Lot to unpack here after a week stay. Rooms- very clean, service with new towels daily. Not something I generally look for but no do not disturb signs so it just happened. Hotel itself looks like it needs a good jetwash/clean and white paint. Food was very hit and miss. Mostly little that I found good. Breakfast wasn't too disappointing but it was the same every day, lots of choice of cold meats, cheese, vegetables. Hot food wise was lots of sausages, scrambled eggs, polenta, porridge. Don't expect full English breakfast (I didn't). Evening meals was again lots of variety just very little with texture. The pasta was generally limp and cold, the spaghetti bolognese I had one night was nice though. Breaded chicken was good. The nights that they had fries on were a nice change although there seemed to be some sort of school staying during this week and the kids were like locusts when It came to the fries. I did look at going to the gym at one point but looking from the outside, it seemed to be under maintenance. I didn't use most of the facilities like message etc. On the weekend, the night club next door on the seafront plays music until long in the night. I could hear it over my ear plugs. The kids club in the evening played music as loud as the night club but finished around 10pm. The place was overrun by kids most of the week. They were fine but the meal times were very noisy. Location wise I found it quite good, lots of supermarkets close by, about a 10/15 minute walk to the old town, 30 minutes to Becice beach through the tunnel. I walked to Jaz beach which took around 2 hours each way. I also walked to Sveti Stefan which also took around 2 hours each way. Not far from the bus station which i took to Kotor one of the days.

The room we were in was a superior and had a nice lounge, 2 bathrooms and a little balcony. Was ideal for the 10 days. The staff were grumpy but compliant and yiu never had to ask twice for anything. It was helpful. The food was substandard. There was always something that you could find to eat but it was lukewarm at best. Great location in Budva and the walkway to old town was nice. Had bus stops outside to get to Sveti Stefan and the bus station was only a 10min walk. Plenty shops nearby too.

We have just returned from a 10day holiday with Alexander, and can only say a very big thank you our room was lovely 2531, was helped by a very nice man with our cases to our room when we arrived, room was cleaned towels changed everyday say thank to housekeeping 👍 generally hotel is great nice pool areas, clean lots of beds and umbrellas, guys at pool area not so helpful but that maybe just a language barrier? We found one really nice helpful lady in reception (sorry didn’t get her name but blonde on reception when we arrived 15th sept) we waited until you were on reception to ask anything as you were the only one willing to help us, so hopefully you will get recognition. Bar staff Branislav Kuzunovic thank you so much you were the highlight of our day from afternoon tea to the evening. Dining staff were all excellent special call out to Vujkovic Kristen’s Reshmi and Ravi who always had a smile and friendly disposition thank you also to chefs who made a point of coming out to restaurant area to make sure everything is how it should be, all in all we had a wonderful stay with you and hope to return to Montenegro soon. We stayed this past weekend. Our room was nice, clean and in a good location. However, there was a large sports event was being held at the hotel. We had no problem with the amount of people staying at the hotel but there was not enough staff to cover every service. We were all inclusive guests and we could not get a drink at the bar as the bar team had to help in the restaurant. If I'm paying for all inclusive, I expect to be able to get a drink at any time. The cocktails were artificial and made from the press of a button and there was no sugar free mixer option but the local beer was good (even if the bar staff cant pour a pint). It was also strange that we were not offered drinks with our meals. If we wanted one, we had to go across the walk way to the bar and then walk back to the restaurant for our food. We'll definitely be back to Montenegro but not to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodating. The food is varied and very nicely prepared. The hotel pool is clean, large with a satisfactory number of sunbeds and umbrellas. The only problem is the mediocre hygiene in the rooms. Shampoos and baths are not replenished daily, only towels are replaced, bathrooms are not cleaned, the trash can has not been emptied even once in 7 days.
