful for all crew! 👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️ With lot of thanks and respect from Qazaqstan 🇰🇿👍👍👍

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff really do go above and beyond, every single day.! Gulf and the rest of the staff made the atmosphere very welcoming and enjoyable :-) the location isn’t the worst, just at least a 30 min drive minimum if wanting to go downtown (example- patong beach). Only issue with the room we had was an odd smell in our hotel room one night (propane gas) but was fixed by their maintenance right away.! Overall, our stay was great and would return here.!
