Located in a serene spot on the shores of Lake Davenport, this picturesque complex is situated within easy reach of Disney and Universal theme parks. The two and three-bedroom villas are equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing self-catering break, while on-site facilities such as swimming pools, fitness centre, spa and a playground. A very quiet and clean atmosphere. Great time to relax and just chill! Great housing at our rented condominium. It was clean, well maintained, and had all we needed. Even complimentary coffee, dish pods, and dish soap! I’d go back again. For me it was for a quiet retreat!

Friends who have stayed here for several years asked if we wanted to come and stay for several days and why not? Gate security check in, easy peasy. Straight ahead to the check in building and ready to go. Lots of mature trees and Spanish moss, well maintained foliage. Apparently each room is appointed differently as they are owned individually. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, high ceilings, dining area/living room and full well stocked kitchen. There are 3 pools with multiple hot tubs, a tiki bar serving delicious libations and good app type hot food options and a diner in restaurant. The resort sits on a lake and also has a beach for lounging and building sand castles. There is a fishing dock as well. It was an enjoyable several days, lots of exploring and good food.

Seriously one of the most relaxing places I've visited. Really great for couples or large families alike. Many pools and hot tubs. Kids splash park. Bars, restaurant on site. Sandy beach, fishing pier and somehow extremely quiet and peaceful. The walk way that wanders through the lakes is a lovely walk any time of day. Guaranteed sightings of diving birds, turtles and baby gators! Minutes to the parks, across from the ball fields and other attractions.

Me my wife and 2 young children love it here. This is our 4 time coming and looking to come again in 2027 the accommodation is nice and comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. There is plenty to so on site with pools hot tubs a splash pad and a beach with stunning views of the lake and also a little shop and bar and a nice restaurant and the staff are amazing I haven't got a bad word to say apart from i wish I booked 3 week instead of 2

Upon our arrival we were told that the address didn’t exist that we were staying in. Security guard was clueless. After hiking up multiple flights of steps we walked into a clean very dated flat. Furniture was worn and tattered. Electronic devices in every room plugged to the receptacles to prevent mice. The TVs were all under parental control and old. The dryer in our rented unit all but worked. The refrigerator barely worked but it was clean. We paid 2700 to drinking barely chilled beverages and attend a local laundromat. The possibilities of returning to this resort are slim. Think twice and spend your money somewhere else. Thanks for reading
