This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, including Four Seasons and Park Hyatt properties, but Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay truly stands out.
We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight into Tivat and reached the hotel around 9 AM. Even though our Regency Suite was still being prepared, the hotel kindly provided us with a temporary room so we could rest and freshen up. By around 11 AM, we were able to move into our suite, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long journey.
As a Hyatt Globalist member, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade, though I know not every property handles elite recognition this well. The General Manager, Mr. Milach, personally greeted me during check-in and did an outstanding job ensuring our stay was exceptional from beginning to end.
This trip was also for my birthday, although my actual birthday was still a few days away after check-in. To my surprise, when I returned to the room one evening, I found another bottle of wine along with a beautiful handwritten birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and classy touch that made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel where the staff truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to create a special experience. I’m sure this level of hospitality extends to all guests, not just Globalist members. I highly recommend this property without hesitation and would absolutely return.

Stayed at the Hyatt last week. Wow! It was amazing and we can’t recommend enough! Gorgeous people who are so friendly and helpful. Room was amazing with a big balcony and lovely view. Beach was lovely and had a brilliant bar which sold lovely food. We would love to stay again! Thankyou to everyone for making our holiday special.

This place is awesome. Everything feels new and well maintained, from the rooms to the private beach area. The view across the bay is unreal, especially in the early morning or right before sunset. Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet no weird smells, no awkward design. Staff keeps things smooth without hovering. Pool’s a solid bonus, but honestly I spent most of my time down by the water. Not over-the-top luxury, just done right. Would stay again without thinking twice.

We had a fabulous stay at this resort.
The location is stunningly beautiful. The resort is relatively new and impeccably clean. Overall, the service level is truly five stars.
The room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. It was nice to have a little espresso maker in the room so we could enjoy morning coffee on the balcony.
We visited in early April so it was not yet summer, we did not sunbathe by the bay. But we did try the indoor pool & sauna, nice and relaxing. The hotel gym was well equipped with Technogym machines and open 24/7.
The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of international and local food.
We appreciated the valet parking service, especially after a long day of driving.
The only thing we did not love was not being able to adjust the room temperature, it was too hot for us. We did ask the personnel but even they could not lower the temperature. Also, it would be nice to have a luggage rack in the room so you wouldn't have to keep open suitcases on the floor.
But these are minor details. We really loved the resort and felt pampered by the kind and professional staff. We'd love to visit again!

As a Hyatt Globalist who spent more than 90 nights at Hyatt properties last year, I can honestly say this has been one of the best Hyatt experiences I’ve ever had.
A special thank you to Teddy from Guest Services. Teddy recently came from Bangkok, and from the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond. She personally showed me the room, helped with every question I had, and consistently provided service that exceeded anything I could have expected. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome.
I also want to recognize Aleksandra, who was equally wonderful throughout my stay.
The entire team treated me like royalty. As a Globalist, I was incredibly appreciative of the room upgrade and the outstanding recognition of my status, but what stood out most was the sincere hospitality from the staff. They made this stay feel special in a way that many hotels strive for but rarely achieve.
Thank you to Teddy, Aleksandra, and the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Dukley Hotel! I spent several wonderful days here, and every moment was a true pleasure. The resort offers a wide range of facilities and activities, making it easy to relax and enjoy every day.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making guests feel genuinely welcome and valued. The food was outstanding—delicious, fresh, and of the highest quality.

We spent a few days at Dukley Resort and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, while the jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
The food also left a great impression on us. We had dinner at Dukley Seafront Restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding, and lunch at Laguna Beach Restaurant right by the sea, in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Everything we tried was excellent.
The resort offers a perfect balance of privacy and tranquility while still being very close to Budva. One feature we particularly loved was the complimentary boat service that takes guests to the Old Town and back every hour. It’s incredibly convenient and adds a unique touch to the overall experience.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to help. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we’ve had on the Montenegrin coast, and it’s a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

The location is incredibly beautiful, and a scenic 25mins walk to old town over the coast. The hotel is luxurious and we had spa access included with our room. Excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant overlooking the beach, they had a great variety of breakfast options including eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and pastries; complemented by exceptional service. Hotel is very intimate and romantic which was perfect for us, we loved it so much we’re planning to come annually. Hotel reception, Tanja and Christina were wonderful. They helped us book restaurants and gave us many recommendations during our stay.
This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, absolutely worth every penny.

My stay at Eurostars Queen of Montenegro was overall quite enjoyable. The hotel's location in Bečići and the panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea are truly mesmerizing. The pool area and spa facilities are excellent—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were attentive and helpful. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, some minor renovations or updates could elevate the experience to the next level. Nevertheless, it was a very satisfying stay in terms of value for money, and it is definitely a good choice in the area.

Good afternoon to the Eurostar Team,
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Their version of an "all inclusive" package is honestly ridiculous. Having stayed at many proper all-inclusive resorts like Grand Palladium or Iberostar, I can confidently say that what Eurostar offers should not even be allowed to be called all-inclusive.
The buffet has very few options and the food is completely tasteless. If you want a snack at the bar, your only option is a bag of processed, industrialized peanuts.
To be fair, the staff and team themselves were extremely friendly and helpful, but the management of the services is terrible. On my first day, a waiter told me that sodas were not included in the package. Shockingly, sodas suddenly became available right after I complained to the reception. On top of that, the bartender did not even know how to make a standard Aperol Spritz, forcing me to make another complaint just to get a proper drink.
I definitely do not recommend staying at Eurostar Queen of Montenegro. They seriously need to rethink this service or simply remove the all-inclusive option altogether to stop misleading guests.

I stayed for a week and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was tasty. The hotel was very clean, including my room.
The facilities that the hotels offer is also fantastic. Multiple swimming pools, sauna, gym, a park for if you have children, offices so that you can work.
The hotel has a seafront view, and is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, with a many shops, restaurants, and cafes, located on the other side of the road, so there is plenty to choose from.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone thinking about coming to Montenegro!

Lot to unpack here after a week stay.
Rooms- very clean, service with new towels daily. Not something I generally look for but no do not disturb signs so it just happened.
Hotel itself looks like it needs a good jetwash/clean and white paint.
Food was very hit and miss. Mostly little that I found good.
Breakfast wasn't too disappointing but it was the same every day, lots of choice of cold meats, cheese, vegetables. Hot food wise was lots of sausages, scrambled eggs, polenta, porridge. Don't expect full English breakfast (I didn't).
Evening meals was again lots of variety just very little with texture. The pasta was generally limp and cold, the spaghetti bolognese I had one night was nice though. Breaded chicken was good. The nights that they had fries on were a nice change although there seemed to be some sort of school staying during this week and the kids were like locusts when It came to the fries.
I did look at going to the gym at one point but looking from the outside, it seemed to be under maintenance. I didn't use most of the facilities like message etc.
On the weekend, the night club next door on the seafront plays music until long in the night. I could hear it over my ear plugs. The kids club in the evening played music as loud as the night club but finished around 10pm.
The place was overrun by kids most of the week. They were fine but the meal times were very noisy.
Location wise I found it quite good, lots of supermarkets close by, about a 10/15 minute walk to the old town, 30 minutes to Becice beach through the tunnel. I walked to Jaz beach which took around 2 hours each way. I also walked to Sveti Stefan which also took around 2 hours each way. Not far from the bus station which i took to Kotor one of the days.

The room we were in was a superior and had a nice lounge, 2 bathrooms and a little balcony. Was ideal for the 10 days. The staff were grumpy but compliant and yiu never had to ask twice for anything. It was helpful.
The food was substandard. There was always something that you could find to eat but it was lukewarm at best.
Great location in Budva and the walkway to old town was nice. Had bus stops outside to get to Sveti Stefan and the bus station was only a 10min walk. Plenty shops nearby too.

We have just returned from a 10day holiday with Alexander, and can only say a very big thank you our room was lovely 2531, was helped by a very nice man with our cases to our room when we arrived, room was cleaned towels changed everyday say thank to housekeeping 👍 generally hotel is great nice pool areas, clean lots of beds and umbrellas, guys at pool area not so helpful but that maybe just a language barrier? We found one really nice helpful lady in reception (sorry didn’t get her name but blonde on reception when we arrived 15th sept) we waited until you were on reception to ask anything as you were the only one willing to help us, so hopefully you will get recognition. Bar staff Branislav Kuzunovic thank you so much you were the highlight of our day from afternoon tea to the evening. Dining staff were all excellent special call out to Vujkovic Kristen’s Reshmi and Ravi who always had a smile and friendly disposition thank you also to chefs who made a point of coming out to restaurant area to make sure everything is how it should be, all in all we had a wonderful stay with you and hope to return to Montenegro soon.

We stayed this past weekend. Our room was nice, clean and in a good location. However, there was a large sports event was being held at the hotel. We had no problem with the amount of people staying at the hotel but there was not enough staff to cover every service.
We were all inclusive guests and we could not get a drink at the bar as the bar team had to help in the restaurant. If I'm paying for all inclusive, I expect to be able to get a drink at any time. The cocktails were artificial and made from the press of a button and there was no sugar free mixer option but the local beer was good (even if the bar staff cant pour a pint). It was also strange that we were not offered drinks with our meals. If we wanted one, we had to go across the walk way to the bar and then walk back to the restaurant for our food.
We'll definitely be back to Montenegro but not to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodating. The food is varied and very nicely prepared. The hotel pool is clean, large with a satisfactory number of sunbeds and umbrellas. The only problem is the mediocre hygiene in the rooms. Shampoos and baths are not replenished daily, only towels are replaced, bathrooms are not cleaned, the trash can has not been emptied even once in 7 days.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and spotless. The room was very well equipped and clean. Restaurant was really good and the breakfast had a lot of variety, both in terms of items and as they changed day-by-day.
The best part was the staff though, they helped us organise ourselves in terms of trips to Kotor and Sveti Stefan, and were really caring and polite. I'd like to thank Dijana, Gurbban and Tina in particular, but everyone from the staff we interacted with were lovely.

A really lovely place! Tastefully decorated, calm and quiet (which we really appreciated!), and with people who make you feel genuinely welcome.
In general, the whole stay felt so comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and I can’t not mention the breakfasts - they were really great, with absolutely memorable coffee and tea ☕️🫖
The location is also very good. You can park on the street nearby and the beach is only a few minutes’ walk, with beautiful scenery along the way 🏔️
Unfortunately I don’t remember the names (sorry!), but the lady at reception and the gentleman at breakfast were genuinely great.
Everyone was so kind, smiley, and happy to chat about anything 🥺

As a former flight attendant for one of the world’s largest international airlines, I have stayed in countless hotels around the globe, and it is truly rare for a hotel to leave such a lasting impression on me as Casa di Sofia did.
This hotel stands out in every possible way. The location is excellent, the property is modern, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. It offers everything one could expect from a high-quality hotel — outdoor parking as well as a garage, a swimming pool, an excellent restaurant, and even an EV charger, which is still surprisingly difficult to find in Montenegro.
The food deserves special praise. Breakfast was rich, diverse, and of outstanding quality, while every meal we had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Everything throughout the hotel reflects attention to detail, comfort, and genuine care for guests.
However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. I would especially like to thank the receptionists Nikola and Dijana, the restaurant team, and the manager, Dragan Subotić. Their hospitality and willingness to go far beyond what is expected from hotel staff is difficult to put into words. “Exceeding expectations” would honestly be an understatement.
Unfortunately, during our stay I experienced a medical emergency and ended up hospitalized in another city in Montenegro. In that incredibly stressful situation, Dragan and the rest of the staff did absolutely everything they could to help my husband and support us in every possible way. They contacted doctors, searched for information, checked on me daily, personally prepared and sent food packages to me every single day, and continuously assisted my husband with anything they could think of.
What they showed us was not just professionalism — it was humanity, compassion, and genuine care. That is what truly separates this hotel from others. They do not treat people as room numbers or temporary guests; they truly care about those who stay with them, and that creates trust, loyalty, and gratitude that lasts long after the trip is over.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — not only because of its facilities, comfort, and outstanding service, but because of the incredible people behind it. I will remain sincerely grateful to them forever, and I would return without hesitation. Truly a 10/10 experience in every sense.

Decent hotel. The penthouse is awesome. The garage a bit strange, but it’s free. Modest food, but there is a bit of everything. Fruits are great. The promenade not very far, if you are by car - choose place with parking. We loved Meat and burger restaurant. Also Turkish restaurant uphill is great. Several mini markets and one supermarket very poor.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel!
Our experience was extremely poor for several reasons:
* Room Issues: We booked for two people (friends), yet were given a room with only one double bed. The hotel refused to change our room, claiming they were full, despite appearing otherwise. One bed and one blanket.
* Hygiene & Maintenance: The room was dusty upon arrival. The bathroom (faucets and mirrors) was never cleaned during our stay. Bed linens were only changed on the 5th day, and only after we complained.
Toiletries were provided for only one person and were never restocked during the entire week.
• Poor Quality: The towels and bedsheets provided were threadbare and full of holes.
The TV remote was broken, and we had to go down to reception ourselves late at night just to get a second blanket (only to be given a thin sheet instead).
* Service: The staff is largely incompetent and indifferent. Every issue was met with a simple "I'm sorry" without any actual resolution. Upon arrival, they even tried to charge us €15 for a dinner that was already included in our package.
* Food: Breakfast and dinner were exactly the same every single day. Tables were left dirty and were not cleared before new guests sat down.
Unacceptable Noise: On Sunday night, renovation work started inside the hotel after 22:00. The noise made it impossible to sleep.It turns out they were tiling the elevator floor overnight, so it was out of service this morning while the adhesive dried, we have to walk to 6th floor.
It is outrageous for a 4-star establishment to conduct construction work late at night while guests are trying to rest.
Safety Risk: The balcony railing in our room was loose and wobbling. This is a serious safety hazard, especially on higher floors, yet the hotel seemed completely unconcerned.
The ONLY positive aspect of this hotel is the panoramic sea view from the restaurant, but that does not make up for the lack of basic cleanliness and professional service. We strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you value your comfort and money.

Poor service at the restaurant. The same food during breakfast and dinner. Often it's lack of food-empty dishes. Or the day soup isn't warm. It's more or less fine if you stay for a couple of nights, but we stayed for 1 week, so it's nightmare. I would recommend to avoid for allergic people. You never know the ingredients. The only positive thing is that the receptionists speak fluent English, perfect Serbian (btw Russian and bit of Polish).No way back!

Small hotel with good location only 2 minutes to the bus stop and max 5 minutes to the beach. Everything You need for Your calm holiday stay if not like huge hotels "factories".

We stayed at the penthouse with two bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room. There is balcony around all the room so you have full view of the city, the sea and the mountains. There is also a jacuzzi for two people in the balcony. They provide bathroom robes and slippers. Unfortunately they provide generic toiletries so you may want to bring your own. The telephones are not working and although they are aware of the problem they did not try to fix it during our stay. They do not clean the jacuzzi so you may want to ask them to clean it and refill the water during your stay.The breakfast buffet was the same during our 4 nights stays, nothing changed at all. The worst for me was that the hot and cold water in the showers of the main bedroom. It becomes hot and cold on its own. The location is good because it is just a good walking distance to the Old Town Budva. You may also hear the cars around the area while you sleep.

Hotel as a whole is amazing, absolutely stunning. This is our second year coming and they have made it even better than last year. Food is above and beyond what you would expect from all inclusive (especially if you love seafood). Plenty of drink choices with amazing staff who are all polite and efficient.
There is some walking up hills and stairs but it's not the worst, if anything it helps work off all the food and drink you consume so I don't really see it as a negative.
Would definitely recommend and massively considering about coming back for a third year 😁

My partner and I stayed in May/June 2026 and had an amazing 10 nights.
The scenary around the hotel is stunning, with views of the bay from the hotel, pool, restaurant and beach.
The all inclusive food and drink were top notch, with the local beer, wine and soft drinks on self-serve tap with a strong lineup of branded spirits behind the bar. The food was amazing with a different theme each night to keep it fresh.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had something different, often with chefs cooking fresh meat and fish to your liking.
Herceg Novi town is a short boat taxi across the bay, which had many restaurants and bars if you want to explore or havea change of scenary - the boat was 15euro per person (total) and can be used as many times as you want within the day.
The boat operator, Petar, also runs other boat trips if you want to visit Kotor and Perast, for 40 euro, this was a full day out and well worth the money.
The staff were hard working and very friendly.
Special mentions to Zvonko, Janko and Milevoje behind the bar and also Natalija who kept our room clean and surprising us with different towel animals - we tried to out do her with our own towel animals! Omar was also very friendly and attentive from the entertainment team!
It was great seeing Zvonko in the Star Cafe before we left the hotel at 8am, he's a hard working lad with a great sense of humour!
We were gutted to leave after 10 days, there was so much to do, or as little to do as you pleased - we'll definitely come back!

We had a great time here, we stayed for 2 weeks. The food and drinks were excellent. The entertainment staff here were excellent. Adam, Omar, Lido, Esfir, Nicholas, had very good activities everyday and were great for getting people involved and having chats with people throughout the day. They really did make our stay excellent. Raphael and Leyla were also lovely for getting involved and talking to us every day. And they both got us involved in petank everyday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the animation team contributed to that.

Wonderful stay. Food is very good. Clean rooms by staff every day. I highly recommend. Quiet complex and full of flowers and trees. Stairs are everywhere but I think you need a bit of exercise with all the food you eat here. I will come back again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I was anxious about reviews regarding building works next door and was kindly upgraded to a room at the back of the hotel. The staff were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and clean, if a little dated in it’s appearance. Rooftop pool was fab, with great views over Budva and a lovely bar and restaurant. The gym really needs improving, it’s tiny. The hotel is in a busy area and everything is in easy walking distance. Budva Old Town is beautiful, but the rest of Budva is a massive building site at the moment, with huge buildings going up all over. I feel I would have enjoyed Budva more before the tourist boom! There are nicer areas of Montenegro to visit.

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay at this hotel, would definitely revisit and recommend! Whilst we were initially disappointed to hear the rooftop pool was "seasonal" so therefore not open, Đorđe the guest relations manager was fantastic and made sure our thoughts were heard and went out of his way to improve our stay.
Other than that the hotel is fantastic, staff were nice and the check in and check out was smooth. Free parking available on site. Location was great, short walk to the beach and to the old town. We visited in the "off season" which we were quite pleased about as we've heard it's very busy and borderline chaotic on the peak season. The price was reasonable and food was decent.
Only things that would've made it even better would've been proper coffee from a barista machine at breakfast and some sun loungers on the rooftop.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Since we were on our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a suite for free and left a small surprise in the room. We were so happy and satisfied with everything. The service and quality were excellent in every way. The pool on the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. The hotel staff—especially the gentleman and lady at the reception who took care of us—were very kind and attentive. Every time they saw us, they showed special attention and paid us compliments; I sincerely thank them. The breakfast was also quite satisfying. Its location is within walking distance to the center. The other guests staying at the hotel were just as pleasant; no one disturbed us, neither in the room nor at the pool. This will be the only hotel I choose every time I come to Budva. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Thank you for everything—you can choose this hotel without any hesitation.

This hotel was perfect for us. My husband, our 7-month-old son, and I stayed in a junior suite on the 8th floor and absolutely loved it.
The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable, wonderful view of the sea and just what we needed. The staff were all so warm and genuinely friendly, and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, especially with a baby.
We took turns doing the combination massage, and honestly, it was one of the best we’ve had—and we’ve tried quite a few places. Our therapist, Mzia, was AMAZING. Also, shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who took the time to explain all the packages clearly and made everything easy for us.
All the staff in the hotel were very accommodating, friendly and respectful. They were friends with our son :)
Overall, such a lovely stay—we’d definitely recommend this hotel.

A few highlights:
Exceptional Service: The staff are incredibly professional and were happy to accommodate our specific requests without any hesitation. It’s rare to find a team that is this proactive and genuinely focused on guest comfort.
Atmosphere & Quality: The hotel itself is stunning, with a very peaceful energy. The spa facilities were superb, perfect for unwinding and feeling completely looked after. The seafront view is unparalleled and to have access to this from the room balcony is amazing!
Kindness: I was traveling with my mother, and the level of care and respect shown to her by the staff was something I really appreciated. They made us both feel very welcome.
If you’re looking for somewhere in Montenegro that actually listens to guests and feel taken care of, this is it. We left feeling rested and respected. Huge thanks to the team for looking after us so well, we’ll definitely remember the kindness shown, highly recommend!

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and well located, which makes this review disappointing to write.
Late in the evening, I contacted reception with a very normal guest request — asking for an extra blanket.
I was first told that housekeeping had already left and that I should call again in the morning. When I insisted that an extra blanket at night is a basic guest need and asked whether reception could assist, the response I received was: “I’m reception, not housekeeping.” Eventually she brought a blanket that night, but it was baby blanket in double bed cover.
What disappointed me was not the blanket itself, but the complete lack of ownership, willingness to help, and service-oriented communication.
The following morning, housekeeping also disturbed the room very early due to a room mix-up. The staff member later apologized, which I appreciated.
However, after these incidents, I specifically asked reception if the manager could speak with me before my departure. Nobody followed up, nobody contacted me, and nobody even asked what had happened.
Mistakes happen in every hotel. But professionalism is reflected in how staff communicate with guests and handle simple problems. Unfortunately, that part of the experience was very disappointing.

Amazing experience at this property. Idyllic location on the Adriatic Sea. Staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and handed us off to each other seamlessly and were always available for our every need. We were there for 4 nights and it was absolute perfection the entire time. We stayed in the contemporary building with a sea view balcony room and our accommodations were gorgeous. They helped coordinate a boat trip to see the Blue Cave one morning and it was an epic experience to remember. We will absolutely be back!

The rooms are fantastic, the location is stunning, breakfast was really good, the staff were excellent and there were lots of loungers at the beach. All things that I value. I don't like hotels taking advantage of me on the price of food and drink and I think you should review these prices.if they do this then it will be an outstanding hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The spa area was very good, and we especially enjoyed the private beach reserved for hotel guests. The hotel also offers a nice pool and sauna. Breakfast was good overall, with a decent selection of food. However, I would love to see more variety in the future, especially additional types of cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms, and beans to create more of an English-style breakfast option. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel for a spa and beach getaway. Definitelly, I would like to come back.

Exceptional stay at Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa!
The hotel is simply incredible: very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and with high-quality WiFi, which is a real plus. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and always available to help. The indoor pool is fantastic and large enough to swim proper laps, which is a real bonus. Access to the sauna and hammam is included, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The only minor downside is the smell in the hammam , a subtle touch of essential oils would make it even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offers a solid menu. The €25 all-you-can-eat dinner option is a great deal: the selection is somewhat limited, but the food is tasty, with a special mention for the grilled octopus and squid, which were excellent. One small downside for coffee lovers: the coffee machine doesn’t quite match the overall standard.
Finally, the breakfast is generous, varied, and of good quality.All in all, the services are excellent across the board. I just didn’t get the chance to thank the team in person, which is a shame.

I’ve never written a bad google review until today. Warning to not stay here. They say they have air conditioning however they do not. The system works on the entire hotel meaning that the whole hotel can only be either heated or cooled. So if you want your room at 24.5 degrees all night and day then maybe you’ll be fine however if you’re an American or just anyone who needs their room below 78 DO NOT STAY HERE. They will not turn the ac on and will tell you to open the windows. Don’t worry there is no breeze so your room will stay at 78 all night you will not sleep and you will have to listen to seagulls screaming outside all night and then people at 0700. They also will not provide a fan to help cool your room nor will they even offer eye mask or ear plugs. Regardless even when you have your own you will hear the birds screaming all night. Also don’t plan on getting any hot water. That also will not be working. If you want to talk to anyone about it - good luck. They will not provide any management to speak with or a number to call - just an email which you will wait on for a response. Cherry on top is they close the access to water and pool at 1800 which is rediclous given the sun is out until 2000 and you loose all access to the water when they do so. So if you planned on enjoying a sunset or sitting by the water at night again - go elsewhere. If we weren’t paying a premium for a hotel that advertised a spa, water and pool area and ac this would not be an issue however just do yourself a favor and spend half the money on a hotel where you’ll actually get ac. I wish I had seen something like this prior to booking. Xoxo good luck - would advise just staying in near kotor as a whole, much better views and water over there.

We had a wonderful stay! Our absolute favourite combo was the sauna + the stunning view + the pool. It was absolutely dreamy!
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff. From my very first email with Nina Ćetković, the communication was quick, professional, and very friendly, which made us feel welcome even before arriving.
When we arrived, we were welcomed by super lovely girls at the reception, and we were proactively helped with our luggage upstairs.
A very special thanks goes to Matija Milic. His presence was truly remarkable—always greeting us with a big, warm smile, offering recommendations, and taking time for a friendly chat. He consistently went above and beyond to help us with everything, whether it was assisting with our belongings or keeping a caring eye on the children. He connected so naturally with my kids, and they absolutely adored him!
Initially, I thought that going to a 5-star hotel meant it might feel like just another big, impersonal corporate hotel, so I didn't even bring any souvenirs from Estonia. However, it was the exact opposite. Throughout our entire vacation, I felt so genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. Every single day, everyone greeted us with big smiles and chatted with us—from the reception and housekeeping to the breakfast staff.

Dress code should be implemented as a group thought it was ok to rock up for breakfast in pajamas !! Breakfast a bit disappointing for a 5 star as they ran out of the basic cooked foods . Also need better info on food contents as the scrambled eggs had bacon in it and what we thought was fish was actually meat. Not great for us as we do not eat meat!!! Staff very kind, friendly and helpful, especially reception.
Black out curtains in the bedroom would provide a better night's sleep.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Defo come back.

I stayed there for about 7 days, 31 of august till 6 of september 2025 and this review of this hotel is a bit late, but who cares, I'll write about it anyway.The rooms are in poor condition, with basic soap in the dispenser and a broken toilet paper holder that won't stay in place. There's a balcony, but I didn't say it's a balcony because it overlooks some kind of roof. This time, the room was on the third floor, and my relative has asthma and takes medication for shortness of breath. Yes, it's a problem for him, but that doesn't make it any less comfortable. The bed linen is dirty and looks very old, yellowed from sweat, and smells bad. The hotel doesn't even provide drinking water; you have to go find it yourself in the nearby shops, which are 300-500 meters from the hotel where you live. In Budva, you pay for everything, and at this hotel, water and alcoholic drinks are also paid for. There are two circular pools, which I understand are used by both locals and hotel guests. There are two thugs sitting there, not checking on anyone, and it's impossible to squeeze through. You have to reserve sunbeds early in the morning. The food is meager and not hot. I almost broke a tooth on cartilage a couple of times. They say they'll fix everything, but they don't do anything. In short, it was the worst time I've had this year. It's good that I went on a few days of excursions to explore the beautiful places, but unfortunately, the hotel was disgusting.I was lucky to have a balcony with a view of the mountains
BUT! I liked Budva itself; there were so many things I managed to see, experience, and do that I'd like to see more of. Maybe in the future.

We stayed in a room when our Norwegian flight was canceled. Despite the crowds, we got a room relatively quickly, so the service was good. The room itself, however, was a different story: the shower ran cold water, and there were mold spots in a few places. The overall appearance was dirty.

The hotel itself was okay, but the biggest issue during the stay was the hot water. Out of around six showers, only two were actually hot, which was really frustrating. I also tried contacting reception by phone and email and never received any response at all. Some staff members were polite, but others seemed completely uninterested and unwelcoming, especially during breakfast where the atmosphere felt uncomfortable rather than friendly. Overall not a terrible stay, but definitely not the level of service and comfort I expected. Modern hospitality really is fascinating. People pay money to feel like an inconvenience in someone else’s building.

We had a wonderful time with our family at the hotel. Our stay lasted a couple of days in August, and we were accommodated in the Vila Cempresa apartment. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beaches and the swimming pools. The pools are filled with salt water, which was a great plus. The food was delicious, varied every day, and offered something for everyone’s taste. We would gladly come back next year.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was mostly disappointing:
• Cleanliness: There was mold in the bathroom, the floor was dirty, the bed linen was not fresh, and the towels were often unclean. Despite asking at the reception three times, our room was never properly cleaned.
• Food: For a hotel of this class, the quality and variety of the meals were disappointing – we definitely expected more.
• Room: Everything worked technically, but the TV channels were poor and the Wi-Fi was very weak.
• Reception location: The walk to the reception is very long, which is inconvenient, especially with luggage.
For a price of €1,000 per person, the value for money is not justified.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly, we were even driven to our room upon arrival, and the best part was definitely the beach – it’s truly stunning!

This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. In reality, it feels like an outdated 2–3 star hotel from the Yugoslav era. Facilities are old, poorly maintained, and many things do not work.
The prices are outrageously high for such low quality. I got food poisoning after eating a burger, spent the entire night vomiting, and had to go to the hospital. This alone is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming 5-star luxury.
Breakfast was poor, the staff unprofessional and arrogant. The indoor pool water was cold, and the loungers next to the indoor pool were unusable due to strong cold drafts from the windows — sitting there wet was extremely uncomfortable.
Rooms were in bad condition, with broken items and very uncomfortable beds. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise everyone to AVOID this hotel.

A brilliant hotel, if a little pricey at bars/ restaurants by Montenegro standards.
The free valet parking is efficient, the staff were great and the spa is a welcome bonus to have with hotel, casino is a little strange but overall a 3 night stay, we have top floor sea view - really good.
Breakfast is okay - if you’re British though there is limited options for what would be our usual stuff, but then again we are in Montenegro!

Wonderful hotel with spacious, spotless rooms.
The rooms are large, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The spa is excellent — plenty of saunas, sunbeds, and relaxation areas. And the breakfast is simply fantastic: an огромous variety of dishes, desserts, and fruits — everything fresh, delicious, and high quality.
We stayed off-season, which was a big plus as there were hardly any people.
The only downside was the attitude of the spa staff — they felt rather unhelpful, almost as if our presence disturbed them

We stayed on the all-inclusive package, and the food was incredible every single time. There was such a great variety of options, and everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. It really exceeded our expectations.

I stayed at Hotel Talia for 5 days. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained everything to us. Parking at the hotel is charged, even though it's just along the side of the road. The rooms in the 4-star section of the hotel are good, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. However, throughout our stay, there was an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
The biggest downside of the hotel is the daily noise in the evening hours. There is a bar on the hotel rooftop where loud music is played every night until midnight or later. We didn’t get a good night's sleep even once, and although we came to rest and relax, we returned home more tired than when we arrived.
The hotel beach costs 15 euros, even though we were on an all-inclusive package.
The food at the hotel is acceptable, though it would be nice if they offered more fresh fruit and cocoa milk for children at breakfast. The hotel’s housekeeping staff are always smiling and friendly, which cannot be said for the younger staff working in the kitchen and bars. The younger employees lack basic manners such as saying hello, thank you, or you're welcome.
All in all, if you're looking to rest, this hotel is not for you due to the noise that is present every night, even with the windows closed

I rarely leave negative reviews, however after spending a significant amount of money at Heritage Grand Perast as part of a family wedding, I feel compelled to share our experience.
Let me start with the positives. The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is arguably one of the best in Montenegro, the architecture is stunning, the ambiance is exceptional, and the views across the Bay of Kotor are breathtaking. The frontline staff were also friendly, polite and genuinely tried their best.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
For a hotel that claims to be a five-star luxury property and charges some of the highest rates in the region, the service was simply unacceptable.
Breakfast was consistently disappointing. Simple egg orders regularly took over an hour to arrive, with one order taking approximately 90 minutes. Coffee was often served cold and staff appeared overwhelmed and unsupported. Guests frequently found themselves chasing staff simply to receive basic service.
More concerning than the delays was the quality of the food itself. The standard of food being served was nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel marketing itself as a five-star luxury property. In all honesty, some of the meals presented would not have been considered acceptable at a budget hotel such as an Ibis, let alone at the most expensive hotel in Perast. The restaurant appeared poorly managed, with little evidence of supervision, quality control or attention to detail.
Housekeeping was arguably the biggest disappointment of all. Our room was routinely left uncleaned, with housekeeping often doing little more than the most basic tidy-up. Bed linen frequently went unchanged and on multiple occasions we had to repeatedly request that the room be properly serviced.
The situation became so frustrating that my partner ultimately felt she had to effectively bribe housekeeping staff with cash tips simply to have the sheets changed and the room properly cleaned. Whether that was actually necessary or not, that was certainly how it felt as guests. No one paying luxury hotel prices should ever leave with the impression that additional cash payments are required just to receive basic housekeeping services.
The maintenance issues throughout the property were also concerning. The shower in our room leaked constantly. Multiple joinery doors throughout the hotel were loose and poorly maintained. Most alarmingly, one door actually came off and injured another guest’s foot. This should never happen in a hotel positioning itself as a luxury destination.
The overwhelming impression was that there is a complete lack of competent middle and senior management. The frontline staff appeared willing to help and were generally excellent, however there seemed to be no leadership, no supervision and no accountability. Problems were not proactively addressed, service standards were not maintained, and guest concerns appeared to fall through the cracks.
Several guests who had previously stayed when the hotel was operated under Rixos commented that standards have deteriorated significantly since the change in ownership and management. Based on our experience, it is difficult to disagree.
This review is particularly disappointing for me to write because the hotel has all the ingredients to be exceptional. The property, location, style and atmosphere are genuinely world class. Sadly, poor management is letting the entire operation down.
Heritage Grand Perast has the potential to be one of the finest hotels in Montenegro. However, in its current form, it simply does not deliver an experience that justifies its premium pricing. The location deserves five stars. The frontline staff deserve recognition for doing their best. Unfortunately, the management and overall service do not.
For what we paid, and for what is marketed as a five-star luxury experience, we expected far better.

The manager Katarina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The yoga session with Nina was an incredible experience – professional, inspiring, and truly special. Analyn is a true expert – her massage was perfect and definitely the highlight of my stay!
The food is also at a very high level – the breakfast selection is excellent, and the seafood specialties are highly recommended.

This was a beautiful hotel stay. We arrived tired from a full day of travel, and Niko was there to help us with our bags to the hotel, which is quite frankly the most beautiful building (c. 18tg century) that has been made modern and luxurious. We were upgraded when welcomed by the kind host at reception, along with our glass of fresh squeezed lemonade and towel. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful partial sea view. They were clean, well designed rooms that felt luxurious. Especially the bathrooms. We had a drink in the hotel restaurant, an espresso martini which was well made and presented, and a lovely glass of Serbian red wine. Breakfast was indulgent, fruits, meats and cheeses appearing as soon as we sat down with a basket of pastry and bread, eggs on the menu any way you want all included. Fresh orange juice and good coffee. The amenities were lovely, a beautiful spa with a large pool, loungers, steam room and sauna. A smaller outdoor pool with a jaw dropping view of the bay. Overall, a wonderful hotel, we wish we had booked a second or even a third night, and will absolutely come back in future.

Wow, an absolute 10/10 stay! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Valentina and she brought up our various bags and pizza box upstairs while inviting us to sit at the gorgeous patio for a welcome drink served by Milica. We admired this insane view and then Valentina gave us a tour of the pool, sauna, and our incredible room with a view of the mountain and sea with a balcony. As it was our anniversary, she even surprised us with balloons on the bed and a bottle of wine and cookies. We felt so welcomed! For the next 3 days of our stay, we received premium treatment, Valentina and Milica were so friendly and helpful and gave advice on what we could do, bringing items to our room and to the pool without us asking, called taxis for us and the staff even noticed when we went down for breakfast and cleaned up our room right away. The breakfast is also varied with a buffet and also you can order off the menu. We enjoyed watching the view from the patio while having breakfast and also watched the sunset from our balcony every night while sipping wine. It was a perfect end to our Balkan vacation and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

We had a truly 10/10 experience at Casa del Mare Vizura. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the bay, and it was easily the best decision we made. Waking up to the sun hitting the water and watching the boats across the bay from our private balcony was pure magic.
If you are visiting Montenegro, do yourself a favor and book the room with the sea view. Between the incredible service and the stunning location, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

I visited it with my team due to a basketball tournament in the city.
I could say the hotel is decent but the service is horrible. The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions.
Later when we complained to her about our not working ac in December, using an unpolite yelling tone, told us someone is coming to fix it.
That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open. (there weren't any window sensors which could've been the issue)
The only reason for me service is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because the cleaning lady was nice and we had great chats with her during our 3 night stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel – the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A special thanks to the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
The location is another big plus – it's close to the airport, which is very convenient, and just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Ideal for anyone who wants to be near the action but still enjoy a peaceful stay.

After departing the Hotel I reviewed the prior reviews and was surprised to read so many negative reviews. I stayed here for one night after I was unable to reach my Airbnb in a nearby town (long story). So this hotel was a short walk from the bus station and saved me.
Despite my agitation and terrible mood after a long day of multiple country travel, the manager at the desk was patient and very helpful. I don’t recall a smile from her at any point, but I was offered a reasonable room rate for the night, and check in was quick and efficient. My passport was copied but not kept.
I was assigned a room with a shared balcony which was separated by some potted plants. This was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer after such a stressful day. The bed was comfortable and the room was tastefully appointed and clean. One item about the bathroom, the countertop felt as if it was ready to separate from the wall with only light pressure. Otherwise all was good.
The best part of the visit was the free breakfast. Especially the two men who staffed it. They were very sweet and greeted me with a smile. I felt like a VIP! Food and coffee was delicious and there was a good assortment of local food and some sweets.
Overall an excellent hotel and a positive experience.
One other thing, I met the general manager and he was kind to me. Helped with calculating a weekly rate that was generous given the potential that my Airbnb Accommodation was fraught with problems and I was considering cancelling it and staying at the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at Huma Kotor Bay. From the moment of arrival until check-out, everything was at a very high standard. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had such an amazing stay, honestly a 10/10 experience.
The F&B team really made it special. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and Gul Riaz kindly arranged a lovely cake for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jovanna at Mandolina was really sweet and gave great recommendations. Ranjeet Kumar was an absolute star, always checking in on us, making sure we were having a great time and being warm. Such a kind and funny person. Surujit made incredible passion fruit martinis and was so friendly while chatting with us.
The whole team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, easily one of the best F&B experiences we’ve had. Food was a 10/10 too.
My partner also had a really relaxing massage at the spa which was perfect.
The only slight downside was that there was no complimentary milk provided for coffee, which felt a bit surprising for a 5 star hotel.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Huma Kotor Bay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel is in excellent condition and well located. Breakfast is good, and a nice touch is the free bike rental — perfect for cycling to Kotor. That said, the overall value for money leaves something to be desired. The classic room (cheapest category) is in the basement with a view of a wall. Paying €400 per night in high season for that is simply not justifiable. The reception staff showed little interest in providing good service. The rest of the team, particularly at the Virtu Beach Club, were friendly and attentive. Regarding check-in: arriving at 3 pm, we had to ask three times before finally being let into our room at 4:30 pm — understandable if isolated, but the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. To top it off, housekeeping knocked at 9 am on check-out day, despite a stated check-out time of 11 am.

Only have good things to say about this hotel! The staff are great, truly so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They booked us a private boat trip and made the whole process so simple.
The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated and in a great location that makes it walkable to the water front restaurants and bars.
The spa is lovely - definitely spend time in the pool, sauna and steam room. There is also a rooftop bar with great views over Tivat and the water.
We both enjoyed the breakfast and the freshly cooked eggs, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone visiting Tivat.

Our stay at Hotel La Fleur exceeded our expectations in all aspects! Traveling with two small children is definitely not easy but the staff made sure that we felt comfortable. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite that was just spotless and spacious. Right upon arrival we were greeted with refreshing beverages and dessert from the restaurant which we appreciate very much. Breakfast is delicious and has a big variety to choose from. We also had lunch at the restaurant during one of the days of our stay and my mother was on a lent so the chef prepared a delicious salmon to accomodate her needs.The location of the hotel is perfect. You are one street away from Porto Montenegro, walking distance from grocery shops and a beautiful playground for the kids is just across the street. During our 3 day stay, we did not need to use our car: The location, the staff, the calm atmosfere, definitely a 5 star hotel by all means. I don’t usually leave Google reviews but this property deserves it.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Tivat, meters away from the promenade along Kotor Bay as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a sauna, steam room and small gym and pool. Very clean. Free breakfast was delicious.

My stay at Regent Porto Montenegro was honestly 10/10 across the board. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The room was beautifully spacious with stunning views overlooking the seafront, which made the experience even more special. To top it off, the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake in my room and complimentary dessert, such a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated.
The indoor pool was perfect for the moments I wanted to relax without going outside, and the massage at the hotel spa was absolutely divine. Every single thing I needed was provided effortlessly, and the level of service throughout my stay was exceptional.
I made sure to personally appreciate the team because they truly went above and beyond. Regent Porto Montenegro exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return again.

Beautiful looking hotel with a picture-esc backdrop when all the yachts are docked. Food during our stay was amazing, great quality options and excellent service during all meals. Room was clean and had all needed amenities. Only reason I wouldn’t give full 5* is the spa. For a 5* hotel the spa felt a little dated, and during our uses there was a lot of screaming children jumping into the jacuzzi and people playing videos out loud on phone, which didn’t give the most relaxing environment.

Was a beautiful view of the port and into the sea with lots of yatches and boats. If the weather isnt good then you wouldn't have a good experience luckily we did as the weather was really nice. Really good walk along the port and lots of places to jave a picture

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, good restaurant on premises. Good Gym and pool. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Although as Tivat grows, I'd be curious to see what other hotel options present themselves and would like to try something new. Essentially, it was a great hotel, but not so great I wouldn't consider others.

Really good place to stay, especially if you have a family. The people working there are really helpful and friendly (receptionist was very welcoming). There is a gym that is pretty decent for a holiday gym (has dumbbells up to 30kg, Smith machine, bars (including a trap bar), plates, 1 running machine and 1 bike, various resistance bands, slam balls and TRX). No water machine in the gym but was told they were going to fit one soon. They have a sauna and spa which looked nice but I did not use.
The pool is nice with excellent views of the bay.
The room we stayed in was spacious and had a dishwasher and washing machine. Daily cleaners were super nice and helpful when asking for more items (coffee, water, dishwasher tablets etc).
The breakfast was ok (a bit repetitive) but enough for me (I don't really eat breakfast apart from boiled eggs and coffee). Good selection of pastries, cold cuts and veg.
The road leading up to the hotel is a bit narrow and can be a squeeze if someone is coming in the opposite direction with little room to pass (but this is true for almost everywhere in Montenegro!). If you are a confident driver then this is not really a problem.
Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Montenegro.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the bay with the hotel's lovely decorated and spacious outdoor pool area. Every waking day, either in the broad daylight or watching sunset with that panoramic scenery by the balcony made our holiday just unforgettable.
The hotel's facilities, including the spa area, and our room was modern, well-equipped, well-maintained, smelled clean, has a very relaxing atmosphere and just spotless overall. We even had a mini-kitchen, a dishwasher, a drying rack, ironing set, and washing machine inside the room! Not the mention the most friendliest team, from the reception staff, to the restaurant servers and cleaning ladies.
This was one of the best places we've stayed so far and we even extended 2 more days extra because we were highly satisfied. This hotel just exceeded our expectations.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, and the cleanliness was excellent. The restaurant served delicious food, and the service was of high quality. Our stay at Royal Blue Resort was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to the incredible staff. We arrived very early in the morning, and the reception team went above and beyond, making every effort to get us into a room as early as possible. Every time we passed by, they greeted us with a warm smile and provided lightning-fast responses to any question or request we had.I want to give a huge, special shoutout to the amazing girl at the front desk who worked during our stay in May. We wanted to book a couples' spa day at the Hyatt hotel but couldn't find a simultaneous slot. She personally took the initiative, called them, made all the inquiries, and handled the entire booking for us perfectly. Her outstanding and caring customer service made our trip! Management should be very proud to have her.The housekeeping team also deserves praise—they were highly professional, always smiling, and responded immediately to any extra requests.The Room: We highly recommend choosing the rooms with a balcony facing the pool; the view and breeze are fantastic. The only minor downside is that the bathroom/toilet area is a bit on the smaller side, but everything else was so great that it didn't bother us. We will definitely come back!
