I had an excellent experience at Huma Kotor Bay. From the moment of arrival until check-out, everything was at a very high standard. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are modern, very clean, and offer stunning views of the Bay of Kotor. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes, beautifully. Merçi beacoup chef! 🙏 Service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent, with attention to every detail. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kotor Bay. See you soon!

We had such an amazing stay, honestly a 10/10 experience. The F&B team really made it special. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and Gul Riaz kindly arranged a lovely cake for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jovanna at Mandolina was really sweet and gave great recommendations. Ranjeet Kumar was an absolute star, always checking in on us, making sure we were having a great time and being warm. Such a kind and funny person. Surujit made incredible passion fruit martinis and was so friendly while chatting with us. The whole team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, easily one of the best F&B experiences we’ve had. Food was a 10/10 too. My partner also had a really relaxing massage at the spa which was perfect. The only slight downside was that there was no complimentary milk provided for coffee, which felt a bit surprising for a 5 star hotel. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Huma Kotor Bay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Bozidar (Concierge Bozidar) for his outstanding assistance. He was always helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly, including our transportation. We truly appreciated his personal attention and professionalism. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in excellent condition and well located. Breakfast is good, and a nice touch is the free bike rental — perfect for cycling to Kotor. That said, the overall value for money leaves something to be desired. The classic room (cheapest category) is in the basement with a view of a wall. Paying €400 per night in high season for that is simply not justifiable. The reception staff showed little interest in providing good service. The rest of the team, particularly at the Virtu Beach Club, were friendly and attentive. Regarding check-in: arriving at 3 pm, we had to ask three times before finally being let into our room at 4:30 pm — understandable if isolated, but the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. To top it off, housekeeping knocked at 9 am on check-out day, despite a stated check-out time of 11 am.

We had a wonderful stay at HUMA Kotor Bay Hotel & Villas. The location is perfect, right on the water with stunning views of the bay. The private beach and pool area were excellent and very relaxing. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The spa access was a nice bonus as well. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would definitely come back.
