We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Zak, the public relations agent who welcomed us with such kindness and care. We arrived right after the buffet had closed, and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave hungry he personally arranged a fruit basket for us. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he is toward guests. Throughout our stay, Zak was incredibly professional, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Thanks to him, we felt truly taken care of and at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel, everyone was so lovely and very accommodating. The entertainment team were really lovely, made me enjoy my stay so much more. The restaurant staff were amazing as well, always went above beyond to make sure we were well looked after. A special thanks to Zack and Momo for making my sisters birthday amazing and surprising her by decorating the room and getting the staff to sing happy birthday to her at dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back, couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Amazing stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun! I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ayoub from the restaurant — he always greeted us with a smile, provided excellent service, and made every meal enjoyable. His positive energy truly made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and unforgettable hospitality!

Just returned home from this hotel. Amazing holiday can not fault this hotel at all. Staff are so respectful. Friendly they cant do enough. The hotel is so clean as i saw the cleaners everyday from morning til finish cleaning al dsy. There is so much for evrryone diffrent pools. Bars spa. The entertainment team work non stop the water park is so good no fault at all. Putting on lots of activities. Foam party s. Pool discos Zumba water yoga darts aerobics. This holiday isnt for everyone as thre is nothong outside hotel local. Its relaxing if ur want chill

I checked in 8th November probably one of the worst experiences so far, I got given a room above the restaurant with a band playing outside, the noise was soo loud, I went back and asked for my room to be exchanged straight away, I was told that the music would stop at 9pm but it didn't stop until way past midnigh, my child could not sleep, I was told to go back in the morning for a possible room change, while I was in Reception there was also another person who had the same problem, he has kids and they had also put him in a room where there was extreme noise. I am soo disappointed I wish I never booked this place, but after going to the one in Egypt I thought this would also be to that standard, unfortunately not. Once we had left our luggage in the room we thought we would get some dinner, well that was disappointed we were faced with stale chips and hardly any options. Our first night wasted trying to sort out a room and with horrible food, I also exchanged money at the hotel, when I came to my room I realised I wasn't given the right amount. They have phones in the rooms but never answer, this has to be the worst start to the holiday. The hotel is definitely not a 4 start more like a 3 maybe. Also its miles away from everything. They also take a deposit of £10 for beach towels I've never had to do this with any other hotel The next morning I spoke to the Guest relations manager, who is arrogant and ignorant, he was extremely rude instead of understanding, he asked me for proof of the music and pictures of the uncleanness of the room he asked me to send them to his phone, which I refused and showed him on my phone, he was extremely rude, kept telling me he is upgrading me to a deluxe double, which wasn't even a upgrade, they didn't even give me the original room I booked, he didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. My room was changed at 12.30 with my morning wasted and not being able to leave the hotel until this was sorted. The so called manager was reluctant to give his name, I said he had to if he is identifying himself as the Guest relations manager, he said his name was Abdi. Over the 5 days I stayed I witnessed many guests having problems with him in reception, he lacks basic manners and empathy. He tries to make out he is doing you a favour by giving you what you as the guest have already paid for. I would never come back here or recommend, save your money the hotel is just about a 3 star rooms are very dated the hotel is not that big compared to others and the bad service from Guest relations will just ruin your holiday. While there I realised that the Guest relations manager. While I was in a taxi I was also told that the hotel has gone downhill since management and staff had changed. The driver said its a huge problem in that hotel and it has a bad reputation. The hotel itself is 30 minutes away from the medina and costs a fortune in taxis, the hotels shuttle bus is always fully booked.
